Numerical Simulation Analysis on Non-Conventional Lightning Protection System 非常规防雷系统数值模拟分析

This paper deals with numerical simulation analysis on non-conventional lightning protection system (SKAOR380) by charge transfer system (CTS). SK-AOR380 plays a role to reduce the probability of lightning strike by increasing electric field concentration between SK-AOR380 shade and ionizer, besides electric field at the lightning rod tip part is relieved. In other words, the corona dischrage is early initiated before lightning strike due to early generation of ionized free electrons between SK-AOR380 shade and ionizer by accumulating the induced charge from charged clouds with opposite polarity. To analyze charge behaviors, we considered fully coupled numerical model based on the charge continuity equations for positively charged ion, negatively charged ion and electrons. The results revealed that the SK-AOR380 creates a non-uniform electric field distribution with a large field enhancement causing ionization to initiate corona discharge under 300 kV lightning impulse voltage. This result is expected that the probability of direct lightning strike can be reduced by improved lightning protection rod.

Optimized Design of Man-machine Based on DELMIA and MTM for Die-lip Precision Turning 基于DELMIA和MTM的模唇精密车削人机优化设计

A comprehensive set of correction methods is proposed for the unreasonable human-machine operation problems in the manufacturing process of die-lip finishing turning. Firstly, video analysis and action decomposition of the current situation of the operation procedure of die-lip finishing turning are conducted, and it is found that the operation process is unreasonable and the action posture is not standardized; secondly, the action is evaluated by simulation analysis based on RULA and NIOSH analysis method in DELMIA, and it is found that the labor load of workers is high and the comfort is low, and there is a risk of damage; finally, the ergonomics and MTMUAS methods are used to optimize the die-lip finishing turning. Finally, the ergonomics and MTM-UAS methods were used to optimize the operation process and formulate standard working hours, and the perfected action was evaluated by simulation again. Comparing the before and after analysis and evaluation results, we obtain that the utilization rate of workers increased from 43.8 to 49.9%, and the utilization rate of machines and equipment increased from 54.7 to 62.3%. The result shows a significant improvement in human-machine efficiency and a significant reduction in the intensity of work and risk of physical damage caused by the improper posture of workers.
针对模唇精车削加工过程中存在的人机操作不合理问题,提出了一套完善的修正方法。首先对模唇精加工车削作业流程现状进行视频分析和动作分解,发现作业流程不合理,动作姿势不规范;其次,基于DELMIA中的RULA和NIOSH分析方法,通过仿真分析对动作进行评价,发现作业人员劳动负荷高,舒适性低,存在损伤风险;最后,运用工效学和MTMUAS方法对模唇精加工车削进行优化。最后,利用人机工程学和MTM-UAS方法对操作流程进行优化,制定标准工时,并对完善后的动作再次进行仿真评估。对比前后的分析评价结果,我们得到工人的利用率从43.8%提高到49.9%,机器设备的利用率从54.7%提高到62.3%。结果表明,人机效率显著提高,工作强度和因工人姿势不当造成的身体损伤风险显著降低。

Design Framework of College English Vocabulary Intelligence Recommendation and Learning Model 大学英语词汇智能推荐学习模型设计框架

At present, the college English vocabulary is continuously updated with the development of Internet technology. Especially, the occurrence of major news events increases the number of news vocabulary (e.g., new professional terms). However, the existing vocabulary textbooks, limited by the publishing cycle, are designed with limited English word resources. In addition, to meet the vocabulary learning demands of different user groups, English word-learning software relies on professional vocabulary books for users to practice vocabulary repeatedly. This hinders the users who rely on memorizing software from using the vocabulary in business communication or academic writing. In this context, this study proposed the design framework of the intelligent vocabulary recommendation and learning model for college English. The overall design strategy of the model is first analyzed, and the system design mechanism of the model is articulated. This system presented the design elements and mechanism of the personalized learning system of college English vocabulary. The results of this study provide customized English vocabulary resources for college English learners with different needs, interest characteristics, and starting abilities.

Premature Ventricular Contraction Detection Algorithm Based on Robust Feature Extraction 基于鲁棒特征提取的室性早搏检测算法

An accurate and efficient premature ventricular contraction (PVC) detection algorithm for electrocardiography (ECG) signals was developed. To detect PVC accurately, the features should not only be chosen properly but also be determined precisely. Therefore, the following ways are adopted to improve the performance of PCV detection. Since many features for PVC detection are related to the amplitudes and locations of P, Q, R, S, and T points, we apply inverse-gradient weight functions to extract the baseline precisely and determine their amplitudes more accurately. Second, a location estimation mechanism is adopted to determine their locations precisely. Moreover, instead of PR intervals, QT intervals, and ST segments, which are hard to measure precisely, the distances among Q, R, and S points are adopted. Furthermore, the existences of P and T waves, the local and sub-global RR interval ratios, and a product-form score function are also applied for PVC determination. Simulations for the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia dataset show that the proposed algorithm achieves a sensitivity of 98.079% and a specificity of 99.306%. The proposed algorithm applies only 8 features but can achieve a very good performance.

