Design and Verification of Lateral Flight Control System for Fixed-wing Drone 固定翼无人机横向飞行控制系统设计与验证

We study the design of the lateral flight control system for fixed-wing drones and implement it in the autopilot’s waypoints navigation and course tracking of the flight. The autopilot uses AHRS to measure the three-axis attitude for the attitude stabilization flight mode and atmospheric sensors are used as the altimeter and airspeed meter to complete the longitudinal flight control system. Autopilot uses the course angle of GPS and the aileron of the drone for lateral control. After accomplishing the attitude, longitudinal and lateral flight control systems, autopilot and drone have the autonomous flight ability to designate waypoints according to the mission. It is shown that Infineon’s TC275 multi-core processor is the main chip of autopilot and an electric glider with a wingspan of 2.6 m and a take-off weight of 3 kg is used for the autonomous flight test bed.

Electrical Characteristics Comparison of Ni/Al Source/Drain Electrodes for P-type Channel SnOx Thin Film Transistors p型沟道SnOx薄膜晶体管Ni/Al源极/漏极电特性比较

Compared with the conventional a-Si one, thinfilm transistors (TFTs) with oxide semiconductor materials drew much attention in the recent decades. Current oxide based TFTs, however, are most designed for n-channel, only a few pchannel oxide has been used for TFTs. In order to make display circuits more energy efficient, design simplicity, complementary logic circuits with both n-channel and p-channel transistors can realize the goals. In this investigation, electron beam (E-beam) evaporator plays a role in depositing tin oxide (SnO) material as device active layer, and Ni/Al as TFT devices source/drain contact. The SnO thin film is then annealed with furnace, using different temperature to treat the channel layer. With proper annealing temperature, SnO thin film is going to show p-type electrical characteristics. The result shows that below $300^{circ} mathrm{C}$ furnace annealing, both Ni/Al electrodes TFT devices gets better electrical characteristics as temperature gets higher. And as expected, Ni electrode based SnO TFT is actually better than that of Al electrode based one. For such low process temperature $left(300^{circ} mathrm{C}right)$, the devices have prominent potential on plastic substrates applications.

Analysis and Research of Automatic Sleep Staging Method with EEG signals Using Random Forest Classifier 基于随机森林分类器的脑电信号自动睡眠分期方法分析与研究

Automatic sleep staging improves work efficiency and reduces labor costs through it. Thus, an EEG signals-based automatic sleep stages classification method with a random forest classifier is analyzed and studied. Then, two-channelEEG signals of Fpz-Cz and Pz-Oz in the Sleep-EDF database are used for validating the method. With the power spectral density of six characteristic waves in EEG signals as features, a random forest classifier is constructed to recognizefive sleep states (W, Nl, N2, N3, and REM). The effects of different cross-validation methods and classifiers are compared. It performs best when using a 10-fold cross-validation and random forest classifier with the overall classification accuracy, macro-average F1 value, and Kappa coefficient reaching 91.57, 69, and 0.819, respectively. Compared with the existing research, this method is simpler and more effective with better robustness and generalization ability and is suitable for automatic implementation.

Study on Available Cloud Manufacturing Platforms for CNC Milling Processes 数控铣削加工可用云制造平台研究

CNC milling processes represent the main group of production processes for components with a non-trivial surface geometry that are either brittle or have a material with a high melting point or have sensitive requirements for the manufacturing tolerances. Thus, a study was conducted on the adoption of CNC milling processes in the cloud manufacturing segment, highlighting the range of functions provided as well as the unit prices. In the process, multiple application scenarios were addressed via part enquiries to be manufactured, which have different technical requirements for the CNC milling machine cell to be manufactured. Thus, components were designed that require at least three, four, or five synchronous axes for production. In addition, components with geometric properties were added that can be realized either on a 4-axis system or on a 3-axis system with a reclaiming process. For the evaluation, 50 platform providers were researched via a structured search, which were filtered through an automated ordering process, accessibility, and available materials to a final eleven platforms to be evaluated. On these platforms, a total of 55 application scenarios were then compared in terms of their performance with the application of 22 evaluation criteria. After a weighted evaluation of the results, recommendations were made for component requests from identified groups in terms of geometry complexity, material, and number of pieces that resulted from the analysis.

