Research on risk management of military action 军事行动风险管理研究

Military actions can usually be divided into three main categories: war military action, combat readiness military action, and non-war military action. There is a lot of risk in any military actions. This article combines the main characteristics of all kinds of military actions, and study theoretically the concept, basic characteristics, basic principles and basic procedures of military operations risk management, and establish a risk management model for military action, which provides a reference method for risk management of military actions.

Worker's reward sensitivity predicting motivation in crowdsourcing: self-approach achievement goals perspective 员工奖励敏感性对众包动机的预测:自我接近的成就目标视角

Current paper investigates direct and indirect effects of workers' reward sensitivity (as represented by Behavioral Approach System) on motivation (measured with work engagement and levels of effort) in crowdsourcing platform. Furthermore, this paper analyses the mediating role of Self-Approach Achievement Goals in channeling 'initial energization' to motivational outcomes. A random sample of 320 taskcn.com workers was used in this study. The findings of this study showed that reward sensitivity was effective directly and indirectly, in positively predicting all motivational outcomes. Interestingly, the predictive relationship only related to self-based approach Achievement Goals and not in relation to task-based approach Achievement Goals. However, workers adopting self-approach and task-approach goals have higher Effort and Work Engagement exerted in crowdsourcing. These results could help crowdsourcing platform managers better understand the participants that working on the tasks, as well as find efficient ways of motivating workers. Targeting workers with higher reward sensitivity is beneficial for platform owners, providing the way to increase workers motivational outcomes at no additional cost, thus facilitating better results.

Towards purposeful enterprise modeling for enterprise analysis 为企业分析建立有目的的企业模型

Enterprise modeling languages provide abstractions of an enterprise in terms of conceptual models. This position paper argues that Requirements Engineering (RE) is a first class citizen for the design of enterprise modeling languages. We introduce a selection of requirements engineering techniques, and discuss how these can complement "technical" efforts in language design. As a contribution, we propose the PEMA language design process wherein requirements engineering plays an integral role. We postulate a set of characteristics that are crucial during the iterations of the PEMA process and make an outlook on the realization of the PEMA process.

The increasing number of brand names and outlets of Fast Casual Restaurant now requires companies in the fast-casual restaurant sector to implement the right strategy to remain existing and dominate the existing market. One of them is by knowing three-dimensional Customer Perceived Quality factors from its restaurant brand in its main effort to give maximum customer satisfaction so that new and old customers still want to come and buy again at restaurant. Three-dimensional Customer Perceived Quality factors, such as Quality of Physical Environment, Food Quality and Service Quality are inseparable entities, complementary to one another. The result of this Systematic Literature Review is to map out possible possibilities for further research on three-dimensional Customer Perceived Value Factors for Customer Satisfaction & Behavioral Intentions especially in Fast Casual Restaurant.

Development dimensions of e-commerce in Bangladesh: scope, challenges and threats 孟加拉国电子商务的发展维度:范围、挑战和威胁

The main purpose of the study is to explore the scope, challenges and threats of e-commerce as well as its development dimensions in Bangladesh. The study uses survey findings, SWOT analysis approach and case study of two top ranking e-commerce business institutions in Bangladesh. The study also uses secondary data through extensive literature review. It reveals that there is a great prospect of e-commerce in Bangladesh with growing trust, e-commerce facilities, security, people's awareness and transformation from traditional shopping to online shopping. It also explores that people like online shopping due to its convenience, security and time saving nature. The study further reveals that quality of the product, consumer dishonesty, lack of proper cyber security in some e-commerce site, unavailable banking facility, product availability and mandatory credit card requirement are the major challenges to the development of e-commerce in Bangladesh. The article suggests that a proper initiative should be taken by the government to implement ICT policy properly for smooth running e-commerce business in Bangladesh and achieving goals of digital Bangladesh.

Online shopping in Sub-Saharan Africa: evidence from Ghana 撒哈拉以南非洲的网上购物:来自加纳的证据

Using extended UTAUTII and Structural Equation Modelling, we develop hypotheses regarding the factors influencing the behaviour of online shopping in the sub-Saharan Africa and test them on a sample of 400 online shoppers in Ghana. We find positive correlation between the independent variables (social influence, performance expectancy, habit, facilitating condition, and trust) and behavioural intention, which is consistent with the findings in developed countries. The study not only extends hedonic motivation in UTAUTII model to include service quality and value proposition, but also precisely demonstrates that the extent to which an online shopper derives fun or pleasure to continuously use online shopping is influenced by the value proposition offered by merchants. We find strong empirical support that value proposition is affected by service quality. The results also help to explain how generational cohort of X and Y, gender, and marital status are online shopping influencers in the sub-Saharan Africa.

