Bilingual teaching has become more and more popular in the past decade at universities. Many instructors have adopted bilingual teaching methods in subjects such as computer science, marketing, and engineering, and have received positive feedback from students. However, bilingual teaching in physical education (PE) classes is still not common at most universities. This article analyzes the reasons why bilingual teaching is still rare in PE classes at universities in Wuhan, especially for students with sports majors, and explores practical bilingual teaching methods for PE classes to help students not only improve their English and sports skills, but also improve their job prospects.

This paper analyzes the financing situation of Linyi's real economy based on the statistical data of Linyi from 2010 to 2018 and the results of the questionnaire on foreign trade, logistics, and financing of merchants in Linyi Mall. First, it analyzes the financing present status of Linyi's real economy, including the continuous increase in real economic financing, real economy credit growth rate is higher than Linyi's GDP growth rate, and Linyi’s real economy bank loans have a relatively high proportion of medium and short-term loans. Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in Linyi's real economy financing. These problems includes: some real economy's financing needs are not satisfied, some real economy's financing cannot meet the business needs, and some real economy need financing but didn’t do it. Then it discusses the reasons for the difficulty and expensive of financing in the real economy. The main reasons are: the real economy’s financing channels are very seldom, the main method of financing is bank loans. The banks are unwilling to lend to the real economy because the real economy’s credit financing threshold is high and the increased in production costs, reduced in profit margins, as well as the higher operating risks. Finally, we put forward the suggested policy to improve the efficiency of credit supply in Linyi City.

The Socialist Outlook on Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics is a scientific theory developed and summarized in the development and practice of China’s human rights cause, and “taking people as the foremost” is its most basic characteristic. During this year’s pandemic and the current post-pandemic period, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has always adhered to the people-centered mission, respected every individual life, followed a realistic and pragmatic approach to fight against the pandemic, actively maintained international public health security, and practiced the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind. This is the best interpretation of the Socialist Outlook on Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics in this new coronavirus pandemic, and a vivid practice of safeguarding human rights.

Based on Chinese traditional culture, this research explores the cross-level influencing mechanism on the relationship between leader’s noninterference orientation and employees’ innovation behavior, and based on the mediating effect of democratic leadership. Through the paired questionnaire survey of 99 leadership samples and 358 employee samples, the conclusion is drawn that the leader’s noninterference orientation approach has a significant positive impact on democratic leadership and employees’ innovation behavior; democratic leadership has an intermediary role between leader’s noninterference orientation and employees’ innovation behavior.

With the rapid development of industrialization, the pollution problem of Inner lakes have become increasingly prominent. Enterprises do not consider environmental costs to pursue profit maximization, and government regulation becomes inevitable. The pollution control process of Inner Lake is actually a game process between enterprises and the government. In the current game analysis, there is a major defect of ignoring the political cost and reputation cost caused by environmental pollution to the government and enterprises, which makes the theory unable to explain the real world. This paper analyzes the static game and mixed strategy game between local government and enterprises, and draws the conclusion that the extra benefit, reputation cost, government supervision cost and political cost of enterprises' pollution of Inner lake all affect the choice of their behaviors. In addition, this paper introduces discount factor, analyzes multi-stage dynamic repeated game, and finds that the enterprise's future choice is closely related to the size of discount factor. Finally, the author puts forward policy Suggestions to promote and improve their behaviors from three aspects. Firstly, the third party constraint mechanism is introduced to increase the political cost of the government and the cost of corporate reputation. Secondly, actively carry out technological innovation to reduce the cost of pollution treatment. Finally, it is necessary to increase the punishment for negligence of government supervision and strengthen the responsibility of government supervision.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of academic achievement on innovative behavior and to examine the mediating role of creative self-efficacy (CSE) and moderating role of tolerance of ambiguity. The sample consisted of 341 college students in China. The statistical analysis was conducted using spss23.0 and Mplus8.3 software and through multiple linear regression analysis and bootstrap analysis to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that academic achievement positively related to CSE and innovative behavior, CSE mediates the relationship between academic achievement and innovative behavior, tolerance of ambiguity moderates the relationship between academic achievement and CSE.

With the development and advancement of information technology, it is more convenient and faster for college students to obtain and release information, and gradually enter the Internet age. While the network brings a lot of information, it cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the information. For ideological and political work in colleges and universities, on the one hand, the Internet has expanded the channels and methods of ideological and political work. On the other hand, a large amount of bad information has also brought challenges to ideological and political construction and affected the development of ideological and political work in universities. Ideological and political workers must seize the opportunity of network development, improve the information recognition ability of educational objects, and meet the challenges of the network age to college students.

Airports, transportation hubs carrying passengers from distinct countries and origins, are playing a more and more crucial role in our life. On the one hand, convenient, fast and highly efficient airport service is the key factor why passengers chose to travel by air. Therefore, passengers’ need of efficient modern airport management is overwhelmingly important. On the other hand, with the lasting airport scale and passenger capacity expansion, massive infrastructure construction has brought airports heavy costs. Airport fiscal revenue must be optimized to offset huge expenses. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of airports’ digital way-finding services, and explore to which extent airport digital signages and way-finding systems can improve airport transport efficiency and service quality. This paper gives the superiority of digital signage compared with traditional airport guidance, and analyzes digital signage’s benefits to airports in passenger experience and airport non-aviation fiscal revenue. Way-finding system design process and the case study of Singapore Changi Airport were also provided. The conclusion was drawn that airports equipped with digital way-finding systems can enhance passengers’ experience and the degree of satisfaction, enrich passengers’ trip and create a more convenient, more effective and safer airport.

As the fourth national-level urban agglomeration, the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has good conditions for the development of tourism industry. It is of great significance to improve the development level of rural tourism in Chengdu-Chongqing region by understanding its spatial pattern and driving factors of rural tourism. This study analyzes the spatial pattern of rural tourism in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and explores its influencing factors by using the geographic detector model. It found that: (1) The spatial distribution of rural tourism in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration presents the characteristics of agglomeration of "two big and three small"; (2) The structural ranking of urban agglomeration is the core factor affecting the spatial pattern of rural tourism; (3) Agricultural development level, economic development level, and tourism development level also have important influence on rural tourism; (4) The influence of resource endowments and natural conditions on it is not obvious. Therefore, the development of rural tourism in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration should not be limited to the countryside and the resources itself, but should improve the level of urban development, the quality of agriculture and tourism development from the overall perspective of the urban agglomeration.
