This research aims to analyze the strategy of preserving local culture to develop cultural tourism. This study is a form of strategic assessment effort to find solutions in the development of tourist destinations, especially cultural tourism. This study used the literature review method by collecting several references from previous research related to tourism development and preservation strategies. From the results of the analysis, it was found that one form of strategy that needs to be done is a marketing strategy to increase the number of tourist visits by creating a branding of cultural tourist attractions as a quality tourist attraction, maintaining the culture or customs and characteristics of local communities, conducting promotions via the internet or through the internet. brochures to introduce cultural tourist attractions to be better known by tourists, as well as build an image of tourist attractions to fix problems that result in a decreased number of visits

Perkembangan pariwisata Indonesia setiap tahunya telah mengantarkan sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor penyumbang devisa negara kedua setelah minyak dan gas. Tingginya angka kunjungan wisatawan ke Indonesia membuat Indonesia semakin terkenal.dikalangan wisatawan. Indahnya alam Indonesia membuat para wisatawan datang untuk berlibur menikmati budaya dan alam yang sangat natural. Salah satu destinasi unggulan yaitu kawasan The Nusa Dua. Kawasan ini merupakan contoh kawasan wisatawan yang paling diminati oleh wisatawan kelas atas. Pada akhir tahun 2019 dunia digemparkan dengan adanya wabah virus covid-19 yang membuat hampir semua sektor terhenti,termasuk sektor pariwisata.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi penerapan protokol kesehatan dan implementasi protokol kesehatan berbasis CHSE pada era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara dan pengumpulan literatur sebagai penunjang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data terlebih dahulu, reduksi data, display data dan yang terakhir verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan berbasis CHSE di kawasan ITDC The Nusa Dua sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sistem yang terintegrasi membuat kawasan ITDC The Nusa Dua menjadi zona hijau sehingga membuat kawasan ITDC The Nusa Dua sudah bisa dibuka untuk tujuan tertentu. Pengontrolan para pengunjung dengan aplikasi Pedulu Lindungi sangat membantu petugas untuk melakukan pengontrolan kegiatan pengunjung di ITDC dengan standar CHSE.

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of developing a tourist attraction in the old town of Ampenan, Mataram. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, the following strategies are produced: SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy, namely community empowerment through training, utilizing technological advances in marketing Ampenan Old Town, increasing collaboration with travel agencies and making more tour packages to Ampenan Old Town. The WO (Weakness Opportunities) strategy is: developing and managing supporting facilities in the tourist attraction of the old city of Ampenan, conducting promotions in collaboration with stakeholders, making attractive tour packages. The ST (Strength Threath) strategy is: making special rules/policies in the development of ampenan old town, working with related agencies in tackling environmental damage,. The WT (Weakness Threath) strategy is: conducting outreach to the local community, increasing supervision of tourism activities, maximizing the tourism development budget through cooperation

Stakeholders are individuals or groups who are actively involved and have a much-needed role in the sustainability of development, including tourism. The sustainability of tourism is very much determined by the active role of stakeholders in the development and management of tourist destinations. Various problems in the development of tourist destinations often occur, this can be seen from several tourist destinations that used to be visited by tourists, but are no longer considered by tourists. This study aims to examine and analyze the role of stakeholders in the development of tourist destinations by means of literature review research. Based on the results of the literature analysis that the stakeholders include; 1) Primary stakeholders (primary), 2) Supporting stakeholders (secondary), 3) Key stakeholders.

Beberapa kecenderungan tentang peningkatan SDM ini sangatlah jelas terlihat oleh beberapa tempat wisata yang terkenal di Indonesia, sebut saja wilayah-wilayah yang banyak di kenal sebagai objek wisata di Indonesia adalah wilayah Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Papua, dll. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan potensi wisata Curung Indah Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta dengan Pendekatan Analisis SWOT dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hal lain dalam memajukan suatu objek wisata selain dengan ketujuh sapta pesona tersebut, dalam hal ini: aman, tertib, bersih, indah, sejuk, ramah tamah, dan kenangan merupakan suatu kesatuan yang saling terkait dalam dunia pariwisata. Jadi, untuk kemajuannya dibutuhkan tenaga profesional yang merupakan bagian dari masyarakat dan pemerintah guna mendorong terus berkembangnya objek wisata dalam suatu daerah yang ada di Indonesia ini.

This research was conducted to examine about halal tourism in Indonesia that is still cursory jargon alone, because there are still misinterpretations and halal tourism concepts have not been done correctly. For this study the authors used literacy study method by collecting evidence based on existing literacy balanced with data collected based on observation and supporting data collection. In this study, the authors still think that halal tourism in Indonesia is jargon because of the unavailability of regulation, certification of halal tourism that does not exist, human resources (HR) that are not adequate enough and other supporting infrastructure that is still quite lacking.

