With the in-depth research on big data and technology, as well as the increasing public acceptance of smart cities, the innovation of enterprise models has also undergone different changes. Intelligent enterprises should transform and innovate their management models to adapt to market demands and changes, in order to contribute to the healthy and steady growth of intelligent enterprises. This article mainly analyzes and explores the innovation of management models in the context of intelligent enterprise big data. And it analyzes the optimization and innovation of enterprise management organization. Then, a corporate innovation evaluation model was proposed to evaluate the innovation of the enterprise's management model. By dimensionality reduction, the variables that originally had multicollinearity were evaluated using four unrelated factors: quality, category, promotion, and price. The model fitting accuracy of this indicator was good.

Whether board structure is closely related to company performance has been a conflicting topic for more than 30 years. In this article, the characteristics of the board of directors' composition and corporate performance are examined using relevant literature, and the relationship between the two is sorted out using agency theory and management theory. The frequency of board meetings and the makeup of the board are also rigorously examined, as is the effect of gender analysis on business performance. According to the research for this paper, in order to ensure a stable and sustainable growth of the company's performance, the board of directors' size and composition must be modified in accordance with the company's various industries and levels of technological development. The dual role of CEO may be advantageous for some businesses that require short-term strategic development that moves quickly, while the drawbacks outweigh the benefits for those that require long-term solid strategic direction.

The "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes that "digital technology will be widely used in government management services and the level of digital government construction will be improved". A digital governance platform is a key means of driving grassroots digital governance. Today's discussion focuses on how to effectively use digital technology to enable the digital empowerment of grassroots governance in China. Based on the TOE framework, this paper analyzes the current problems of digital governance platforms in grassroots governance through the construction and research of digital governance platforms in the Sichuan and Guizhou provinces. And use this to explore its optimization path to promote the development of the digital governance platform and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of grassroots governance.

As the size of mobile Internet users grows, the cost of acquiring customer data increases. It is important to develop targeted acquisition, retention and re-attraction strategies for different levels of users. The consumer lifecycle can be divided into three stages: 1) customer acquisition stage, focusing on attracting new customers; 2) enhance customer value stage, focusing on strengthening consumption vitality and repurchase; 3) customer retention stage, mainly through retention and return measures. Different stages of customer contribution to the enterprise is different, so enterprises should adopt different strategies. In this paper, we use Python to analyze and model the data, and implement targeted marketing for different categories of customers by evaluating the market competitiveness of the enterprise, customer classification, and user profiles.

In modern urban planning, the changes in the influence of resources and the change of allocation methods are gradually leading the general direction of urban Development. This article uses the perspective of economics, with the help of multi-study scientists, to conduct comparison research on urban data on the statistical yearbook and develop strategies for transforming the second and third industrial status and urban associations. Through the standard role of transportation, resources, and platforms, these aspects have analyzed the future trend of urban Development. After comparing the synergy of the information network and the logistics platform, this article clarifies the role of human resources in the future of urban Development, and urban planning can correctly guide the main goals. At the same time, it has also proposed concerns about the unevenness of Urban Development and human resources will automatically flow to the east. This article pointed out that the dilemma of the western region of western China needs to be further discussed and studied under the lack of appropriate intervention in resource utilization.

With the rise of the Internet, e-commerce has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives. This paper classifies the consumers in e-commerce environment, constructs the feature set of social commerce customer portrait, and then uses multimedia image data fusion algorithm to extract the salient features of customers, and then paints the customer portrait in e-commerce environment. Based on the establishment of the feature database of the customer portrait, through the construction and reconstruction of the original data set, the behavior characteristics of the customer are analyzed comprehensively. This paper establishes a customer portrait model that can handle both categories and continuity at the same time to get the features that affect customers, and gives the characteristic trend of customer consumption. In terms of shopping ratings, customers are clearly choosing 3.5 and 4-star merchants, with 55% choosing 3.5 to 5 stars. This paper can improve customers’ trust in merchants, improve user stickiness, and maintain the relationship between consumers and merchants, which is conducive to the spread of Internet word-of-mouth.

The coupling coordination degree of health resources and regional economy in 31 provinces from 2011-2021 was calculated by using coupling coordination degree model, Thayer decomposition and other methods, and then its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics were evaluated. The results showed that: (1) the coupling coordination degree of health resources and regional economy in China showed an upward trend during the sample period. (2) The regional differences in the coordinated development of health resources and regional economy are significantly greater than those between regions, and the differences within the eastern region are showing an expanding trend. (3) Beijing, Tianjin, and the Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai region have been at a high level of coordination for a long time, while the process of health and economic coordination in non coastal provinces in the Southwest, East China, and North China is relatively slow. Therefore, the coordinated development of health economy can be promoted by optimizing the allocation of health resources and integrating into the overall situation of the "the Belt and Road" construction according to local conditions.

The employee voice plays an important role for both employees and employers and can largely determine the sustainability of the organisation. With the increasing use of social media, it is playing an increasingly important role in the voice mechanism at work. As a result, understanding how social media is changing workplace voice from the perspectives of employees, employers, and unions is critical for the future of employee voice and how employers can properly respond to it.

While the gross national/domestic product (GNP/GDP) index is a highly reliable indicator that reflects economic performance of a country, it still largely ignores the depreciation of assets, non-market economy and especially the damages to the environment caused by growth. Environmental sustainability of economic growth has come to be recognized as one of the most important pillars of sustainable growth and development. In order to tackle many challenges of the so-called green growth and sustainable development, we try to build a new/alternative Green GDP indicator that should give us a clearer perspective of the consequences of economic progress by offering a new approach in quantifying the cost of ecological and environmental degradation. Since the loss of natural resources is difficult to estimate, but the main purpose of natural resource loss is to obtain energy, the relationship between GGDP and energy is studied, including coal resources, natural gas resources and nuclear energy. Furthermore, the main factors affecting GGDP are indirectly explored, so as to provide reference opinions for the sustainable development of various countries. Since the obtained data is panel data, after preprocessing, logarithmic operations, F-test and Haussmann test, a random-effects model is selected, and the calculation concludes that GGDP is highly correlated with GDP, coal, natural gas and nuclear energy.

The R & D expense deduction policy will be adjusted in 2018 and 2021, respectively, to reduce the innovation cost of enterprises and promote enterprises to increase innovation efforts by lowering taxes and fees. This paper takes Lepu Medical as an example to analyse the influence of two policy adjustments on the enterprise. First of all, the evolution process of the policy is sorted out, and the adjustment of the two additional deductions and the expected effect are interpreted. Combined with the basic situation of Lepu Medical, the research and development investment, research and development intensity were quantitatively analysed. Secondly, the paper analyses the impact of policy adjustment on enterprises from two aspects: financial performance and innovation performance. Economic indicators directly measure financial performance, and innovation performance is evaluated and analysed from the increase of intangible assets developed within the enterprise, including patent rights and non-patented technologies. Finally, the research shows that the two additional deduction policies stimulate enterprises' innovation enthusiasm, increase R&D investment, and positively impact the financial performance and innovation performance of enterprises.
