Hierarchical reconstruction on image sequences is a hot issue recently. When occlusion exists, the result of reconstruction will be affected. This paper proposes an algorithm to solve the occlusion issue on image sequences. The conjugate gradient method is used to estimate the projective depth. Then the initial model is built to judge the outlier. Meanwhile the final result is built with effective value. The method is proved to be feasible according to the experiment result.

The purpose of this paper is to study a fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making problem, where the attribute values are represented by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, and the attribute weights are unknown completely, but each decision maker provides preference information on alternatives by the preference ordering. An assignment method is developed to solve this problem. Firstly, the contribution matrix of alternatives and the preference matrix of decision makers are created, then a quadratic programming is constructed to integrate the objective evaluations and the subjective preferences for determining the attribute weights. The ranking of alternatives or the best alternative(s) is obtained by constructing an assignment model to maximize the total contribution of alternatives. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.

Biological invasion is a major threat to biodiversity globally. It not only affects ecosystem structure and function, but also brings the economic and environmental impacts. To curb the societal, economic and environmental impacts of alien invasive species (AIS), we need realize the current status and hazard of biological invasions, and understand the invasive routes and mechanisms. Finally, we provide the theoretic connotation of biological invasions according to entropy increasing principle of Second Thermodynamics Law, and some advises on controlling biological invasions. Biological invasions, also called biological pollution, have two-dimension danger at horizontal and vertical scale, and two-channel way in natural and artificial way. The key of studying biological invasions is mechanism and principle. The mechanism of biological invasions focuses on the biological and ecological characteristic of alien invasive species, and frangibility of habitat. The Grid is emerging as a wide-scale distributed computing infrastructure that promises to support resource sharing and coordinated problem solving in dynamic multiinstitutional Virtual Organizations. To describe data, the Webservice issues have been extended with a relevance of Grids in education. To successfully summarize this in terms of a Webservice implementation strategy for a hypothetical enterprise, the implication of Grids and Web services for any organization is currently being developed at W3C. In this paper, the Core Grid Ontology for E-learning (CGOEL) is proposed, which provides the infrastructure on which to build the various Web service implementations. Finally, grid infrastructure is deployed to get easier as commercial support grows and the heroic efforts are packaged properly.

Business Process Execution Language for Web Services (abbreviated to BPEL) is a language for specifying business process behavior based on Web services. But it cannot ensure the correctness of desired specification and properties exhibited by the BPEL control flow. Based on an analysis of the grammar and control flow of BPEL language, we first propose a formal model for BPEL and give the semantics of the BPEL activities to generate the transition tuple. We then develop an algorithm to automatically transform part of the BPEL language into the input language of MCTK, a symbolic model checker developed by us, such that we can verify temporal and epistemic properties of the BPEL processes. Finally, we illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm through an example of Virtual Travel Agency Web Services Composition.

The location and tracking of the sound source is an important aspect in the speech communication and recognition. The method of source location and tracking based on the time delay is presented in this paper. According to the characteristic of noise, the FLOC (fractional lower order covariance) and CSP (cross-power spectrum phase) are selected to estimate the time delay, which can quickly determine and tracking the sound source location. The better result is acquired with the experiments.

This paper presents a mode of Meteorology Forecasting Product Service to generate meteorology forecasting product on time and send them to other departments or information system in Beijing Olympic Committee. In order to meet the requirements for openness, high speed, flexibility and stability, the mode employs an effective framework integrated with TeX language, relational database, templates technology strategy to generate forecasting service product for Beijing Olympic Games. It is the first time to introduce TeX technology into the course of the entire weather service for Olympic Games. A software system named OMIS (Meteorology Information Service System) which is developed in the mode has high stability and good usability. During in Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, OMIS has been providing high-quality meteorology service without any fault.

An approach of fast motion estimation (ME), aiming at the stabilization problem of video surveillance system on driving vehicle, is proposed in the paper. The information of color space based on multidimension projection and brightness based on grayscale projection (GP) are jointly considered. Compared with the traditional approaches of GP, the presented approach can be applied to achieve higher precision and remain real-time performance. Furthermore, it is more robust than GP, especially when brightness distribution of video image is nearly even. Meanwhile, scaling factor estimation is also applied, which is helpful to estimate motion vector(MV) from scaling motion mode.
