Whether board structure is closely related to company performance has been a conflicting topic for more than 30 years. In this article, the characteristics of the board of directors' composition and corporate performance are examined using relevant literature, and the relationship between the two is sorted out using agency theory and management theory. The frequency of board meetings and the makeup of the board are also rigorously examined, as is the effect of gender analysis on business performance. According to the research for this paper, in order to ensure a stable and sustainable growth of the company's performance, the board of directors' size and composition must be modified in accordance with the company's various industries and levels of technological development. The dual role of CEO may be advantageous for some businesses that require short-term strategic development that moves quickly, while the drawbacks outweigh the benefits for those that require long-term solid strategic direction.

With the rise of the Internet, e-commerce has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives. This paper classifies the consumers in e-commerce environment, constructs the feature set of social commerce customer portrait, and then uses multimedia image data fusion algorithm to extract the salient features of customers, and then paints the customer portrait in e-commerce environment. Based on the establishment of the feature database of the customer portrait, through the construction and reconstruction of the original data set, the behavior characteristics of the customer are analyzed comprehensively. This paper establishes a customer portrait model that can handle both categories and continuity at the same time to get the features that affect customers, and gives the characteristic trend of customer consumption. In terms of shopping ratings, customers are clearly choosing 3.5 and 4-star merchants, with 55% choosing 3.5 to 5 stars. This paper can improve customers’ trust in merchants, improve user stickiness, and maintain the relationship between consumers and merchants, which is conducive to the spread of Internet word-of-mouth.

With the in-depth research on big data and technology, as well as the increasing public acceptance of smart cities, the innovation of enterprise models has also undergone different changes. Intelligent enterprises should transform and innovate their management models to adapt to market demands and changes, in order to contribute to the healthy and steady growth of intelligent enterprises. This article mainly analyzes and explores the innovation of management models in the context of intelligent enterprise big data. And it analyzes the optimization and innovation of enterprise management organization. Then, a corporate innovation evaluation model was proposed to evaluate the innovation of the enterprise's management model. By dimensionality reduction, the variables that originally had multicollinearity were evaluated using four unrelated factors: quality, category, promotion, and price. The model fitting accuracy of this indicator was good.

This study describes the internal and external transmission mechanisms that the carbon emissions pricing program has on green investment. First, it is discovered that, depending on the underlying transmission mechanism, carbon emissions trading encourages or discourages investment in green projects due to factors like cost, technological advancement, and resource allocation. Second, based on the external transmission mechanism, carbon emissions trading encourages the development of green products and technological innovation in businesses, which effectively increases green investment. The experimental findings have prompted the proposal of countermeasures to offer empirical backing for the future growth of carbon emissions pricing and green investment in China.

With the outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the study of financial risks under the tail event has become the mainstream. This paper selected eleven commercial banks in China as research objects, and used the TVP-VAR risk spillover index model to study the risk contagion effect among commercial banks in China. The results show that compared with other commercial banks, the risk spillover and spillover strength between state-owned commercial banks is larger. Compared with the Ukraine crisis, Sino-US trade friction has a greater impact on the market risk spillover effect of commercial banks, and the overall spillover index shows a significant jump upward trend. The smaller the comprehensive volume and scale of commercial banks, the more vulnerable they are to risk spillover from other commercial banks in the whole market risk spillover network of commercial banks, and they become the commercial banks with the greatest risk spillover intensity.

China has introduced various policies to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerated the construction of the key project of “promoting agriculture through digital commerce”. The rapid development of live streaming on online platforms has brought a large influx of various fields and industries, resulting in continuous growth in traffic and revenue. The sales of a single live streaming room operated by farmers can reach over 100,000 yuan. Therefore, live streaming e-commerce to assist in agricultural product sales has become a major measure for future rural revitalization plans. Up to now, there are still some problems in the development of live streaming e-commerce, such as a single delivery model, weak market standardization, and poor traffic of ordinary small anchors, which hinder the further improvement of the rural economy. This article elaborates on the current situation of live streaming e-commerce assisting in the sale of agricultural products, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes optimization measures for reference and reference, making a certain contribution to the country's promotion of rural industrial development and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the global value chain system has undergone profound adjustments, and the industrial development of China and ASEAN has been constrained by the strategic positioning of developed economies from various directions. China and ASEAN should work together on production capacity, using industrial transfer, economies of scale, efficient resource allocation, and technology sharing to upgrade regional industries and value chains. For the past few years, with the continuous progress of technology, the rapid integration of traditional financial industry and the Internet has given rise to online financial businesses that deal with high-concurrency, large-scale, and multidimensional data. However, due to the high profitability and high risk of the financial industry, as well as the upgrading of fraudulent means, this transformation has also put higher requirements on financial risk control. Recently, advanced technologies represented by big data and artificial intelligence have provided new directions for improving risk control capabilities for commercial banks, with machine learning playing an increasingly important role. This paper aims to predict customer fraud behavior by conducting data analysis, data preprocessing, feature engineering , dataset partitioning, and using XGBoost and LightGBM algorithms in machine learning, in order to provide assistance in ensuring the stable operation of financial institutions and the security of customer assets.

Accelerating the utilization of green and clean energy is the main development trend in the energy field of the "dual carbon" era. As a green and zero-carbon energy, biomass energy is of great significance to the improvement of Chinese energy structure and the guarantee of energy security. Combining with biomass energy industry characteristics, this paper establishes a biomass enterprise growth evaluation index system containing the capacity of profit, operation, compensation, development and innovation. Taking Chant Group as an example, the paper objectively evaluate the development characteristic during 2012 to 2021 with the entropy method, especially the influence of “dual carbon” strategy on enterprise growth.
