Aggregation Service Function Chain Mapping Plan based on Beetle Antennae Search Algorithm 基于甲虫天线搜索算法的聚合业务功能链映射方案

The advent of NFV is a major revolution in the field of networking. The mapping planning of service function chains has an important influence on the performance of NFV, so it has always been the focus of research. Existing algorithms can't consider the problem well with resource consumption and link delay and find the effective mapping path. To address this issue, we propose an aggregation service chain mapping plan based on the improved BAS algorithm. First, we aggregate the service chains with the same start point and end point, then apply the improved BAS algorithm with K-shortest path algorithm(MASFC) to search the best mapping plan iteratively. The experiment result shows that the algorithm can find the effective mapping plan with the restriction of resource. It also reduces the amount of calculation, thus reduces the consumption of computing resource, and has a good performance in network delay and mapping cost.

LS Interference Alignment Algorithm Based on Symbol Detection Assistance 基于符号检测辅助的LS干涉对齐算法

Interference Alignment (IA), as an interference cancellation technique, effectively eliminates the effects of interfering signals by compressing the interfering signal into a space unrelated to the desired signal. But in reality, transceivers need a joint design, which is often difficult to achieve. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional least squares interference alignment (LS-IA) algorithm in the design of transceiver algorithm, this paper proposes a least squares interference alignment algorithm based on symbol detection assistance (SDA-LS-IA), namely: firstly, based on the traditional LS-IA designs the transceiver precoding matrix and the zero-breaking matrix, then performs symbol detection, and finally designs the transceiver according to the iterative calculation of the detected symbols. Computer simulation shows that the algorithm has better anti-interference performance than traditional LS-IA.

An IP Geolocation Database Evaluation and Fusion Model Based on Data Correlation and Delay Similarity 一种基于数据相关性和延迟相似度的IP地理定位数据库评价与融合模型

IP geolocation database is widely used in many Internet services. At present, there are many inaccurate or missing geolocations in IP geolocation databases. However, the industry lacks an effective method to evaluate them. Based on the assumption that the majority of entries in well-known databases are correct and delay measurement, this paper proposed an IP geolocation database evaluation and fusion model based on data correlation and delay similarity. Firstly, we improved the previous evaluation model based on data-consistency-rate by introducing geolocation coverage rate at different granularities. Secondly, by measuring the delays of IP addresses at large scale, the standard delay of a geographical city is determined, then, we calculated the delay similarity rate of different databases between IP's own delay and its geolocation city's standard delay. Thirdly, we used the weighted voting method to fuse inconsistent geolocations among databases, where the vote share is determined by the improved data-consistency-rate and delay similarity rate, and presented a sole fusion database. Finally, we took 340 million IP addresses allocated to mainland China as an example, compared with the existing model, the accuracy of the model we proposed is increased by 8.79%.

Research on Network Resource Management and Control Framework of Power Data Center Based on SDN 基于SDN的电力数据中心网络资源管理与控制框架研究

For the power data center communication network is difficult to provide strong support for the rapid development of the smart grid, we propose an SDN-based power data center network resource management and control system to meet the development needs of the power data center communication network. The system consists of application layer, collaboration layer, control layer, and device forwarding layer. By introducing a domain controller and a cooperative controller, it realizes efficient and flexible centralized management and control of network resources. The experimental results show that the system can realize cross-domain and cross-vendor device communication in the data center. At the same time, the system can slice the bandwidth resources and ensure the QoS of the data center network communication effectively, solve the problems faced by power data center communication.
针对电力数据中心通信网络难以为智能电网的快速发展提供有力支撑的问题,提出了一种基于sdn的电力数据中心网络资源管控系统,以满足电力数据中心通信网络的发展需求。系统由应用层、协作层、控制层和设备转发层组成。通过引入域控制器和协同控制器,实现了对网络资源的高效、灵活的集中管理和控制。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现数据中心跨域、跨厂商的设备通信。同时,该系统可以有效地对带宽资源进行切片,保证数据中心网络通信的QoS,解决电力数据中心通信面临的问题。

Creating Password Security using Spark Authentication Secret for Data Privacy and Protection 使用Spark鉴权密钥创建密码安全性,实现数据隐私和保护

Most of the passwords created by individuals, business organisations and other institutions using other software application to ensure the privacy and protection of their data/information according to the research can be hacked by hackers which at the end cause a lot of financial loss and other disparities. In this paper we create password security system using Spark Technology for data privacy and protection. Secondly, we test the created password by selecting data from the various departments in Kumasi Technical University, Ghana, for the experiment to detect if the created password using Spark Technology can be hacked in order to have access to the data selected or not. The actual data selected for experiment are first and second semester examination results of 2016 academic. The password security system created is "spark.authenticate.secret" using Apache Spark Technology to guarantee data protection and privacy.

