This paper builds a model based on the fear appeals, and explores the factors influencing the willingness of APP users with different experience groups to actively adopt privacy security protection behaviors. 387 samples were collected by questionnaire survey, and path analysis was carried out by using structural equation model to explore the influence mechanism of fear appeals on privacy protection behavior of APP users. We found that perceived threat severity has a positive effect on the self-efficacy, fear and response efficacy of APP users; perceived threat susceptibility has a negative effect on self-efficacy, and it has a positive effect on fear emotion and no significant effect on response efficacy. We also found that there were differences in the influencing factors between groups of users with or without experience in APP privacy protection. This study has certain reference significance for APP operators and service providers providing third-party network security.

The concept of employees' turnover has been well documented in literature. However, the mechanism through which Perceived Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) is linked to Intention to Leave (ITL) need further analysis. The present study proposes that employees' perception of HRMP affects Person Job Fit (PJ Fit), which, in turn, affects their (employees') intention to leave. In addition, we conceptualize that the indirect effect of HRMP on intention to leave is moderated by Job Opportunities (JO); meaning that in case of higher JO, the strength and/or the direction of relationship between HRMP and intention to leave may vary. Likewise, JO will also moderate the negative relationship between PJ Fit and intention to leave.

Analyze the deficiency of rough set decision-making cost matrix to put forward a kind of multiple fusion rules of cost matrix. Adjust parameter values to make fusion rules in accordance with the application requirement of specific cases. And then establish a multiple integration Decision-Theoretic Rough Sets model. This describes the definition of a decision domain distribution and proposes a method of attribute reduction and decision rule based on differential matrix. The example analysis of the safety evaluation of the Vehicle verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

The culture of a firm influences its ability to be innovative. A firm's culture can be diagnosed to be either clan, adhocracy, market or hierarchy cultures. The objective of the paper is to examine how single-dominant cultures influence a firm's innovativeness. Based on the literature review, some hypotheses were formulated and tested using hierarchical regression analysis with data collected from 172 financial institutions. The results show that clan, adhocracy, and market cultures have a positive link with product and process innovations. The practical implication is that managers of commercial firms should develop adhocracy or market cultures if they are to gain a sustained competitive advantage. The theoretical contribution of this paper is that organizational cultures that are externally-oriented foster innovation in the workplace.

Data mining is one of the important tools for intelligent information processing and decision-making in the information age. Based on the principles and methods of system dynamics, the study establishes a causal relationship model between enterprise data mining capabilities and strategic alliance performance, and uses Vensim software to verify the simulation. Research shows that data mining capability has a positive impact on strategic alliance performance, and the impact of technical alliance's technical support on technical performance is gradient-related. This study provides a reference for enterprises to use data mining technology to improve the performance of strategic alliances.

In this paper, we propose a joint design model of control chart and maintenance policy based on Taguchi method. In most of previous studies on control chart design, it is assumed that the process shift is known and fixed, which results in the control chart optimized only for a specific process shift. To overcome the problem, we use Taguchi loss function to depict the influence of different process shift on quality cost, and consider the joint optimization design of control chart and maintenance policy under random shifts. In view of the fact that pure economic designs often lead to a large number of false alarms and also unnecessary shutdown, we add some statistical constraints in the joint model. The practical examples show that adding the statistical constraints in the economic model can control the number of false alarms without significantly increasing the total cost of the process. We also explore the effect of relevant parameters on the expected cost and control policy through simulation studies.

The Japanese candlestick model is a common technical analysis used to understand the behavior and predict the trend in the financial market. There are many studies have been conducted to assess the effectiveness of candlestick patterns in different markets. This paper describes an empirical research to examine the predictability and profitability of the candlestick reversal patterns analysis on the Vietnamese stock market over the period from Jan 2, 2013, to May 15, 2018. The purpose is to determine whether candlesticks patterns can be used to achieve significant gains or to predict future price trends. We apply the use of Pivot Simple Moving Average to indicate the reversal signals of the market and compute the profit. Our results show the tested reversal candlesticks do not demonstrate the ability to predict the market trend and generated profitability is low on the stock market in Vietnam. The main contribution of this paper is a statistical analysis of the effectiveness of candlestick patterns as predictors of the behavior of those stocks.

Driven by multiple factors such as information technology, consumption upgrade, and competitive situation, China's retail industry is ushering in a new transformation opportunity, namely "new retail" with deep integration of "Online+Offline+Logistics". In the new retail context, the traditional e-commerce logistics industry is already insufficient to meet the growing consumer demand and logistics service standards of consumers. The logistics industry will face new challenges and tests. Many companies headed by JingDong (JD) have started the practice of "new retail". Therefore, this paper will use JD warehousing model as an example to study the warehousing construction model of JD self-built logistics model from the aspects of market growth rate and the number of active users. Through SPSS modeling, F-test and Logstic regression were performed to determine the problems in JD Mall's logistics model, and using Matlab modeling software, based on the more general fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for enterprise applications, horizontally comparative study of JD. In this paper, regression analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to propose an optimization program to explore the transformation of e-commerce logistics model under the new retail background.

Differences in informal and or cultural environments of host and home countries influence the choices and international strategies of multinational enterprises (MNEs) significantly. The Hofstede and Global Leadership and Organization Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) cultural dimensions have undoubtedly been two of the most widely applied indices in measuring and operationalizing differences in institutional environments of countries in international business research. The objective of this article is twofold; to offer a detailed review and analysis of the Hofstede-GLOBE cultural dimensions as applied in international business research and to offer suggestions towards their improvement and enhancement in works of similar nature. To help improve knowledge in this area our methodology involves a comprehensive review of the empirical studies on the use of Hofstede-GLOBE cultural dimensions in international business research. This study will help researchers who wish to conduct cross-cultural research in international business to be able to overcome some of the perceived biases and flaws embedded in the two studies. The research is expected to contribute to the institution-based view of international business (IB) strategy and cross-cultural studies.