Research on Intelligent Clustering Model of Undergraduate English Achievement Based on K-means Algorithm 基于K-means算法的大学生英语成绩智能聚类模型研究

The K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the students’ scores. After data preprocessing, the clustering is carried out and a visual class diagram is generated to understand the weaknesses of each class of students in English. The results show that this teaching model enables teachers to carry out targeted teaching according to the learning characteristics of undergraduates and effectively improve their English scores.
采用K-means聚类算法对学生成绩进行聚类。数据预处理后进行聚类,生成可视化的班级图,了解每个班级学生的英语薄弱环节。结果表明,这种教学模式使教师能够根据大学生的学习特点进行有针对性的教学,有效地提高了学生的英语成绩。

Using IoT for Management of Bicycle Tour Groups 用物联网技术管理自行车旅游团

In recent years, the positioning system has developed rapidly and has been widely applied in daily life, which greatly improves the convenience of people’s life. In this study, the concept of aviation and the application of the IoT are combined by using a 5G network, ZigBee, and Bluetooth wireless for communication. The proposed Bicycle monitoring and searching system contain navigation, an emergency call button, and smart lighting. In addition, the position and image of the users are transmitted back to the leader’s handheld device by the drone, which improves the rescue efficiency and the safety of bicycles. The goal of this system is to help the team leader manage the cycling team. It is designed to be easy to operate, portable, and reduce the cost of human resources. Three applications of this system are proposed to (i) provide team members with navigation and rescue lighting function, (ii) use the UAV for search and rescue, and (iii) monitor the positions and real-time images of the team members.

Vibration in Mistuned Bladed Circular Disk 失谐叶片圆盘的振动

bladed disk NF=5 is used to explore the impact of localized stiffness on the vibration characteristics of mistuned bladed disks, and the impacts of various stiffness amplitudes along with stiffened areas on the maximum forced response are discussed in this paper. Prototypical bladed-disk structures subjected to finite-element simulation and modal testing show the presence of specific wavenumbers over the base number of nodal diameters that contaminate and continue to degrade the appearance of some doublet modes. In light of a companion perturbation analysis for periodic structures, it is explained how the natural frequency and wavenumber content of such modes varies and splits. Simultaneous measurements with a modal test setup positioned over the structure are used to establish and validate resonance conditions. The findings demonstrate that the highest split of double natural frequencies of each modal family occurs at frequency-veering regions where there are such regions. Along with the response amplitude and polluted wavenumbers, the lower harmonics of the split mode show the area of localized stiffness.

Key Issues and Future Trends on Solar Power Forecasting 太阳能发电预测的关键问题和未来趋势

Owing to the effect of cloud, solar irradiance is intermittent and causes uncertainty in power system operations. Thus, accurate solar power forecasting helps system operators reduce the risk and cost of generator scheduling. Compared to wind power forecasting, solar power forecasting has a higher challenge because the prediction of solar irradiance is difficult. However, the curve of solar irradiance includes a daily pattern. Thus, statistical methods or deep learning models capture the important characteristics of solar power generation, which improves forecasting accuracy. This study summarizes essential issues about solar power forecasting, including potential training models, data processing, efficient weather classification, and other corresponding technologies. In addition, possible trends for solar power forecasts are also addressed.

Analysis and Research of A Defect Detection System Based on Machine Vision for Solder Joints 基于机器视觉的焊点缺陷检测系统分析与研究

It is difficult to detect defects of welded joints with human eyes, as they are prone to fatigue over long working hours and the lack of human eye recognition. For the detection of defects, a system is designed on the surface of specific welded joints. In this system, the best combination of camera, lens1, and a light source is selected, taking into account the image effect and the actual cost. Secondly, interactive control software is designed to link with the hardware. Finally, detection algorithms are established. With the combination of the hardware acquiring the image, the interactive control software, and the detection algorithm, the surface defects of this welded joint are detected. The experimental results show that the designed system for detecting surface defects on a specific.

Light Load Multicast Protocol in NEMO Network NEMO网络中的轻负荷组播协议

The studies for the traditional multicast protocols in the NEMO (Network Mobility) network architecture have shown that traditional multicast protocols always have a considerable cost in reconstructing the multicast tree. However, the mobility of multicast sources is rarely discussed. We present an enhanced multicast protocol, which extends from the Multicast Listener Discovery (MLD) protocol, named Light Load Multicast (LLM), in the NEMO environment. The LLM is considered the alternative MLD to maintain the multicast tree in the NEMO. The LLM has two benefits. The reconstruction mechanism handles the mobility of the multicast source by reconstructing the multicast tree. The multigroup suppression mechanism curbs the multicast tree maintenance cost for the mobility of the multicast members. The study result shows the scheme implementation and inspects the performance with traditional multicast protocols.