Socially Assistive Robots Assisting Older Adults in an Internet and Smart Healthcare Era: A Literature Review 社会辅助机器人在互联网和智能医疗时代协助老年人:文献综述

This study aims to investigate the effects of socially assistive robots (SARs) on emotional health and social interaction in older adults through a literature review and metaanalysis. From inception to August 2022, we used keywords (involving combinations of AND and OR Boolean operators) to search the Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE, IEEE Digital Library, PsycINFO, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Chinese Electronic Periodical Service for randomized and controlled trials. RevMan 5.4.1 software was used for the meta-analysis, and the Cochrane Collaboration’s bias assessment was used to evaluate the quality of the articles. The meta-analysis comprised a complete of four studies. SARs provides older adults with the happiness of positive emotional health and improve their social interaction through conversation and companionship. Socially assistive robots can enhance positive emotions in older adults. They also alleviate the healthcare workers’ strain during the COVID-19 pandemic. For more precise conclusions, more careful designs, and standardized programs to accumulate different results are required.

Using Particle Filter to Solve Problem of Symmetric Multiple Solutions in Inverse Kinematics of Manipulator 用粒子滤波求解机械手逆运动学中的对称多重解问题

In the inverse kinematics of the robot arm, the problem that needs multiple solutions is often encountered [1]. The multiple solutions often appear symmetrically. In practical applications, a set of solutions must be selected from the multiple solutions as the robot arm pose. Although the multiple symmetric solutions have reasonable poses reachable by the robot arm, the robot arm rapidly changes from one solution to another solution in two adjacent time samples in the process of arm movement if the solution is not selected correctly. The posture of the symmetric solution sampled last time causes the robot arm to rapidly change its posture. This causes damage to the mechanism and makes it oscillate wildly. In order to avoid the interference of multiple symmetric solutions, we abandon the traditional inverse kinematics method of algebraic or geometric and use the nonparametric Bayesian filter (that is, particle filter) based on the Monte Carlo method to process the robot arm inverse kinematics problem. The particle filter uses many random sample points and the design of importance weights to make the sample points converge to the optimal solution in the iterative process. We show how to use the design of importance weights so that the oscillation problem of multiple symmetrical solutions does not occur in adjacent time sampling during the movement of the robot arm.

Using FTTH networks for 5G system deployment: A case study in Brazil 在5G系统部署中使用FTTH网络:巴西案例研究

This paper investigates possible topologies for implementing 5G technology using the installed optical fiber networks. It considers that current installed switches are equipped with optical line terminals that support passive optical networking (PON). As 5G mobile systems operate as a dense network, the radio coverage area requires a large number of antennas since each access point is limited. In this scenario, the optical fiber infrastructure available for fiber to the home (FTTH) services is being considered as a viable solution for 5G implementation. The results of our studies show that to efficiently use the existing networks require an upgrade to the edge assets, as well as a new configuration in the topologies of PON most deployed today.

Design of Blockchain Technology-based Transcript and Analyzing Management Model for International Students 基于区块链技术的留学生成绩单分析管理模式设计

With globalization, asymmetric information among international students’ academic performance and qualifications, lack information transparency, bloated management bodies, high verification costs, and difficulties in fraud risk management are currently limiting the advancement of internationalization and standardization. These risks and problems also raise questions about the development of IT systems in the education administration and industry as well. Thus, by combining the study of international students’ study results and academic records, we design a blockchain-based study transcript and academic information system concept and architecture with the use of blockchain technology. The result helps to develop business models and authentication features in related fields, set up a rigorous environment, optimize existing processes and rules, and lay a technical and data foundation for the development of international students’ study transcripts and academic authentication.

Quantum Circuit Based on Grover Algorithm to Solve Hamiltonian Cycle Problem 基于Grover算法的量子电路求解哈密顿循环问题

We propose the concepts of the explicit oracle and the implicit oracle for realizing quantum algorithms. Then, the quantum circuit of the well-known Grover algorithm is constructed with the explicit oracle to solve the Hamiltonian cycle problem for the complete graph. The quantum circuit has a quadratic speedup over the classical unstructured search algorithm for solving the same problem. The IBM quantum computer simulator is used to run the quantum circuit to validate that it can indeed derive the Hamiltonian cycle of the complete graph.

Rehabilitation Training Evaluation and Correction System Based on BlazePose 基于BlazePose的康复训练评估与矫正系统

We apply computer vision to rehabilitation training in medicine. According to the survey, many diseases require rehabilitation training after treatment. However, due to reasons such as a lack of relevant knowledge of patients and large differences in patients’ physical condition, it is difficult for patients to perform rehabilitation training correctly. Improper rehabilitation training prolongs the recovery time and causes secondary injury or even leaves sequelae in serious cases. Rehabilitation training at this stage relies on the doctor’s instruction, ignoring the problem that the patient’s movements are deformed and unguided during the rehabilitation training process. The proposed system corrects the user’s movements during the rehabilitation training process, monitors the user’s heart rate in real-time, and suggests a way of improvement and training. It also provides users with professional and personalized rehabilitation training assistance.
