Objectıves: Diaphragm injury is mostly caused by blunt or penetrating trauma. It is a rare diagnosis and therefore carries a risk of misdiagnosis or delay in diagnosis. We perform routine thoracoscopy for the treatment of patients with traumatic rib fractures in our institution. We recorded several cases of occult diaphragmatic injuries and hypothesized that these injuries may be a penetrating injury from rib fractures, as opposed to the high-velocity blunt trauma typically associated with diaphragmatic injuries. Methods: The medical records of all patients admitted to our Şişli etfal hamdiye hospital with rib fractures and traumatic diaphragmatic injuries between January 2012 and January 2023 were retrospectively reviewed.

Introduction: Thyroid cancer is the most common type of endocrine malignancy. The objective of our study was to determine the pre and intraoperative predictive factors of lymph node involvement in differentiated thyroid cancers. Material and methods: This is a prospective observational and single-center study over a period of 48 months involving a total of 101 patients diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma without evidence of pre- and intraoperative lymph node metastases (cN0). All patients underwent total thyroidectomy with bilateral prophylactic central dissection performed immediately

Pharmacist is the health professionals which deal with dispensing of drugs, counseling of patients. Covid pandemic has effected in a drastic manner on the professional and personal aspects of l pharmacist’s life. In this study, Chi-square method is used to evaluate the effect of covid on pharmacists. It was observed that in spreading awareness and false perception regarding corona virus, the chi square value is chi (1,52) =59.49, p<0.001. Yes category dominated and difference between the two is 76%. In comparing, whether the the knowledge and study of pharmacy students get affected in this pandemic difference between both the values is 64% while the chi square value is chi (1,52)=42.18 P<0.0001 Yes category dominated and difference between the two is 64%. In comparing, whether the job prospective and importance of Pharmacist have been increased after this pandemic in health care sector difference between both the values is 28% while the chi square value is chi (1,52)=8.07 P=0.0045 yes category dominated and difference between the two is 28%.

Objectives: The prevalence of diabetes is increasing rapidly in sub-Saharan Africa. Lifestyle and dietary measures play a key role in controlling glycemic imbalance and cardiovascular complications of diabetes. The objectives of this study were to describe the nutritional factors of type 2 diabetic patients followed in the reference health centers of Bamako, to describe their dietary and physical exercise practices and to identify the factors influencing them.

Since the beginning of humanity man develops without stimulation for internal consciousness, although technological evolution grows in a linear sense, the human mind remains stagnant, exchanging the ancient human slavery for the mental slavery of money and fear. Z Syndrome was described in September 2022 as a family neuroadaptation disease, dearly childhood, as central dysfunction to biological family asynchrony, with multiple neuroendocrine, neuro epigenetic alterations, associated with chronic filial hypodopaminergic state, all unconscious, in which family disease is harmful among family members. This is a dysfunction common to every human being, and Z Syndrome has initial dopaminergic pathophysiology, and is connected to other medical areas. The dialectic function of the reality of the religious, of the doctor, of the legal professional, of a political leader, who now has the choice between the biological truth of his diagnoses, of his families, and of his countries, whether a disease, disorder or just dysfunction, directly influences the collective future. All children to this day, are growing and developing neuro adapted, without biological family synchrony, and without real free will. Statistics will hardly solve studies of the human mind, which is always limited to linearity without clinical coding in the field of medicine. Dissecting intimately the love of attachment, the sublimation of charity and gaining fluid intelligence, is the result of the unique and REAL CHANGE, which is the treatment of Z Syndrome. The reflection and evaluation of the work performed to any addition should be revaluated, as many are being harmed. With a lot of love and joy that I dedicate this work to all professional specialists, scientists and my parents, because without you, this diagnosis would not be possible.

Background: Although COVID-19 infection typically presents with respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms are a part of the disease spectrum. Case: An otherwise healthy pregnant patient presented with diffuse abdominal pain at 24+1 weeks gestation. She was diagnosed with COVID-19 infection and diffuse colitis. Her symptoms worsened despite treatment, and she delivered a live male fetus at 24+2 weeks. Conclusion: COVID-19 infection can adversely affect maternal and fetal status in pregnancy due to its inflammatory response and resulting vascular dysfunction. COVID-19 infection should be suspected in a pregnant patient with gastrointestinal symptoms to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
