The Hadiths of the Prophet regarding benefits of dates or scientifically known as Phoenix dactilyfera has gain so much attention from the scientist of Islamic knowledge and the modern sciences. Most researches presented in the topic focus on the benefit of dates in dealing with poisoning as it were clearly stated in the Hadith, furthermore some new scientific findings prove that the benefits of dates are far beyond that. Besides, the benefits of dates in dealing with black magic is still undiscovered by the modern sciences, even though some people claim to explain it scientifically, it is no more than an example of pseudoscience. It is also important to mention that most of the books published in the field of al-‘Ijaz al-‘ilmi related to the dates issue, especially those written in Arabic language has been observed to repeat the same scientific information regarding the benefits of dates despite the presence of new scientific researches and findings. On the other hand, some researches in this subject also has been notably neglect the importance of collecting all related texts of the Hadith before starting to interpret it, which is a vital step in understanding the Hadith. Therefore this research aims at understanding the Hadith regarding the benefits of dates through collecting all related Hadith in the topic and further interpreting it scientifically by referring to new scientific researches available.

Imam Makki who died in the fifth century of Hijrah is considered one of the prominent scholars of Arabic phonetics. This is clearly demonstrated in his studies of Arabic phonics and its characters; individually and collectively, his interpretation and explanation, his discussions and critical views of them. His al-Ri'ayah marks the great shift and accomplishment in the study of Arabic phonetics. Thus, this articles focuses on the contributions of Imam Makki in al-Ri'ayah from the perspectives of the methods of pronouncing Arabic letters and its relation with modern phonetics, the influence Arabic letters and its relation with modern phonetics, the influence and reflections of the Arabic letters, and criticism on aspects relating to correct pronunciation of the letters.

Ketokohan dan Sumbangan Sultan Abdul Hamid II Sebagai Khalifah Terakhir Dawlah Uthmaniyyah Berlandaskan Prinsip al-Quran dan al-Sunnah

The leadership and contribution of the final caliph of Ottoman, Sultan Abdul Hamid II are undisputable. A large number of innovations have been made during his 33 years of administration including economics, transportation, communications, education and more. Not to be overlooked is his greatest contribution to the Muslim world when he became the custodian of the first Qibla of Muslims that is al-Aqsa Mosque of the Palestinian land. This study examines the leadership and contribution of Sultan Abdul Hamid II as the last caliph of Ottoman before the fall of the Caliphate system in 1922 through historical method. His leadership is scrutinized in many aspects such as economics when he succeeded in reducing debt levels to just one tenth of total debt. Moreover, his policies in dealing with the Zionist Jewish conspiracy to control Palestine also put pressure on the enemy. Despite the fact that the Ottoman state was unstable, Sultan Abdul Hamid II was able to continue the caliphate legacy under his rule until 1909.

Vektor Zika dan Teknik Kawalan Haiwan Perosak Menurut Perspektif Hadis

The spread of Zika virus (ZIKV) has raised tensions among the world community especially Malaysia since it was last recorded in 2007. Zika (ZIKV) is transmitted to humans by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito which also causes dengue, chikungunya and yellow fever. In less than a year, the Zika virus has spread across the globe. The focal point was on February 1, 2016 when World Health Organization (WHO) had to press the panic button and declare ZIKV a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). All significant world health agencies have now been deployed for the purpose of preventing and controlling viruses. A range of appropriate control measures have been implemented including the repellent campaign against Aedes mosquito and to monitor the flow of people and international tourists to Malaysia. Significantly, in the compilation of his word, Prophet Muhammad has warned of the dangers and threats of pests. Although mosquitoes are not specifically referred to as fasiq animals (pests), their threats could qualify to be classified as pests through the opinion of qias (analogy) scholars. Therefore, this paper seeks to shed light on the threat of mosquitoes and the basis of their relationship to the fasiq animals (pests). This study is important in guiding the community concerning the harm produced by animals and the finest control procedure in light of the sunnah of the Prophet.

