Methodologies used for Customer Churn Detection in Customer Relationship Management 客户关系管理中客户流失检测的方法

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential for many business organizations looking to maximize their customer interactions via Machine Learning and Deep Learning strategies came to be reshaping how businesses communicate with their customers. This paper look over the writing on the avail of ML and DL approaches to optimize CRM, as well as a description of the techniques used and how they are applied to every CRM dimension and component. Further, various functional effects of recent CRM method advances in the fields of ML and DL are examined. This article describes a method for applying ML strategies to assist such a corporation in dealing with client churn. We investigate different machine learning and Deep Learning algorithms utilizing real information from the XYZ Insurance customer churn dataset, which is headquartered in Indonesia. The classifiers used in this paper are Decision Tree using feature selection (DT using forward selection), Nave Bayes (NB), and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). DT with forward selection delivers the greatest results, with 91.3111 percent accuracy and 0.970, trailed by ANN and NB. It is advised that XYZ Insurance adopt the Decision Tree approach for such customer churn dataset and in overall. The paper provides useful information for further research moreover CRM resources that want to better their critical and automated functions.

The world is moving towards generation of electricity from clean energy resources to reduce emission of greenhouse gases. Sufficient research work has done to meliorate the power output quality of distributed sources. This paper assesses the methods to mitigate output power oscillations caused by grid-integrated PV system outages, as well as battery banks and inverter control approach. The analysis is part of a larger study that also comprises a hybrid super - capacitors and BESS for ramp rate control, moving average control, and VSM control.

Nanotechnology has been produced for being utilized as a part of numerous fields of studies together with physical science, science, material science, designing, and software engineering. We recognize the nanotechnology improvement group and desires of nanotechnology in the field of software engineering and the present advancement, openings happened as of late in this article. This review paper gives brief data regarding the examination occurred till this date and furthermore tells regarding the advantages of nano technology utilizing Nano tubes set up of silicon chip that will be utilized as a part of the CPU’s of PC. Also tells us about the use of quantum dot in recent TV technologies.

We are all aware that the tricycle is a popular mode of transportation in India. The basic tricycle is a three-wheeled configuration with handicapped people pedaling on one side and a seat in the center for seating. The bumpy, uneven roads in our nation have the greatest impact on hand-powered tricycles. The majority of those who rely on tricycles are daily wage employees who travel large distances on a regular basis. Regular trike riders are prone to spinal problems because driving requires a lot of energy, putting a physical strain on the back. Furthermore, many people cannot afford proper medical treatment. There are an estimated million tricycle pullers in India alone, with many more in Bangladesh and other developing nations. Tricycles, on the other hand, are gaining popularity in industrialized nations, thanks to government support. To address this issue, we created a model tricycle that may be extremely helpful for individuals who have lower-limb disabilities. To complete this research, a literature study was conducted using a variety of sources such as journals, books, articles, and other sources.

Different hierarchical clustering supporting algorithms are available for efficient coverage, information processing and connectivity in the literature. For increasing efficiency of these highly supporting tiny notes very few researchers have considered employing mobile agents. Affirmation of detected information transmission to the sink hub is one of the key problems for WSNs in the presence of failed sensor nodes. For the data aggregation and dispersion styles this arises as a severe problem. The strategy of information collection, becomes the key necessities, for example, consider less number of messages for assembling steering tree, huge number of covering courses, guaranteed data transmission, and increased data complete rate. Work on the course of information conglomeration and transmission is the aim of EDOT as its name indicates. EDOT protocol has a good property is to fabricate directing tree with a modest number of messages, higher covering ways in number, expanded collection rate, information, accumulation, dependability and assured information spread by most brief way tree (SPT) and information combination arrangement. After the introduction of computer, there has been an influx of applications. Every application sates different human needs, however, each one of them uses software maturity model to assess and deliver a reliable and scalable application. Since, every organization uses a varied model, or calculation standard, a universal standard is necessary. This research paper proposes an ubiquitous formula that, not only solves the above ambiguity but also considers every aspect of development basis on their individual prominence. Each valuable process is divided into sub categories and given respective weightage based on the use case of the application, such a dichotomy dramatically increases the assessment accuracy of the software application and provides a rate of maturity on a scale of 0-10 where the former being the lowest and later being highest level of maturity.

A Study of Low Power Wide Area Network Solutions for IoT Applications 面向物联网应用的低功耗广域网解决方案研究

With the expansion in the world of Internet of Things (IoT), the number of networked devices in IoT is also increasing. Consequently, connectivity requirements (e.g., energy efficiency, cost deployment, scalability etc.) are also budding rapidly to ensure effective communication between these devices. The recent developments in the emerging IoT technology i.e., Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) technology promise to meet these requirements. This paper will introduce the emerging LPWAN technology followed by the requirements and its specifications. Furthermore, its representatives such as LoRa, Sigfox, NB-IoT will be introduced of which characteristics, topology and some significant techniques are inspected. The following techniques are compared together in a frequency spectrum to detect risk bands causing collisions. The main contribution of this paper is a summary of characteristics, which influence the resulting coexistence.

In today's information technology era, data security is a big concern. Because data is stored in various locations throughout the world, it becomes especially dangerous in the cloud environment. Encryption is a technique, and various encryption methods play an imperative role to provide cloud data security. In cloud computing, encryption algorithms are employed to protect data security. The goal of data security is to limit access to just those who are concerned and permitted. In this work, we explain file size using AES, DES, BLOWFISH and Pailier, and compare their performance based on the examination of various data formats such as text files, image files, and word documents, among others, at various setups for individual users.

Retaining feasibility conditions to solve Time Minimization Transportation Problem using modified Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm 保留可行性条件下的改进粒子群优化算法求解时间最小化运输问题

The Time Minimization Transportation Problems (TMTP) is a critical variant of transportation problem that deal with urgent/earliest supply of goods or services to the destinations. The required source-destination solution pairs have been found with the exact or the analytical methods. However, the dimension increased, the problems become NP Hard and need to be solved using alternative techniques. In this expedition, met heuristic techniques came into force such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm which has utilized to address a wide range of real life optimization problems (mostly continuous). But PSO has been encapsulated, with different encoding and decoding techniques, to deal with the discrete problems as well. In this paper, the authors propose two modules of amending the negative and the fractional allocations incorporated within the iterations of basic PSO. These modules convert the infeasible solutions that arise because of parameters in PSO, into the feasible ones. The proposed technique has been found to be a good alternative for logistic decisions as compared with existing techniques while tested on different test problems. The extensive search capability of proposed PSO has ascertained in terms of alternate optimal solutions irrespective of the count of allocations (m + n - 1) and independent position of allocated cells within intermediate or global optimal solution. This performance substantiate the scope of Particle Swarm Optimization for discrete combinatorial optimization problems.