ELoran Receiver Sky-ground Wave Recognition Based on MUSIC Algorithm 基于MUSIC算法的ELoran接收机天地波识别

In view of the fact that the conventional eLoran receiver sky-ground wave recognition method can not effectively utilize the signal energy, according to the characteristics of the eLoran sky-ground wave frequency domain signal mathematical model, a sky-ground wave recognition method based on multiple signal classification (MUSIC) algorithm is proposed. This method converts the problem of time delay estimation into the problem of spectrum estimation, and then uses the MUSIC algorithm with high spectral resolution to realize the super-resolution estimation of eLoran sky-ground wave time delay. The feasibility of time delay estimation based on single measurement data is analyzed. The performance of MUSIC algorithm applied to single measurement data is simulated and tested. Simulation results show that the proposed method has super resolution capability for eLoran sky wave time delay estimation.

Wave-channel Balanced Planning Optimization Modeling for Power Grid System Protection Communication Network 电网系统保护通信网信道平衡规划优化建模

To ensure that the smart grid backbone communication network architecture model has a good universality, a wave-channel balanced planning optimization modeling method is proposed for the power-grid system protection services in the Optical Transmission Network (OTN). Firstly, the OTN layer characteristics are described to specify the related background. Secondly, the proposed model is constructed for the optimization goal of the average usage ratios in both the wave-channel links and node access capacity, which considers the communication time-delay as a constraint. Finally, the simulation experiment is implemented to analyze the balancing performance of the proposed model by numerical examples. Simulation Results illustrate that the proposed model is of effectiveness in optimizing the network balancing Planning for the power-grid system protection services.

A Mobile Network Performance Evaluation Method Based on Multivariate Time Series Clustering with Auto-Encoder 基于多变量时间序列聚类的自编码器移动网络性能评价方法

With the extensive use of smartphones, the amount of collected mobile data and types of mobile network performance evaluation indicators are rapidly expanding. This has resulted in a challenge for the mobile network providers of how to assess the mobile network performance quickly and precisely. This paper proposes a mobile network performance evaluation method based on multivariate time series clustering with auto-encoder. In this method, firstly, we remove a part of indicators with high redundancy by combining Pearson's correlation coefficient and lightgbm. Secondly, we consider the changes in indicators over time as multivariate time series, the distance matrices of which are measured by fastDTW and auto-encoder. Finally, the indicators data under different periods are clustered into three categories by using k-medoids on matrices. We apply this method to the indicator data provided by a mobile network provider and discover that the clusters refer to different levels of mobile network performance according to the mobile network provider' KPI standards.

This has resulted in a challenge for the mobile network providers of how to assess the mobile network performance quickly and precisely. This paper proposes a mobile network performance evaluation method based on multivariate time series clustering with auto-encoder. In this method, firstly, we remove a part of indicators with high redundancy by combining Pearson's correlation coefficient and lightgbm. Secondly, we consider the changes in indicators over time as multivariate time series, the distance matrices of which are measured by fastDTW and auto-encoder. Finally, the indicators data under different periods are clustered into three categories by using k-medoids on matrices. Research on Method of Communication Transmitter Automatic Identification Based on DBN 基于DBN的通信发射机自动识别方法研究

To identify communication transmitter automatically and accurately is of great importance in military and business because receiver could realize where and what type the transmitter is. This paper adopted deep belief network (DBN) to categorize signals. After pre-process, Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM) is adopted to reduce the dimension of data and initialize the weights of RBM, which essentially extracts feature of signal. Then, BP neural network is used to classify. Four different kinds of signals in spurious modulation were used to test the feasibility of algorithm. The results demonstrate that the approach based on DBN has a better effect on signal identification.
自动准确地识别通信发射机在军事和商业中具有重要意义,因为接收机可以识别发射机的位置和类型。本文采用深度信念网络(DBN)对信号进行分类。预处理后,采用受限玻尔兹曼机(Restricted Boltzmann Machine, RBM)对数据进行降维,初始化RBM的权值,本质上就是提取信号的特征。然后,利用BP神经网络进行分类。用四种不同的杂散调制信号来验证算法的可行性。结果表明,基于DBN的方法具有较好的信号识别效果。

Design of Complex Wavelet Base in Analog Domain 模拟域复小波基的设计

This paper proposes a method of pole-shared approximation for complex wavelet bases using hybrid genetic algorithm. The approximation process mainly includes the rational fraction approximation of the Gaussian envelope and the Laplace transform of the product of the approximation function and the sine or cosine function. According to the principle of pole-shared approximation, the mathematical approximation model is constructed first. And then, the complex Gabor wavelet is taken as an example to illustrate the approximation process of Gaussian envelope using hybrid genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the approximation accuracy of the complex wavelet base is relatively high, and the approximation functions of the real part and the imaginary part have the same poles.
提出了一种基于混合遗传算法的复小波基极点共享逼近方法。逼近过程主要包括高斯包络的有理分式逼近和逼近函数与正弦或余弦函数乘积的拉普拉斯变换。根据极点共享近似原理,首先建立了数学近似模型。然后以复Gabor小波为例,说明了混合遗传算法对高斯包络线的逼近过程。实验结果表明,复小波基的逼近精度较高,且实部和虚部的逼近函数具有相同的极点。