The objectives of this research is to figure out the fulfillment of tourism components at Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction and to formulate the steeps in order to build Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction as the economical locomotive of the local community. As the objectives, this research studies whether or not the tourism components which should be fulfill in atourist atraction has been fulfilled in Danau Perintis Tourit Attraction. The theory ini this research is tourism components which is consist of Attraction, Accesibility and Amenities. There are many obstacles that was found in Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction act as an economical locomotive of the local community, so that through this research and also based on the theory of this research there ara some solutions that can be recomended in order to create the act of Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction to give a positive impact for the local community financially. The result based on those three tourism components with other supporting components are; there should be an attraction development sach as water ride facilities and also a maximum maintenance. Next is from the accesibility side, this tourist attraction has a good accesibility. It means this place is accesible easily for all tourist from any areas. The last component is about amenities or facilities that should be completed.

Pengembangan daya tarik wisata arung jeram Papualangi di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara merupakan suatu perencanaan oleh pemerintah untuk dijadikan suatu program sehingga obyek wisata ini bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif wisata minat khusus di kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Berdasarkan hasil Prapenelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan obyek wisata ini sudah dalam tahap pengembangan berupa, perbaikan jalan, dan mendirikan musholah di sekitar obyek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan obyek-obyek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan oleh pemerintah ke depannya sehinga banyak wisatawan yang akan berkunjung di daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam mengembangkan obyek wisata arung jeram Papualangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian mencakup bagian Pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata Gorontalo Utara, dan Masyarakat Desa Papualangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data mencakup penjabaran mengenai analisa sebelum, selama, dan setelah tutun penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara belum mampu secara maksimal untuk mengembangkan obyek wisata Arung Jeram Papualangi karena Arung Jeram Papualangi ini adalah suatu Kawasan Taman Nasional jadi dalam pengembangan harus bekerja sama dengan Balai Nasional Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Berdasarkan hasil Prapenelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan obyek wisata ini sudah dalam tahap pengembangan berupa, perbaikan jalan, dan mendirikan musholah di sekitar obyek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan obyek-obyek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan oleh pemerintah ke depannya sehinga banyak wisatawan yang akan berkunjung di daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam mengembangkan obyek wisata arung jeram Papualangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian mencakup bagian Pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata Gorontalo Utara, dan Masyarakat Desa Papualangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data mencakup penjabaran mengenai analisa sebelum, selama, dan setelah tutun penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara belum mampu secara maksimal untuk mengembangkan obyek wisata Arung Jeram Papualangi karena Arung Jeram Papualangi ini adalah suatu Kawasan Taman Nasional jadi dalam pengembangan harus bekerja sama dengan Balai Nasional Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Marketing plan yang di rancang dalam penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai pedoman stakeholder dalam menentukan langkah-langkah strategis program-program pengembangan pasar. Pasar tradisional merupakan tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli serta ditandai dengan adanya transaksi penjual pembeli secara langsung dan biasanya ada proses tawar-menawar, bangunan biasanya terdiri dari kios-kios atau gerai, los dan dasaran terbuka yang dibuka oleh penjual maupun suatu pengelola pasar. Kebanyakan menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti bahan-bahan makanan berupa ikan, buah, sayur-sayuran, telur, daging, kain, pakaian barang elektronik, jasa dan lain-lain. Selain itu, ada pula yang menjual kue-kue dan barang-barang lainnya. Pasar seperti ini masih banyak ditemukan di Indonesia, dan umumnya terletak dekat kawasan perumahan agar memudahkan pembeli untuk mencapai pasar. Beberapa pasar tradisional yang "legendaris" antara lain adalah pasar Beringharjo di Yogyakarta, pasar Klewer di Solo, pasar Johar di Semarang, serta Pasar Srowolan yang memiliki nilai sejarah perjuangan pada masa penjajahan kolonial belanda.

AbstractThis article aims to determine the Shafar Bathing Ritual Process in Kec. Atinggola Buata Village, North Gorontalo Regency, and knowing the Implementation of Regional Government Policies in the Cultural Tourism sector towards Shafar Bathing Rituals in North Gorontalo District, and formulating solutions to the identified constraints. This article is analyzed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the analysis of this article are 1) Shafar's bathing ritual starts from the morning at 06.30 WIB with the recitation of Al-Quran verses (Surah Al-Kahfi, Surah Yasin), and the traditional event of bathing Shafar then ends with eating together. 2) Tourism development in Atinggola District is quite good, seen from the policy of the District Government. North Gorontalo and 3) In implementing tourism development, the Tourism and Culture Office always tries to develop tourism in Atinggola District, namely by carrying out tourism promotion programs, tourism destination development programs, and tourism partnership programs. The tourism promotion program is carried out by organizing the Shafar bathing ritual which is carried out once a year in addition to tourism promotion via the internet. While the tourism partnership program, the Tourism and Culture Office collaborates with several related agencies to help develop tourism in Atinggola District.
