In learning activities, a method is needed to measure learning achievement, academic ability and absorption of students during one semester of learning. The end of semester assessment also serves as feedback for madrasas as a reference for learning in the following semester. At this time we are in the era of digitalization which requires us to be able to adapt to technological advances. This study used exploratory qualitative research with descriptive research methods, the subjects in this study were proctors, Islamic Islamic Education teachers and students at MA Billingual Batu Malang. Evaluation using the exambrowser is a solution for educators in evaluating learning using digital technology. This paper examines how the use of the exam browser is used in the final school assessment process at Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu Malang. The findings in this study show that the exambrowser application is very effective to implement because it has a high level of security which makes students unable to access other applications during the final semester assessment.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the make-a-match learning paradigm on grade IV cognitive learning outcomes. With a pretest-posttest design, the methodology utilized in this study is a real experimental quantitative approach. Class IV students from SD Negeri 01 Kaliwadas made up the study's population, which consisted of 43 kids, and its sample, which included 24 and 19 students from IV A and IV B, respectively. The experimental class and the control class are the two groups that make up this research's structure. Multiple-choice questions are utilized in the cognitive domain of the instruments used to gather data on cognitive learning outcomes. The PABP learning materials for the apostles of Allah were the source of the study's material. The results indicated that both learning models exhibited an increase in scores between pretest and posttest, implying that there was no difference, however based on the average acquisition of the experimental class, it performed better than the control class

The research study to analyze the business model and development strategy of Sanggar Alam Batik Kec. Sukorejo Kab. Pasuruan based on BMC and SWOT analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected and then analyzed based on Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and SWOT analysis. BMC is used to describe Sanggar Alam Batik's business conditions, while SWOT analysis is used in the formulation of business development strategies that are applied to new business models. The results of research on applying the right strategy in business development at Sanggar Alam Batik are SO strategies which consist of 1) finding a strategic place and creating a batik gallery. 2) Create a website as a marketing medium and expand the network in various marketplaces and social media. 3) Expanding market share to the global market. While the adjustment of Sanggar Alam Batik's business model provides an overview of nine model blocks including 1) customer segment, 2) value proposition, 3) customer relationshiip, 4) channell, 5) revenue stream, 6) key resources, 7) key activities, 8) partnerships key, 9) a cost structure that is expected to be able to develop 1) service quality, 3) human resource competence, and 4) support the achievement of clearer targets. This study aims to develop strategies of human quality improvement in internet services by providing training and professional certification especially MikroTik. And also provide guidelines about implementation in professional training and certification that can support the achievement of business scale up in internet services. The result is 19 out of 24 computer network administrators and technicians have successfully passed the certification and have the opportunity to take their competence to the next level. And from the results of discussions with trainers, several things that can be done to scale up is increasing the bandwidth gradually according to the turnover of each DataNet partner. Then periodically add access points in new areas that have potential markets. And what is no less important is gradually increasing the competence of computer network administrators and technicians because the level of difficulty and complexity of service is certainly different from before so that service to consumers is also getting better and improving.

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee exporting countries in the world. Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium coffee industry clusters is a strategic issue that needs to be considered. The small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia can become a mainstay commodity for export to foreign countries. However, the small and medium coffee industry still has many obstacles, including low human resources capabilities, difficulty in penetrating access to capital, and low levels of technology adoption. This study was conducted to determine the strategy model for increasing the competitiveness of relevant small and medium industry clusters of coffee processing. One methodological approach alone is not enough to strive to increase the competitiveness of the small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia. Comparing strategic management is a choice of an alternative approach to able to increase optimal competitiveness. By comparing the structural equation model and SWOT analysis, it is hoped that the right program recommendations will be found to increase the competitiveness of the sustainable small and medium coffee industry.

The family environment is the first place for children to develop their education and intelligence, especially spiritual intelligence. The assumption of society is that parents who work as factory workers have little time to care for and interact with their children so that spiritual intelligence is considered less well-achieved. The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the form of parenting pattern for factory workers in Wonosari Village (2) to determine the impact of factory worker parenting on the spiritual intelligence of children in Wonosari Village. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. The type of research used is Natural setting. The results of the study are that there are 3 types of parenting styles in Wonosari Village, namely (1) Authoritarian, namely the type of parenting that makes parents the center of child control (2) Democratic, namely the type of parenting in which parents provide space for children to control and do what he wants but still with parental consent. (3) Permissive, namely parents who do not care and are reluctant to control their children. The impact of authoritarian parenting patterns on children's spiritual intelligence is the impact of spiritual intelligence from the form of parents with authoritarian parenting patterns that are slightly weak, because of the pressure and limitations of thinking that hinder the development of spiritual intelligence. The impact of spiritual intelligence from the democratic form of parenting is good because parents fully support the child's potential and the impact of spiritual intelligence of children from the permissive form of parenting is very weak because parents do not care about the child's condition.

The purpose of this study was to find out the forms and values of multicultural education in Islamic religious education learning at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency and to find out the Implementation of Multicultural Education in Islamic religious education learning at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency. This study uses qualitative data. Research data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses inductive and deductive methods. The results showed that teachers of SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency had implemented multicultural education in Islamic education materials. The application is through adding themes or incorporating multicultural values in Islamic religious education material that already exists at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency. And the teaching is done in a thorough and in-depth way. Thus, multicultural education in Islamic religious education material is very important to apply. This is to anticipate the reality of pluralism that exists in society. Where the application of values in Islamic religious education material is carried out in order to help create peace or tolerance in the midst of the plurality of society itself.

The application is through adding themes or incorporating multicultural values in Islamic religious education material that already exists at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency. The research study in this journal to analyze the business strategy of the Floor Mattress Home Industry based on a competitive strategy using Porter's generic analysis and by using SWOT analysis. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique.