Tafsir Feminis: Antara Rekonstruksi Tafsiran Mesra-Gender atau Huraian Pseudo-Ilmiah 女权主义解释:要么是对性别的重建,要么是伪科学的Huraian

This research tends to discuss on the feminist exegesis, a method which is emerging in the field of current discourse. It proposes new type of interpretations that prone to deconstruct the classical scholars' exegesis which are perceived as misogynistic and at the same time tends to propose and reconstruct a gender-friendly interpretation. In order to obtain those objectives, some example of exegetical works, range from the medieval and contemporary exegeses, from the traditionalists to the feminists' streams of exegeses being selected and compared. This analysis based on the issue of women's inheritance rights. Result from this research shows that there are divergences between both exegetical streams due to the differences in their exegetical methodologies that are being adopted. Although feminist exegesis method tries to present the new interpretation within the gender-equal orientation, but their methodology does not consider the authentic discipline of the Quran exegesis.

Takhrij has been defined as disclosing the original source of a hadith from the major books of Islam and revealing its status if it needed. The main purpose of it is to preserve the hadith of the Prophet SAW from being falsified as well as to rectified the facts related to it. Proper writing of takhrij hadith has become a common requirement stressed from many parties. Many writings, especially scientific, have required that each hadith that been exposed must disclose its takhrij properly. Although it has been stressed, many inconsistency styles of writing found in the documentation of takhrij. The inconsistencies have confused some reader to the excact meaning of the documentation. The absence of a proper guide to the way of writing of takhrij is been found one of the reason of the inconsistencies. This article aims to discuss the inconsistencies and proposes a few suggestions of stlye of documentation of takhrij to be applied in scientific writing.

حفظ الحياة في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان: دراسة مقارنة 根据伊斯兰教法和《世界人权宣言》保护生命:比较研究

