According to the need of on-line three dimensional demonstration, this paper analyses both the good and bad points among the present three dimensional development kits, and finally chooses java 3D as the development kit. Through analyzing the organization of 3DS files, we obtained the human body data by reading the 3DS files, and with these data the three-dimensional human body models can be constructed. This paper applied the surface geometric modeling technology to rebuild the human body models, and developed a three dimensional human body demonstration system based on Java 3D.

License plate location is the key to the recognition system of motor vehicle license. This paper presents an algorithm for license plate location based on compound mathematical morphology. An edge detection operator is designed for the edge extraction of the license plate image, with a clear edge image obtained. Then, the horizontal and vertical projections are used to locate the license plate area. The experimental result shows that the algorithm is accurate and efficient in the license plate location.

Scheme guidance is widely used in the gaining altitude phase and level flight phase of cruise missile. The missile aviates according to the planed procedure, but the unchanged scheme can’t adapt to the large diversification which will possibly occur in flight, and will result in a long time’ response. This paper brings forward a design method of integrative GNC, which combines the navigation information with the scheme component. In certain conditions, the scheme component will start up flexible flight procedure, meanwhile transfer the manipulative parameters into the ones which are fit the real-time situation, and end in the smooth transition between scheduled aim and provisional flight path.

In order to realize the stability and the accuracy of particle inversion algorithm, on the basis of present commonly used algorithm, one kind of particle size distributed stochastic inversion algorithm is proposed. The algorithm combines the advantage of the annealing evolution algorithm and the genetic algorithm and has the stronger global convergence. The algorithm has ability to distinguish the distribution of single and the twin peaks accurate, and doesn’t need any prior information based on this inversion algorithm. The localization of peak value of particle size is high. The experiment can achieve the reasonable distribution of particle size.

An approach of power spectrum estimation is utilized to extract the feature vectors from acoustic signal radiated from different types of moving vehicles. A method of feature selection based on principal component analysis (PCA) is proposed to reconstruct effective feature vectors via dimension reduction. The classification of three typical targets is achieved by supported vector machine (SVM). Experiment results show that the approach presented in the paper for automatic recognition of vehicle type is effective.

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), a population-based intelligent modern heuristic algorithm, is inspired from the simulation of flock prayer behavior. It is vastly employed in various industrial applications due to its fast convergence and easy to carry out. Based on the analysis of current existing PSO algorithms, a Hybrid Improved PSO (HIPSO) is proposed in this paper, in which chaos initialization is introduced to improve the population diversity, and adaptive parameters' control strategy is employed to make it independent from specific problem, besides, novel acceptance policy based on Metropolis rule, which comes from Simulated Annealing, is taken to guarantee the convergence of the algorithm. In order to verify the effectiveness of the HIPSO, two typical numerical benchmarks are employed for comparison study with the other 3 well-known PSOs. Statistical optimization results show that, the new proposed HIPSO has outperformed the other PSOs, either on solution optimality, or on convergence speed.
