Economic corridor is an innovative international cooperative framework which has more solid partnership than traditional international relationship. Endowed with special legislative supports from governments, development zones present some certain economic functions in an area and even a country. International cooperative projects usually start from development zones. An evaluation on business environment of development zones become remarkable and significant, and even could be an investment guidance for investors on along countries of economic corridor. This article investigated SIP, as a development zone in the first place in China, and Saysettha, a co-constructed development zone in Laos, and compared the business environment with the World Bank’s doing business index system. The result of comparison and analysis might be helpful for both countries to strengthen cooperation through economic corridor framework, and be exemplary for development zones to improve their business environment.

According to the requirements of education departments for the construction of teachers, independent colleges have invested a lot of energy to promote the construction of teachers. However, there are still many problems, such as the difficulty of talent introduction, the unreasonable structure of teachers, the difficulty of in-service training and the imperfection of incentive mechanism. On the basis of analyzing those problems, it is suggested that independent colleges should set up the concept of performance management, build a performance management system integrating evaluation indicators, teacher training, assessment, job promotion, salary and post appointment, improve the working enthusiasm, and promote the connotation construction of faculty.

The connotation of contemporary Germany political education involves all aspects of history, politics, economy, and society, but its core is education about constitutional knowledge and constitutional awareness. The concept of constitutional education runs through the history of Germany modern political education. “Constitutional patriotism” is the basic theory of contemporary Germany political education. In practice, people should establish the goal of political education on the basis of the constitution, carry out school political education on the basis of constitution, and select the social undertaker of political education on the basis of the constitution. Constitutional education is the core of Germany political education. Its essence is to obtain the public’s approval of bourgeois rule and to maintain the capitalist constitutional system. The experience of German constitutional education has certain enlightenment significance to China’s ideological and political education and constitutional education: we must attach great importance to constitutional education, strengthen the teaching of school constitutional education, and form a joint force of social constitutional education.

Based on the deep ecological theory and value chain theory, this article starts from the perspective of the art market ecological environment, summarizes the problems in the art market production, circulation, consumption and other links, and conducts a targeted analysis of its supply chain and art trading industry chain. It believes that the lack of value system, upside down market structure, and capital orientation of art investment have led to an imbalance in the art ecology, and put forward the idea of building a "hive structure" ecosystem in the art market.

Beijing used to be called “Ji, Nanjing, Yanjing” and so on. The first time it became capital was when Wanyanliang moved the capital of Jin Dynasty from Acheng, Heilongjiang to Yanjing in 1153. The purpose of this paper is to promote the excavation and inheritance of Beijing's ancient capital resources and prosper the capital culture. Firstly, the paper verified the Jinzhongdu’s location, compared it with the location of Liaoning Nanjing, Yuandadu, and Beijing City of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and explored the location principles of Jinzhongdu. Secondly, starting from the period of Youzhou in the Tang Dynasty, the paper reviewed the cultural and economic development of the area where Jinzhongdu is located, and explored the background of the formation of Jinzhongdu culture. Again, the paper illustrated the important social thoughts of Jinzhongdu and their influences on later generations.

Taking the ability training of "national culture innovation and practice" as the core, this study discusses how to reform the cultivation mode for design professionals in local colleges and universities. This study explores the specific methods of personnel training mode reform from the aspects including the construction of training system with personnel characteristics, the integration of "national culture" and teaching content, the introduction of integration of production and education, the emphasis on science and education cooperation, the construction of teaching evaluation and quality assurance mechanism with characteristics. This study aims to explore personnel training in local university to support the local economic construction. At the same time, this study tries to create the personal characteristics of the major in design in local colleges and universities, leading to the goal of teaching reform to upgrade the traditional design specialty.

In engineering design, as the main media to define, express and convey product information in conception, design, and manufacture, engineering graphics play an extremely important role in technical and management work. Following the basic requirements of engineering graphics course teaching, configuration design is a teaching activity of conceiving and describing the plane figures, three-dimensional structure, part structure and component structure, etc. Through the configuration design training, it can deepen students' understanding and mastering the teaching contents, and further cultivate their ability to visualize innovative thinking. In this paper, the necessity of the teaching of configuration design in engineering graphics is analyzed, the basic ideas of the teaching of configuration design are introduced, and the main forms that can be adopted in the configuration design training are given, including configuration design based on geometric elements, shape configuration design based on one view, two views as well as three views and configuration design of chimeric shape based on given shape, etc.

Based on the theory of “input-procedure-output” in performance management, this paper discussed the relationships between team psychological capital, team collective work satisfaction and work input through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Team psychological capital is a high-order core construct, and it plays a more crucial part than the four dimensions; (2) There are differences in the influence of each sub-dimension on the intermediary and outcome variables, team resilience and the team hopes to show good explanatory ability; (3) Team collective work satisfaction plays a part in mediating the impact of team psychological capital on employee's work input. Based on the above analysis, the paper finally gives suggestions on how to development team psychological capital of the hotel staff, for the sake of providing theoretical and practical support for the sound development of the hotel industry and the improvement of competitiveness.

With the increasing development of the new media, the new terminologies related to the publication industries are sprouting, bringing about the critical issue on how to formulate and implement them in Mongolian. At present, there are trends that the translators adopt the new terminologies according to their own understandings, therefore, the terminologies of Mongolian characteristics are converted based on her lexicology as well as the transliteration of the foreign words in terms of its close approximation in Mongolian phonetic sound when it comes to the terminologies on the new media in society. However, the coexistence of different terms where two or more terminologies on the same phenomenon results in the inconsistency should be normalized and unified as well. This paper, based on the current situation where the existing translation of the terminology involving the new media is not standardized, puts forward the view that when introducing the new terminologies, we should analyze the objective reasons and stick to the principle that we not only make full use of the rich resources in the Mongolian lexicology, giving new meanings to the old words or creating new terms but also should we transliterate the foreign words if there are not corresponding counterparts in Mongolian regardless the fact that the arising terminologies on new media are novel concept yet constantly developing and the coexistence of different terminologies is on their way to the standardization.
