Optimal control of a hyperbolic system that describes Slutsky demand 描述Slutsky需求的双曲系统的最优控制

A non-linear optimal control problem for a hyperbolic system of first order equations on a line in the case of degeneracy of the initial condition line is considered. This problem describes many natural, economic and social processes, in particular, the optimality of the Slutsky demand, the theory of bio-population, etc. The research is based on the method of characteristics and the use of nonstandard variations of the increment of target functional, which leads to the construction of efficient computational algorithms.

Proposal of Algorithm for Automated Chromosomal Abnormality Detection 染色体异常自动检测算法的提出

The article considers the problem of automatic chromosome abnormalities recognition, using images of chromosomes as an input. This paper’s scope includes overview of application domain and analysis of existing solutions. A high-level algorithm for chromosome abnormalities recognition automation is proposed, and a proof-of-concept application is built on top of the algorithm.

Ідентифікація параметрів структури ґрунтових криволінійних масивів числовими методами квазіконформних відображень

Методику реконструкції зображень із застосуванням, зокрема, числових методів комплексного аналізу адаптовано на випадки ідентифікації параметрів структури ґрунтових криволінійних масивів. Основна ідея розробленого підходу полягає у розв’язанні відповідної модельної задачі числовими методами квазіконформних відображень для порівняно нескладної області і конформному відображенні результатів на складної конструкції досліджуване фізичне середовище. Суттєвою перевагою (у порівнянні з існуючими) такого підходу є можливість реконструкції зображення без накладання гіпотези щодо довільності форм ліній рівних потенціалів на великих відстанях від електродів. Більше того, забезпечується врахування розподілу густини струму на останніх (зокрема, «відкидається» традиційне припущення щодо «точковості» ділянок прикладання потенціалів)

Challenges of Using Computer-Based Educational Technologies in Higher Education 高等教育中使用计算机教育技术的挑战

The level of higher education faces great needs and challenges in the use of computer technology. The technology-based learning process has several important priorities. In particular, the learning process is flexible and comfortable; It is much more exciting and creative; The learning material is comprehensive and teaching/ learning process is of high quality. However, the process, along with the priorities is fraught with many problems and challenges. In this paper, we aim to conduct research and determine what hinders the introduction of computer-based educational technologies and to work out the recommendations for the educators to enhance the quantitative and qualitative quality of the use of computer-based educational technologies. The survey was conducted using online survey, Interview, Focus group and Experiment methods. The following conclusions were made by analyzing the results: students preference is in favor of computer-based educational technologies;  Not all the staff implementing higher education programs use computer-based educational technologies in the educational process; HEIs have poorly renovated equipment; The quality does not meet modern requirements;  Professors lack of competence; Readiness to actively use computer-based educational technologies and participate in the trainings; To respond the results: It is important to review the training courses in the field of computer technology in the educational programs of HEIs and focus on the use of computer educational technologies; Making a mandatory requirement to use of computer-based educational technologies in the process of planning and implementing educational programs; Plan trainings in the field; To enhance the quality, the studies and surveys should be  conducted by HEI quality assurance services.

Development and Investigation of Adaptive Micro-Service Architecture for Messaging Software Systems 消息传递软件系统自适应微服务体系结构的开发与研究

Messaging Software systems (MSS) are one of the most popular tools used by huge amount of people. They could be used for personal communication and for business purposes. Building an own MSS system requires analysis of the quality attributes and considering adaptation to the changing environment. In this paper an overview of existing MSS architecture was done. Data model was developed to support historical and real time data storage and processing. An own approach to build Adaptive Microservice MSS based on the messaging middleware and NoSQL database was proposed.

Exergy analysis of a reversible chiller 可逆式冷水机的火用分析

The work presents the results of exergetic analysis of a reversible chiller providing both cooling and space heating in varying operational modes. The year values of avoidable parts of exergy destruction occurring in each system component are used for the analysis. The outcomes obtained showed that the both inside and outside heat exchangers have the highest priority for improvement revealing more than 718 kW-hr avoidable year exergy destruction within the system.

Automatic Vessel Control in Stormy Conditions 暴风雨条件下船舶自动控制

Vessel control in a storm is the most difficult stage in the vessel voyage, as it requires quick decisions to be made in difficult conditions. Practical experience shows that the deterioration of the working conditions of the crew is usually associated with increase in the number of control mistakes [1]. The article examines the possibility of automatic control of a vessel in a stormy conditions by automatic calculation in the on-board controller of the vessel optimal safe speed and course during a storm. This allowed to significantly increase the accuracy of calculations, to exclude the human factor, to reduce the depletion of the crew, to increase the reliability of the vessel control in a storm. The efficiency and effectiveness of the method, algorithmic and software were tested on Imitation Modeling Stand in a closed loop with mathematical vessel models of the navigation simulator Navi Trainer 5000.

Метою роботи є розробка інформаційних систем і технологій визначення ступеня готовності підприємств до інноваційної діяльності на основі організації і регулювання інноваційних процесів в розвиненому виробництві за допомогою ланцюгів Маркова. Наведені результати вивчення процесів оцінки ступеня готовності підприємств до інноваційної діяльності, що функціонують в умовах невизначеності економічних зв'язків і відносин. Розроблено концептуальну модель системи управління інноваційною діяльністю, спрямовану на вдосконалення механізмів діагностики та прийняття рішень на основі використання інструментальних засобів ланцюгів Маркова. Для її практичної реалізації створена імітаційна модель оцінки ступеня готовності підприємств до інноваційної діяльності у вигляді орієнтованого графа, в якому вершини представляють собою стани процесу, а ребра - переходи між ними. Відмітна особливість моделі полягає в тому, що в якості аргументу, від якого залежить процес оцінки ступеня готовності підприємств до інноваційної діяльності розглядається не час, а послідовність станів і номер кроку з ієрархією інтервалів дискретизації. Гнучкість такої моделі забезпечується адаптивністю до впливів зовнішнього середовища з можливістю її налаштування на кожну інформаційну ситуацію).

A recent approach to learning Information and Coding Theory is suggested basing on power of modern computer science. Students willingly try to rediscover known and famous technologies by means of programming them. In order not to distract their attention, an ‘easy programming’ is suggested for what MATLAB seems to be the best tool. Collection of programs developed mutually by author and his students forms an ‘Information Theory Digital Laboratory’.