يهدف هذا البحث لبيان أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين الشريعة الإسلامية والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، فالإسلام يسبق كل الشرائع والقوانين منذ أكثر من أربعة عشر قرنًا من الزمان مضت في احترامه لحقوق الإنسان وآدميته بوصفه إنسانًا، حيث جاء التشريع الإسلامي بحق حفظ حياة الإنسان لأنه بنيان الله تعالى في الأرض، وحقه في الحياة الكريمة، والذي ينطلق من تكريم الله للإنسان واستخلافه في الأرض، كما أن الإسلام يؤكد على البعد الإلهي في هذه الحقوق ويعتمد على الوجدان الفردي وإيمان المسلم في تطبيق هذه الحقوق على أرض الواقع، وفق مبدأ الواجب يجب أن يطاع، والمنهي يجب أن يترك، ومن هنا فإن الشريعة الإسلامية  حرمت الإنتحار واعتبرته جريمة يعاقب صاحبها أشد العقاب في الآخرة، لأن الحياة ليست ملكًا لصاحبها، فهي هبة من الله تعالى للإنسان. إن الشريعة الإسلامية قد كفلت حق الحياة لجميع الناس دون تمييز أو تفرقة بين البشر، وتعمل على حماية هذا الحق من كل اعتداء،  وهو حق مقدس لا يحل انتهاك حرمته ولا استباحته لأن المحافظة على الحياة من الضروريات التي أمرت بها الشريعة الإسلامية، حتى الجنين في بطن أمه حفظ الله له الحق في الحياة، وأن أحكام ومقاصد من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية جاءت من أجل حماية حياة الإنسان والحفاظ عليها، وأعطتها الأولوية على غيرها. فالإسلام يأمر معتنقيه بإحترام الحياة الإنسانية غاية الإحترام، وليس من حق أي الإنسان أن يعتدي عليها أو يصيبها بسوء لأي حجة أو سبب أو عذر. خلافا لما يحصل اليوم من هدر لهذا الحق. وفي الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، حفظ الحياة حق لكل البشر، ولا يدور حوله جدال. بل على الإنسان أن يحافظ على حياته ويصونها. واتبعت الدارس المنهج المقارن في كتابة هذا البحث، وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج منها: جاءت أحكام وتشريعات الإسلام من أجل رعاية الإنسان وحقوقه الطبيعية، منها حق الحياة، وهي لكل فرد من البشر،لأنه لاقيام لحياة الناس بدونه، ويعد الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الركيزة الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان، وبناء عالم جديد. على أسس العدل والسلام والحرية والمساواة بين جميع الشعوب والأمم، وفي المقارنة لبيان أوجه الشبه والفرق بينهما  تبين أن هناك من أوجه الشبه بينهما منها: الحياة هبة من الله، فلا يجوز إزهاق روح دون مقتضًى الحق والقانون. ويحرم اللجوء إلى وسائل تفضي إلي إفناء النوع البشري، سواء بدوافع  عقائدية، أو آراء فكرية منحرفة. ومن أوجه الفرق بينهما منها: أن لائحة حقوق الإنسان بصياغتها العالمية لم يمض على ولادتها سوى نصف قرن وقد تم الاعلان عنها عقيب الحرب العالمية الثانية والإسلام سبقها بقرون.
本研究的目的是说明伊斯兰教法与《世界人权宣言》之间的一致和不同之处,因为伊斯兰教在尊重人权和作为人的人的尊严方面,早在#多个世纪之前,伊斯兰法律就规定了保护人的生命的权利,因为这是真主在地上建立的结构,是享有尊严生活的权利,其出发点是真主对人类的尊重和在土地上的剥夺。事实上,根据应有的原则,必须服从,必须必须离开;因此,伊斯兰教法禁止自杀,并将自杀视为一种罪行,这种罪行会在来世受到最严厉的惩罚,因为生命不属于主人,生命是真主赐予人类的礼物。伊斯兰教法保障所有人的生命权,不加区分或歧视,并努力保护所有人的生命权不受侵犯,这是一项神圣的权利,既不能解决对其不可侵犯性的侵犯,因为根据伊斯兰教法,保护生命是必不可少的,即使是母亲腹中的胎儿也享有生命权,而且《可兰经》和先知先知的规定和宗旨是保护和保护人的生命,并优先于他人。伊斯兰教的信奉者尊重人的生命是一种最高的尊重,任何人都无权以任何理由、理由或借口对其进行攻击或恶意攻击。而不是今天这种权利的浪费。在《世界人权宣言》中,生命是所有人的权利,不容争辩。人类必须维护和保护自己的生命。学者们采用了比较的方法编写了研究报告,并得出了结论:伊斯兰教的条款和立法旨在促进人的福利和自然权利,包括每个人的生命权,因为没有这些权利,人的生命就不可能存在;《世界人权宣言》是人权的根本基础,建立一个新世界。在所有民族和国家之间的正义、和平、自由和平等的基础上,并将它们之间的相似性和差别进行比较,可以看出它们之间有一些相似之处,其中包括:生命是神的恩赐,没有真理和法律的精神是不可能的。无论是出于意识形态的动机,还是由于扭曲的思想观点,都被剥夺了使用毁灭人类的手段的权利。两者之间的一个区别是:具有普遍性的人权法规刚刚诞生半个世纪,而且第二次世界大战和伊斯兰教的前身数百年。

Penerapan Kemahiran Insaniah (Soft Skills) dalam PdPc Kursus Tarannum Kelas Kemahiran al-Quran di Sekolah Menengah Berdasarkan Konsep Penilaian CIPP

Teaching and Facilitation (PdPc) is a comprehensive approach of communication and receiving knowledge involving closely related teachers and students. In Malaysia, the Ministry of Education introduced the Kelas Kemahiran al-Quran (Quranic Art Class) in secondary schools with aim to produce knowledgeable students who understand and practice Quranic culture in daily life activities. However, if the elements of kemahiran insaniah (soft skills) are ignored in its approach, achieving this goal i.e. producing knowledgeable student can be difficult. One of the national goals is producing a balanced and holistic Muslim student who can accomplish his responsibilities as a human resource or human capital. The students are not only well-versed in the Quranic studies, but also possesses the characteristics of an ideal Muslim. Hence this paper aims to examine the application of the elements of soft skills in the Quranic Art Class (KKQ) course which has been introduced by the ministry to the National Religious Secondary School (SMKA) and Aliran Agama (Religious Stream) curriculum based on the CIPP assessment concept. In collecting data, this qualitative study employs document analysis, semi-structured but in-depth interviews, target group interviews as well as observational method. The preliminary findings show that only two elements of soft skills, professional ethics and moral values, are applied in the PdPc of Quranic Art Class in the secondary school.
