Dissipation structure evolutionary model of rumor spreading behavior 谣言传播行为的耗散结构演化模型

Based on the Dissipation Structure Theory, this paper constructs the rumor spreading behavior evolution model. First, we analyze the Dissipative structural characteristics of network rumor spreading behavior. Then, we compare the evolution of rumor spreading behavior with the evolution of dynamic self-organizing behavior of system dissipative structure, and further construct the nonlinear differential equations of rumor spreading behavior, analyzing the dissipation threshold and stability of system spreading behavior. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that behavior preference effect, behavior dissipation effect and external environment effect all play an important role in the evolution of individual rumor spreading behavior. The interactions among them make the system reach a stable state, providing reference for the blocking and control of rumor spreading.

Research for construction and application of PCA-SVM for exchange rate forecasting 汇率预测中PCA-SVM的构建与应用研究

The traditional SVM method has the problem of kernel function's parameters and dynamic optimization of penalty coefficient C. This paper constructs a hybrid model by extending the SVM method with PCA method to solve the problem. Finally we use the daily date of the exchange rate to test the high prediction accuracy of PCA-SVM model. In order to achieve better prediction accuracy, four kernel functions are used to construct different SVM. The empirical results show that SVR based on RBF kernel has the highest prediction accuracy. This result illustrates that the relevant government can take use of the model to monitor the smooth fluctuations in the exchange rate market.

Optimal ordering decision for assemblers facing multiple supply uncertainties 面向多供应不确定性装配商的最优订货决策

We study the optimal ordering decision for an assembler who assemble two components into a final product. Each component faces one type of supply uncertainty---the standard component has uncertain production capacity, the non-standard component has random production yield. The profit-maximizing firm orders components before supply uncertainties are realized to meet a deterministic demand for the final product. We characterize the optimal ordering decision and find that: (a) component l's order amount should be exactly a fixed fraction of component 2's order amount, the fraction depends on component l's ordering cost and component 2's random yield, but not on component l's uncertain capacity, (b) an increase of the standard component's uncertain capacity leads to an increase in both components' optimal ordering amounts, but surprisingly, an increase of the non-standard component's random yield does not necessarily lead to a monotone change in both components' optimal ordering amounts.

Research on network rumor propagation model based on combustion theory 基于燃烧理论的网络谣言传播模型研究

The rumor propagation in social networks has great harmfulness. Classic researches are mostly based on infectious disease model, without considering the characteristics of the users in the network itself. Based on the theory of combustion, this paper proposes a new network rumor propagation model CRP Model (Combustion-inspired Rumor Propagation Model) to explore the propagation rule of rumor among users. The model is based on three combustion elements to simulate the process of network rumor propagation including combustible material, combustion improver and ignition temperature. It can be seen from the experiment that the fire users' influence and the firefighters in the network play a very important role in the spreading of rumors.

A task assignment model and its application for crowdsourcing project factored multi-objective and risks 考虑多目标和风险因素的众包项目任务分配模型及其应用

Assigning tasks to workers for a crowdsourcing project is challenging and needs to consider worker capacity, project duration, total cost and some operational constraints. We formulate the problem as a tri-objective optimisation model, which minimises project duration while simultaneously achieving lower total cost and fewer workers under the considering the capacity risk of contractor. A heuristic algorithm is developed to obtain Pareto efficient solutions. we used the fuzzy AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to confirm the priority among the time cost and the number of selected workers in the process of collaborative manufacturing task allocation. Finally, we designed the heuristic algorithm to solve the multi- objectives model and verified the validity superiority of the algorithm through a specific example.

Modeling framework of general simulation model based on model template 基于模型模板的通用仿真模型建模框架

The model is the core of the simulation system, aiming at the problems of low reuse efficiency of the current simulation model and long model development cycle, this paper proposes a generic model generation technology framework. First, the simulation model is split into independent components through military concept analysis, and then the common concept of the same model is extracted to form a model template with a unified description specification. The specific simulation model is instantiated quickly through parameterized configuration. The modeling framework can effectively support the generation and application of the platform models in military simulation systems, and has great scalability and reusability.

