Why Enabling Online Communication is Important 为什么启用在线交流很重要

はじめに 本稿では,コロナ禍の最中における公共交通分野のオンラインイベント開催の事例を通して,IT に縁遠い分 野がオンラインコミュニケーションに取り組む意義や可 能性を議論する。筆者は IT を専門とする研究者であり 現在は応用分野のひとつである公共交通の IT 化に取り組んでいる。新型コロナウイルスの影響で公共交通の維 持が困難になっていた 2020 年 4 月と 5 月に,実行委員として携わっている「くらしの足をみんなで考える全国 フォーラム」主催の緊急イベントとして「くらしの足を なくさない!緊急フォーラム」と題したオンラインイベ ントを成功させた注1)。このイベントはコロナ禍を踏まえてのオンラインイベントとしては比較的早いタイミングで実施されたものであり,関係者へもインパクトを与えることが出来た。本稿では,地域公共交通という IT から縁遠く感じられる分野でこのような取り組みを可能 にした背景や,その意義などを,具体的な事例を踏まえて考察する。
本文首先通过在科罗纳灾难中在公共交通领域举办在线活动的事例,来讨论与IT无缘的分支机构致力于在线交流的意义和可行性。笔者是一名IT专业的研究者,目前正致力于应用领域之一的公共交通的IT化。在新型冠状病毒影响导致公共交通难以维护的2020年4月和5月,作为执行委员参与的“大家思考生活之脚的全国论坛”主办的紧急活动,成功举办了题为“不要让生活之脚消失!紧急论坛”的网上活动注1)。由于该活动是在科罗娜灾难发生之前较早开展的在线活动,因此对相关人员也产生了影响。本文将以具体的事例为基础,考察在地域公共交通这一与IT感觉很遥远的领域实现这种合作的背景及其意义等。

世界中で被害をもたらしている新型コロナウイルス(Covid-19)によるパンデミックは,2020 年 7 月現在我 が国でも第 2 波とも言えるような状況を招いており,いまだに収束の目途はたっていない。感染拡大を防ぐため に対面での業務やイベントの自粛が求められるなかで,様々なオンラインコミュニケーションツールを活用したテレワークや,会議・イベントのオンライン化が急速に 進んでいる。農村計画学会でも 2020 年度春期大会の中 止を余儀なくされたが,この状況をオンラインでの学術 活動を活発化させる良い機会と前向きに捉え,2020 年 4 月 12 日に学会初の Zoom を用いた研究発表会が,西日 本地区セミナー(以降,セミナー)として開催された。セミナーでは最大 55 名の参加があり,常時 50 名前後が 参加していた。セミナーの概要については,既報1)を参照していただきたい。
由新型冠状病毒(Covid-19)引起的大流行在全世界范围内造成损害,到2020年7月为止,我国也出现了第二波大流行。到现在还没有达成收敛的目标。为了防止感染扩大,要求避免面对面的业务和活动,而利用各种在线通讯工具的远程办公以及会议、活动的网络化正在迅速发展。农村计划学会也被迫中止了2020年度春季大会,但我们将此视为活跃网上学术活动的好机会。2020年4月12日,西日本地区研讨会(后称研讨会)召开了学会首次使用Zoom的研究发布会。研讨会最多有五十五人参加,经常有五十人左右参加。关于研讨会的概要,请参照已报1)。

Relationship Between Spatial Pattern of Farmland Management and Frog Habitats during Non-Irrigation Season 非灌溉季节农田经营空间格局与青蛙生境的关系

At 17 sites, the distribution of frogs was investigated by hearing the croaking. The survey was conducted twice in May 21 and June 25, 2018. Changes in farmland management during the non-irrigation season were investigated by visually interpreting ortho mosaic imagery acquired by UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). Buffers with a radius of 150 m from 17 sites were created. For each category of farmland management, we analyzed the relationship between frog populations and the area of land blocks in the buffer. Farmland management during the non-irrigation season was found to be diverse. The frog population was found to be affected by farmland management during the non-irrigation season. Species more dependent on paddy fi elds were more susceptible, with Pelophylax porosus brevipodus being the most affected. It was suggested that the tillage from December to April had a negative effect on the population of P. porosus brevipodus.
