Abstract—Machine and deep learning (DL) offer significant opportunities for exploring and monitoring oceans and for tackling important problems ranging from litter and oil spill detection to marine biodiversity estimation. Reasonably priced hardware platforms, in the form of autonomous (AUV) and remote operated (ROV) underwater vehicles, are also becoming available, fuelling the growth of data and offering new types of ap- plication areas. This article presents a research vision for DL in the oceans, collating applications and use cases, identifying opportunities, constraints, and open research challenges. We conduct experiments on underwater marine litter detection to demon- strate the benefits DL can bring to underwater envi- ronments. Our results show that integrating DL in underwater explorations can automate and scale-up monitoring, and highlight practical challenges in enabling underwater operations. This project introduces a refined YOLOv8-based algorithm tailored for the en- hanced detection of small-scale underwater debris, to mitigate the prevalent challenges of high miss and false detection rates . The research presents the YOLOv8 algorithm, which optimizes the backbone, neck layer, and C2f module for underwater characteristics and incorporates an effective attention mech- anism. This algorithm improves the accuracy of underwater trash detection while simplifying the computational model. Empirical evidence underscores the superiority of this method over the other conventional network, manifesting in a significant uplift in detection performance. Notably, the proposed method realized a 63% mean average precision (mAP50), a 60% surge in recall (R). Transcending its foundational utility in marine conservation, this methodology harbors potential for subsequent integra- tion into remote sensing ventures. Such an adaptation could substantially enhance the precision of detection models, particularly in the realm of localized surveillance, thereby broad- ening the scope of its applicability and impact.

SOEs are a crucial part of India's economic landscape, playing a vital role in various sectors. The governance frameworks within these entities are multifaceted, encompassing legislative provisions, regulatory directives, and oversight mechanisms. The Companies Act of 2013 lays down foundational principles, supplemented by guidelines from regulatory bodies like SEBI and DPE. Compliance with these frameworks is crucial for ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within SOEs. However, Indian SOEs face challenges such as government interference in board decisions, lack of board autonomy, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, and the need to balance diverse stakeholder interests. These challenges often stem from the unique ownership structures of SOEs and their role in serving broader public policy objectives. Addressing these governance deficits requires concerted efforts from stakeholders, including the government, regulatory bodies, boards of directors, and management teams. Enhancing board independence, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, and promoting transparency and accountability are essential steps towards strengthening corporate governance in Indian SOEs. New forms of crime have emerged with the rising prevalence of computer misuse. Some of them include the use of cutting-edge tools and methods for criminal conspiracy. From spreading fraud through email to stealing and reselling intellectual property, cybercrime covers a lot of ground. The domain of computer science known as "cyber forensics" is considered to be among the most essential subfields. It is concerned with the investigation of cybercrime. The concept of cyber forensics is broken down into its parts by the author in this paper. This paper focuses on the significance of the topic as well as some of the methods and instruments that are used by cyber forensic investigators. The objective of cyber forensics is to conduct an examination of electronic content in a manner that is forensically sound with the goals of preserving, recovering, analyzing, identifying, and presenting facts and views about digital information. Cyber forensics evidence undergoes the same processes as other digital evidence and serves as supporting evidence in judicial proceedings. Cyber forensics is often linked to the investigation of cybercrime, but it may also be utilized in legal actions involving private parties. This paper demonstrates the necessity for further investigation into how cyber forensics might be used to enhance the identification of cybercrime. This research will help fill in some of the gaps in our knowledge of how cyber forensics investigations are conducted in India and explore cyber security policy in the United Kingdom, the United States, and India to identify both similarities and differences. This research paper presents a comparative study on the assessment of blast-induced damage in reinforced concrete slabs, focusing on the comparison between numerical simulation and advanced structural analysis software. The objective is to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of both approaches in predicting structural damage caused by blast loading. The study utilizes numerical simulation techniques to model the dynamic behaviour of reinforced concrete slabs subjected to blast loading. Material properties, reinforcement details, and blast loading characteristics are incorporated into the simulations. The resulting structural response and damage are evaluated. In parallel, advanced structural analysis software, specifically MIDAS Civil software selected for its capabilities in blast analysis, is employed to analyse the same set of reinforced concrete slabs under blast loading. The software provides advanced modelling and analysis tools for assessing structural response and calculating blast-induced damage. By comparing the results obtained from the numerical simulations and the advanced structural analysis software, the study evaluates the agreement and capabilities of both approaches. Parameters such as displacements, strains, stress distributions, and damage patterns are examined. The findings contribute to the understanding of the accuracy and limitations of numerical simulation and advanced structural analysis software for blast-induced damage assessment. The results of this comparative study provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in blast engineering and structural assessment. The implications for blast-resistant design and recommendations for future research are discussed, aiding in the advancement of effective strategies for assessing and mitigating blast-induced damage in reinforced concrete structures. Keywords: Blast Analysis, Dynamic Linear Analysis, Response Spectrum Analysis, Prestressed Concrete.

Crisaborole has broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory activity by mainly targeting phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) enzyme that is a key regulator of inflammatory cytokine production. As this enzyme is expressed in keratinocytes and immune cells, crisaborole mediates an anti-inflammatory effect on almost all inflammatory cells. Topical application of this drug is useful as it potentiates the localization of this drug in the skin and this anti-inflammatory activity is in the low micromolar range. The objective of present research work is to enhance the aqueous solubility of poorly water soluble drug Crisaborole using Co-solvency technique. Mouth dissolving film is now a days preferred route of drug administration due to patient compliance. The developed film formulation is a patient-friendly formulation that would be useful for people who have difficulty of swallowing. The results have shown that the HPMC-K4M is good film former and shows bioadhesion property. In combination with PEG-400, it has shown promising fast drug release within 10 min. and good folding endurance. Hence a semi-synthetic cellulose derivative which is affordable and abundantly available can be used as a potential drug release modifier and also used to improve flexibility and processability in the mouth dissolving films. Successful formulation of Cariprazine mouth dissolving films may prevent first pass metabolism to a large possible extent. From the present study it can be concluded that HPMC-K4M based mouth dissolving films of Cariprazine can be successfully prepared with considerable good stability and improved bioavailability Keywords: Mpouth dissolving, Cariprazine, Evaluation