First movers or latecomers?: monitoring and development of core technology capability for solar thin-film technology vendors: the perspective of patent statistics 先行者还是后来者?:太阳能薄膜技术供应商核心技术能力的监测与发展:专利统计的视角

The mainstream design of the industry has not yet emerged, often resulting to lack of accurate market focus for the combination of technologies. Therefore, advanced leading vendors face the choice of patent portfolios and core technologies. Creating competitive advantages in R&D portfolios are extremely challenging. This study integrates patent statistics; comparing Patent Share (PS) and Revealed Technology Advantage (RTA) so as to measure the company's core technologies and identify the strengths of advanced R&D portfolios in the photovoltaic industry. Research shows that at the present stage, in the single-field study, most companies invest in R&D, followed by a-Si, and μc-Si. At the same time, compounds and patents in the a-Si region are applied across two specific technical fields. The advantages and capabilities of R&D portfolios are lower than those of leading companies that choose a single core technology in a specific technology area. Therefore, some companies will research the application of a single patent in two technical areas. This study provides a method for selecting core technologies for advantage analysis and promoting the decision-making quality of vendor technology planning, and helps the photovoltaic manufacturers to monitor the core technical capabilities among competing companies.

Promoting information resource management for e-government through big data approach 运用大数据推进电子政务信息资源管理

Big data has a potential to transform traditional government system to data-driven e-government system by utilizing modern analytical techniques. The aim of this article is to explore the applicability of big data for ensuring e-government. An extensive literature review has been administered using various levels of scales and indicators. Literature survey shows that a number of models have been developed to explain e-governance but systematic research on the suitability of big data for e-government is still lacking. This article argues that big data can help the information resource management system of the government for improving transparency and reducing corruption, fastest public service delivery, reducing public hassle, providing easy access to public services, reducing error and reducing poverty through e-services, e-management, e-democracy, and e-commerce. This article further argues that big data has a significant role in cost-effective service delivery to citizens, policy coherence, access to public services, participation and engagement, representation, access to information, open government and corruption control. The finding suggests that big data technologies should be implemented in every public-sector organization by minimizing technological challenges and threats, ensuring the privacy of citizen's information, maximizing utilization of data and promoting information management capacity.

Research on the logistics node location of Beijing Xinfadi branch center 北京新发分公司中心物流节点选址研究

With the country's strong support for the logistics industry, the circulation of business accounts for more and more proportion of economy activities. Nowadays logistics companies are inclined to establish a wide range of radiation logistics network to achieve logistics service specialization and reduce the cost of logistics activities. For the establishment of logistics network, logistics node selection is the key. Logistics nodes are the infrastructure of the whole logistics network which plays a supporting role. The Beijing Xinfadi Market is the largest agricultural product distribution center in the north. It has been 30 years since the establishment of the Beijing Xinfadi Market. It will inevitably encounter various development issues and incongruous harmony with Beijing. Therefore, it is urgent to find a solution to ease the development of the market. In this paper, we first analyze the current situation of the market. Then, we discuss the alternative points of the logistics nodes and plans for the Beijing Xinfadi Market. Next, we select a branch center for the Xinfadi market by using the center-of-gravity method, which can ease the material flow of the current Beijing Xinfadi.

The arrival of "Internet plus" era has enriched the contents and forms of student work in colleges and universities. And the construction of smart campus information system with serving users as the core emerges as the times require. The construction of smart campus integrates information technology and student work efficiently, which starts to change greatly in the development of intelligence of student work. It not only realizes the modernization of educational information, but also provides new ideas for student management. Taking the smart campus construction of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example, this paper explores the construction of the smart campus and practical innovative path of student work.