Analysis of dynamic complexity feature of information system data based on visualization 基于可视化的信息系统数据动态复杂性特征分析

The volume and complexity of the data in the information system continues to increase during the operation of the information system. The phenomenon leads to the fact that decision-makers are faced with data-rich and information-deficient situations. How to intuitively grasp the dynamic complexity of information system data has become a concern of scholars. Therefore, this paper collected and organized the system log data of two shipping companies, adopted multiple visualization forms, and combined the dynamic complexity measurement methods of information systems, focusing on the overall distribution status and development trend of the data dynamic complexity and internal information system and the influence of complexity of subsystems within the information system on overall data dynamic operation complexity, and then analyzed the overall feature of the dynamic complexity of information system data, and summarized the feature regulars of the complexity of the visualization method. The results show that the visual feature analysis of the dynamic complexity of information systems can improve the ability of enterprises to analyze and make decisions, and provide a basis for enterprise managers to develop corresponding management measures.

The effect of big data analytics on firms sustainable competitive advantage of quality: a theory framework 大数据分析对企业质量可持续竞争优势的影响:一个理论框架

How can firms achieve sustainable competitive advantage of quality (SCAQ)? Some typical cases show that big data analytics is a possible approach. Based on the theory of dynamic capability, this paper constructs a theoretical framework and possible hypotheses of big data analytics (BDA) in the supply chain field that influences the firms SCAQ. The theoretical framework includes: (1) the definition and the dimensions of big data supply chain analytic (BDSCA) and SCAQ; (2) the internal and external factors that influence the use of BDSCA based on the TOE framework; (3) the path and effect of BDSCA on SCQR; (4) moderating effects of industry characters and environmental uncertainty. The research contributes to define the connotation and characteristics of BDSCA from the perspective of management, clarify the impact mechanism of BDSCA on SCAQ, and seek ways to improve the firms SCAQ in the area of big data.

Some typical cases show that big data analytics is a possible approach. Based on the theory of dynamic capability, this paper constructs a theoretical framework and possible hypotheses of big data analytics (BDA) in the supply chain field that influences the firms SCAQ. The theoretical framework includes: (1) the definition and the dimensions of big data supply chain analytic (BDSCA) and SCAQ; (2) the internal and external factors that influence the use of BDSCA based on the TOE framework; (3) the path and effect of BDSCA on SCQR; (4) moderating effects of industry characters and environmental uncertainty. Social media marketing practice through Facebook: taking W group education foundation as an example 通过Facebook进行社会化媒体营销实践:以W集团教育基金会为例

"Taking from society and returning to it" has become an ingrained concept. That is why the businesses pay an increasing attention to social responsibility in recent years. W Group, a famous beverages company, it established "W Group Education Foundation" to help organize public welfare activities regarding culture and education, which promotes social education and lifelong learning. W Foundation planned activities with limited resources and promoted digital marketing with the Facebook fan page. Due to limited resources, the characteristics of the current fans on the page and the organizational culture, it happens sometimes that the fans favorably support its promotional activities but they do not actively participate in them. Therefore, this study proposes a framework from the perspectives of social marketing, the running of a community platform, and customer relationship management, hoping to increase interactions and strengthen the adherence with the fans and to attract more fans to join the activities. The strategies include activity countdown in words and images, publishing event articles and reports, sharing event pictures, news feeds of holiday and daily care, and Q & A interaction. After the strategies having been implemented, the interaction with fans increases on the Facebook fan page.

A comprehensive evaluation assessment model to aviation maintenance safety risk based on grey fuzzy theory 基于灰色模糊理论的航空维修安全风险综合评价评价模型

In this paper, using the System Safety, the system identifies the factors that affect the safety risk of the aviation maintenance, and reveals the internal mechanism of the safe risk. On the basis of the literature reference, the questionnaire for the design of safe risk indicators for aviation maintenance was designed, and the risk indicators were determined through two rounds of iterative screening, including 6 primary indexes and 15 secondary indicators. Using AHP, fuzzy theory and grey theory, the paper constructs a grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the end, the application and validation of the model are verified in combination with a large team, and the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results.
本文运用系统安全理论,识别了影响航空维修安全风险的因素,揭示了安全风险产生的内在机制。在文献参考的基础上,设计了航空维修安全风险指标设计问卷,通过两轮迭代筛选确定了风险指标,包括6个一级指标和15个二级指标。运用层次分析法、模糊理论和灰色理论,构建了灰色模糊综合评价模型。最后结合大型团队对模型的应用和验证进行验证,并根据评价结果提出相应的措施和建议。
