Low Complexity Signal Detection Based on WL Decomposition for MIMO Systems 基于WL分解的MIMO系统低复杂度信号检测

The detection algorithms based on QR decomposition can obtain good detection performance with significant complexity reduction, such as the layered orthogonal lattice detector (LORD). However, it can achieve near-optimal performance in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems with two transmit antennas. In order to make it applicable to high-order MIMO systems, this paper designs a subspace detection algorithm based on WL decomposition (WLD) which alleviate the limitations of the LORD algorithm. Simulation results show that the designed algorithm can outperform the QR decomposition based M-algorithm (QRD-M) while maintaining low complexity.

Performance Evaluation of LTE-R System with Mobile Relay for Differentiated Services 面向差异化业务的移动中继LTE-R系统性能评价

The development of high-speed railways (HSR) has rapidly promoted the updating of high-speed railway wireless communication system. In this paper, performance evaluation and system simulation results with an improved proportional fair algorithm are presented. In the proposed algorithm, different QCI (QoS Class Identifier) priorities have been assigned to different services based on their QoS (Quality of Service) requirements, which has been used to optimize users resource allocation. The simulation results proved that the use of mobile relay could improve the communication performance of the train, and also proved that the proposed algorithm could guarantee the priority and reliable transmission of the voice train service.
高速铁路的发展迅速推动了高速铁路无线通信系统的更新换代。本文给出了一种改进的比例公平算法的性能评估和系统仿真结果。该算法根据不同业务的服务质量要求,为不同业务分配不同的QoS类标识符(QCI)优先级,用于优化用户资源分配。仿真结果证明,使用移动中继可以提高列车的通信性能,也证明了所提算法可以保证语音列车业务的优先可靠传输。

Research Framework for the Future Development of IoT Information Service Technology 物联网信息服务技术未来发展研究框架

The Internet of Things information service system is a natural evolution of existing information systems. The source of information is multi-source. The storage and processing of information in a cloud environment may be distributed in entities in different regions, or may be concentrated in an information service center. The functional services provided by the information service system can be centralized or distributed. This study proposes a research framework for IoT information services, and gives a general description of the system structure and information services. The structure of the entire IoT system consists of three parts: information service interface, information service interface engine and information flow engine. The Internet of Things information service has the following development trends: (1) The environment of big data processing has expanded to the entire Internet of Things; (2) The development of services that meet the requirements of clear users to meet the needs of fuzzy users; (3) The calculation of cloud computing The organization further deepens and expands; (4) The post-evaluation of service quality develops to advance prediction; (5) The intelligentialize and automation of decision-making. This research framework can be used as a reference for future research on IoT information services.

Resource Allocation for Threat Defense in Cyber-security IoT system 网络安全物联网系统中威胁防御的资源分配

In this paper, we design a model for resource allocation in IoT system considering the cyber security, to achieve optimal resource allocation when defend the attack and threat. The resource allocation problem is constructed as a dynamic game, where the threat level is the state and the defend cost is the objective function. Open loop solution and feedback solutions are both given to the defender as the optimal control variables under different solutions situations. The optimal allocated resource and the optimal threat level for the defender is simulated through the numerical simulations.

Error Analysis of Single-Satellite Interference Source Positioning Based on Different Number of Co-Frequency Beams 基于不同同频波束数的单星干扰源定位误差分析

This paper proposed to increase the number of co- frequency beams (CFBs) to reduce the positioning error (PE) in single-satellite interference source (IS) positioning. The method of IS positioning was discussed based on the difference of the received gain of CFBs interfered by the IS. PE with different number of CFBs is theoretical derived and simulated in various situations, which can conclude that the geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) can be significantly reduced nearly one order of magnitude with more CFBs in the presence of gain error (GE) and beam center pointing error (BCPE).

Rogue Base Station Detection Using A Machine Learning Approach 利用机器学习方法检测流氓基站

In this paper, a novel machine learning approach is proposed to identify the rogue base station in the mobile networks based on the key base station parameters. This paper also analyzes in detail the reasons and ways of rogue base station attack user equipment from the perspective of the 3GPP protocol standard. A well-known machine learning model “lightGBM” is used as the learning model. From the experiments, we can conclude that the proposed approach can reach the desired result.

In order to improve the spectral efficiency, a constellation design and optimization for simultaneously transmitting information and synchronization sequence is proposed. First we develop a transmission scheme to hide the synchronization sequence in the information transmission. Then, we construct an optimization problem to minimize the bit error rate (BER) with the constraint of acquisition performance requirement. The closed forms of BER and acquisition probability are carefully derived. The simulation results verify that the proposed scheme has a higher spectral efficiency and a better trade off between BER and acquisition performance.

Hybrid Precoding Based on MMSE-EDS for Multi-user Multi-stream Massive MIMO Systems 基于MMSE-EDS的多用户多流大规模MIMO系统混合预编码

Hybrid analog/digital precoding architecture is a combination of analog and digital processing that reduces the number of RF chains while enabling beamforming and spatial multiplexing gain. Existing mean squared errors (MSE) hybrid precoding algorithm can minimize the sum of MSE, however, do not guarantee that the MSE of each data stream minimized. In this paper, we propose a hybrid precoding method based on the minimum mean square error of each data stream (MMSE-EDS) for multi-user multi-stream Massive multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system. Through calculating the optimal baseband precoding and analog precoding pairs for each data stream, the proposed hybrid precoding ensures minimization of the MSE of each data stream, thus minimizing the sum of the mean square error (MSE) of all data streams. The proposed precoder/combiner can be easily obtained by Lagrangian algorithm. The performance advantages of our proposed hybrid precoding in spectral efficiency (SE) and bit error rate (BER) have been simulated.

Asymmetrical Emission Beams based Visible Light Communication Access Points Design 基于非对称发射光束的可见光通信接入点设计

In conventional visible light communications (VLC), access points (AP) are designed with symmetrical Lambertian beams. This azimuthally isotropic radiation characteristic induces that the emitted optical power is uniformly distributed in all azimuth. Nevertheless, in most indoor situations, merely limited users are located in partial indoor area. This means most optical power is emitted to the azimuth uselessly. For focusing more optical signal power to the user terminals, one optical beam-switchable AP is proposed using asymmetrical emission beams. By setting the uniform azimuth spacing between the asymmetrical beams, the receiver plane is divided into several mini sectors. In each mini sector, at least one optical beam is available. In typical indoor mini sector, compared to the conventional AP configuration, the proposed scheme could enhance the average signal noise ratio (SNR) level up to more than 5 dB. Active Learning with Spatial Distribution based Semi-Supervised Extreme Learning Machine for Multiclass Classification 基于空间分布主动学习的半监督极限学习机多类分类

Unlabeled samples are often readily available in our daily lives. However, valuable information contained in a large number of unlabeled samples tends to be ignored by general supervised learning models. To make full use of unlabeled samples, we propose a novel framework that combines active learning with semi-supervised learning. On one hand, we expect to label as few samples as possible while achieving guaranteed classification performance, hence it's of vital importance to design a specific active learning strategy to select only the most valuable batch of samples for expert labeling. On the other hand, the introduction of distribution information in unlabeled sample pool will bring great benefits to the model. Both labeled samples and unlabeled samples can be used for training semi-supervised classification model. In this paper, uncertainty-based active learning and manifold-based semi-supervised learning are integrated into our framework. Extreme learning machine (ELM) is adopted as our base classifier. Moreover, a novel uncertainty criterion, called Bell-Function-based uncertainty, is proposed for active learning selection for the first time. Empirical results on six public benchmark datasets show that our algorithm produces better performance in comparison with other approaches.
