This article discusses the problems encountered in the creation of the popular anti-corruption theme. Taking the Beijing opera "On the Road" as an entry point, it analyzes the concept, creative direction, composition, and plot of the drama. "On the Road" is created with people as the center and is grounded to avoid such dramas. The missionary intention is obviously embarrassing. The essential elements of other dramas are also very high. The script is good, the music is beautiful, the actors are great, and many others. The elements are complete, which contributed to the good show that resonated with the audience and penetrated into the hearts of the people.

The practical teaching of political and administrative majors is facing problems of transformation. First, we should conform to the developing trend of the "Internet +" era, and cultivate professionals with the "Internet +" spirits and thoughts, and master the "Internet + Government administration" skills. Second, we should start from the actual needs of society and students, vigorously dig public resources in the field of industry administration, and broaden the width of training. To this end, this article focuses on the three dimensions of the analytical ablility of industry policies and regulations, the ability to grasp the frontier dynamics of industry management practices, and the application ability to apply information technology to big data analysis and application, to emphasis on the cultivatation of "Internet + Industry administration" ability of the students, thereby assist to the smooth transition of practical teaching in political and administrative majors, and to improve the professional ability and social adaptability of the students.

In recent years, new energy vehicles are booming in China-ASEAN, but the IOT of transportation based on new energy vehicles is still in its infancy. This paper analyzed the new formats of big data, location service and sharing economy of the IOT of new energy vehicle transportation in China-ASEAN, and established the construction model of the IOT of new energy vehicle transportation in China-ASEAN based on social capital. It also explored the influence mechanism of social capital on the construction of the IOT of new energy vehicle transportation in China-ASEAN. Some suggestions are put forward to stimulate the vitality of social capital and build the IOT of new energy vehicle transportation in China-ASEAN, such as making good top-level design, strengthening guiding funds, putting infrastructure first and making good use of relevant policies.

In higher education, engineering majors play an important role in all disciplines, and the number of engineering majors also accounts for the highest proportion. In the talent training system, graduate student belongs to a higher position. It is an important way to cultivate high quality and high ability graduate students through the construction of high quality courses. Through the investigation, the quality and ability of graduate students in engineering majors are obtained. Focusing on the quality and ability cultivation of graduate students, the study discussed the goal orientation of high quality courses, the design of knowledge content, explanation content, course assignment, and expounded the teaching methods of high quality courses. The study results can provide reference for the construction of high quality courses for graduate students in engineering majors.

ABSTRACT The research object of this paper was a single perishable product that does not immediately deteriorate. The emergency demand for the perishable goods was rarely studied, but it was practically significant. This article firstly used the piece wise exponential metamorphism function to characterize the non-immediate metamorphism. This paper also considered the emergency demand ignored previously. Then this paper explored the retailer's inventory strategy after introducing the emergency demand influence factor into the inventory level function and demand function. Finally, the impact of emergency demand factors on the retailer's single inventory strategy was compared, analyzed and expanded. Therefore, the practical significance of this paper is proved in theory.

With the acceleration of the new industrial revolution and the deepening of the globalization process, the development of a new economy and the complexity of modern situation need China to act on higher education of engineering and establish new engineering education. The evolution of discipline shows that emerging engineering education (3E) has its necessity. In this paper, the 3E is discussed from the reflection of modernity, classification guidance and higher education institution’s self-exploration, integrity-oriented engineering discipline reconstruction, engineering education comprehensive reform, and other aspects. Under the background of 3E, there are many difficulties in the reform and development of engineering education in local HEIs (Higher Education Institutions), such as the fixed logic of development, the outdated of ideology of running school, the absence collaborative teaching resources, the barriers of organization and management, the weakness of teachers’ practical ability etc. Getting rid of these problems, local HEIs should design their orientation, set up disciplines according to the needs of regional industry, break down barriers among disciplines, integrate the resources of government, enterprises and universities, promote the reform of engineering education, improve the teaching evaluation system.

In view of the weak foundation of computer major students in local Colleges, a case-based teaching method is used to stimulate students' learning motivation and interest. The case-based teaching method takes the case task as the carrier carefully designs the combination of case task and knowledge point, and integrates the case task into the real scene. At the same time, the case is divided into three levels: simple, general and slightly difficult to deal with students at different levels. All cases are arranged on the online automatic judge system. Through the online automatic judge system, students can complete the case work, which can make students better learn knowledge points and complete the case, and make students better experience the sense of challenge and joy after the success of the challenge. The case-based teaching method can achieve a good teaching effect through the completion of homework and final examination results.

Internationalization is an inevitable trend for the development of higher education. Her persona, functions, and traits suggest that she would not be well-suited to affection or the stable bonds of marriage. She always destroys her lovers, which also brings difficulties to her own life. In mythology, Ishtar arbitrarily put her husband Dumuzi into hell and finally failed to revenge against Gilgamesh. The weakening of Ishtar’s power reflects the decline of women’s social status at that time.

In view of the main problems existing in the training and practical teaching of applied and innovative talents in China, it is studied in the paper that the construction of practical teaching system for applied undergraduate talents. It is explored the reform of practical teaching contents and methods, and the optimization of teaching methods. This paper expounds how to build up a team of experimental teaching instructors to ensure the quality and level of experimental teaching. It is emphasized to improve the management system of experimental teaching system and the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of experimental teaching quality.
