Approach to Evaluate Scheduling Strategies in Container Orchestration Systems 评估容器编排系统中调度策略的方法

This article offers an in-depth examination of scheduling strategies in container orchestration systems, emphasizing the importance of selecting the most suitable strategy for a system's specific needs. The article explores the evolution of container systems and challenges around cloud reliability and fault tolerance. A structured experimental methodology was introduced to compare different strategies systematically, utilizing various testing methods like packing until first rejection, packing until the cluster is full, and introducing different malfunctions such as liveness and network partitioning. Comparative results between the “binpack” and “spread” strategies highlighted that while the former excels in higher scheduling requests acceptance rate, the latter is superior in offering higher availability. The findings show the need for aligning the scheduling strategy with system objectives, be it resource optimization, fault tolerance or other desired characteristics

The influence of the program code structure on the discretization frequency of the onboard computer of a mobile robot 程序代码结构对移动机器人板载机离散频率的影响

The task of code optimization is to refuse third-party libraries that provide a set of features and conditions, which lead to additional load on the microcontroller and reduces its computing capabilities. This task was solved by using only the library for the UART software configuration and the MС work on І2С bus, which allowed to increase the discretization frequency about twice. The error of the algorithmic drift significantly depends on the discretization frequency, at the same time influence of other parameters is almost insignificant, especially when the orders of the integration algorithm are greater than 2

Computer Prediction of Adsorption Water Purification Process in Rapid Cone-Shaped Filters 快速锥形过滤器吸附水净化过程的计算机预测

In the paper a mathematical model for computer predicting the process of adsorption purification of water from impurities in rapid filters taking into account changes in the temperature of the filtration flow along the height of the filter while observing the constant filtration rate is formulated. Analgorithm for numerically-asymptotic approximation of solution of the corresponding nonlinear singularly perturbed boundary value problem for a model region of a conical shape, bounded two equipotential surfaces and a surface flow, is developed. The proposed model allows through computer experiments to investigate changes in the characteristics of porous loads (filtration coefficients, active porosity), to predict the optimal variants for using adsorbents, and increasing the duration of the filters operation due to the choice of their shape, taking into account the effect on the process of adsorption purification ofwater not only changes in the filtration rate flow along the height of the filter, but also the temperature.

The mathematical model of a processes mass transfer in saturated and unsaturated porous media to the filtertrap in isothermal conditions to the system of vertical drains is presented. The numerical solution of the respective boundary value problem was obtained by the method of finite differences using the numerical method of conformal mappings in an inverse statement.

The nonlinear mathematical model of a interconnected processes of moisture transfer, mass and heat transfer in horizontal soil layer is presented. The  numerical solution of the respective boundary value problem was obtained by the method of finite differences using the monotonic scheme. Software was created on the basic of developed algorithms and a series of numerical experiments were done.

The proposed improvement of the technique for deriving filtration equations in soils with variable porosity is described. The technique is based on the application of the apparatus of complete derivatives in the soil phase continuity equations. Examples of filtration equations in the case of a deformable and non-deformable skeleton of a porous medium are given.

The research deals with the existence of thesolution of the initial problem for hyperbolic equation under themultifrequency disturbances, which are described by the systemof ordinary differential equations (ODE) with multipoint andintegral conditions. The averaging method over fast variables isgrounded and estimation of accuracy of the method whichobviously depends on the small parameter was found.

Evaluation of Functioning Quality of Local Electrical Systems by the Criterion Method Based on Markov Processes 基于马尔可夫过程的局部电力系统功能质量评价准则法

The article proposes to use of a combination of the criterion method and Markov processes to evaluate the quality of functioning of renewable energy sources (RES) in the form of integrated readiness characteristic of the electricity network with RES or a local electrical system (LES). This is possible throughthe analysis of the problems of ensuring the quality of electricity supply in the conditions of intensive development of RES and defined by the qualimetric characteristics of the electricity networks, which are important for the provision of quality electricity. This contribute the development of generalizedsolutions and network development strategies, especially when it comes to building RES. The components of the integral index are determined as the probability of matching the actual regime to the "ideal". The "ideal" mode is determined on the basis of the principle of least action and corresponds to the circuit diagram of the network formed by the r-scheme. The basis thus determined in this way reduces the subjectivity of both evaluations and decisions taken on the basis of it.
