REVOLUTIONIZING HEALTHCARE THROUGH AUGMENTED REALITY INTEGRATION IN MEDICAL TRAINING 通过将增强现实技术融入医学培训,彻底改变医疗行业

Through the transformation of conventional anatomy education techniques, the incorporation of augmented reality (AR) into medical training is revolutionising healthcare education. This creative method uses augmented reality (AR) tools, such as Microsoft® HoloLens II, to improve anatomy lab courses and give students a more engaging and dynamic learning environment. Medical schools can simplify anatomy instruction by using holograms to replicate human dissection. This allows students to study intricate anatomical structures in a step-by-step three-dimensional presentation. In addition to optimising the amount of time spent on dissection, this move towards AR-based learning creates new opportunities for remote and independent learning that meet the needs and preferences of a wide range of learners. Furthermore, the challenges that traditional cadaver-based anatomy instruction faces are addressed by integrating AR into medical education. AR offers a thorough and captivating learning environment because it can present anatomical material in different sequences, from superficial to deep structures, or by creating functional body units. Clinical correlations can be easily incorporated into lessons to improve students' comprehension and memorization of anatomy. The future of augmented reality (AR) in medical education appears bright, with potential breakthroughs in pathology, histology, and surgical applications, despite obstacles like realism constraints and technological complexity. Effect Of Malted Ragi Powder On The Sensory Attributes of Carbonated RTS Functional Millet Based Whey Beverage 麦芽糙米粉对碳酸 RTS 功能性小米乳清饮料感官属性的影响

The present scenario focus interest in nutrition and health awareness, consumers are increasingly seeking high- quality functional products with acceptable sensory attributes. The primary objective of current research was to optimize the process for developing Carbonated Ready-to-serve (RTS) functional millet-based whey beverage malted ragi (5%,7%,9) on the sensory and physico-chemical aspects of Carbonated RTS functional millet-based whey beverage. Based on the analytical result, the functional beverage contained 5% Malted Finger Millet and was subjected for shelf-life tests. Sensory evaluation, as well as titratable acidity and pH analysis, was conducted for the samples stored at refrigeration temperature (7±1⁰C) and for those stored at room temperature (30±1⁰C) in glass bottle as the packaging material. The carbonated and non-carbonated RTS functional millet-based whey beverage and the control were found to be acceptable up to 2 days of storage at room temperature (30±1⁰C) and for 8 days stored at refrigeration temperature (7±1⁰C), respectively. The developed carbonated RTS functional millet based whey beverage is an innovative and nutritious product with enormous health benefits as it contains nutraceutical ingredient i.e. finger millet ( power house of nutrients). The developed functional millet based whey beverage can be given to all age groups and can be easily commercialized.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of training and development programs at Tata Steel Ltd., focusing on their alignment with organizational strategies and their impact on employee performance. The primary objective is to assess how these programs contribute to organizational competitiveness and employee skill enhancement in the 21st century. Using purposive sampling technique, data was gathered from a sample of 100 employees who have participated in the company's training initiatives. The findings reveal that a majority of employees (98%) recognize training as integral to the organization's strategy and effective in enhancing productivity. However, discrepancies in perceptions suggest the need for improved communication and training customization. The research paper explores into the use of digital tools in talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants. In today's digital age, recruitment has adopted a variety of digital tools, including video job descriptions (JDs) and resumes. These technologies make it possible to examine candidates efficiently, focusing on communication skills, personality, and cultural fit before inviting them to interviews. Keyword utilization speeds up applicant selection based on qualifications and experience. Following the initial screening, AI-driven questionnaires assess candidates' job-related skills and knowledge. This ensures that only the most competent candidates make it to HR and stakeholder interviews. These in-person or virtual interviews test interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. Following completion, successful applicants go through onboarding, which includes team introductions and resource allocation for effective role performance. Talent acquisition has been altered by digital technologies like as video JDs, resumes, AI questions, and virtual interviews. The proposed solution for detecting false news involves a combination of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, Reinforcement Learning (RL), and blockchain technology. The process begins with the collection of a comprehensive dataset of news articles and their associated metadata, followed by NLP-based pre-processing to clean and tokenize the text. Relevant features, such as word frequencies and readability, are then extracted and used to train an RL agent. The agent is trained to distinguish between true and false news using a reward and punishment system for learning. Once trained, the RL agent can classify new articles as true or false based on their extracted features. Although the potential role of blockchain technology is mentioned, further elaboration is required. ANTIBIOTICS RESISTANCE PREDICTION USING MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS 利用机器学习算法预测抗生素耐药性

Opioid Risk Antibiotics Resistance abuse, overdose, and drug addiction have become public health concerns as a result of the notable increase in the use of both prescribed and over-the-counter medications in the United States. The growing incidence of opioid usage presents a complex public health issue, one of which is the possible influence on antibiotic resistance. The existing system predicts antibiotic resistance profiles in bacterial infections among hospitalized patients using machine learning (ML) algorithms and electronic medical records (EMRs). However, it ignores the impact of opioid use, a major public health issue that may be connected to antibiotic resistance. The complex association between opioid-related behaviors and antibiotic resistance may not be adequately captured by powerful machine learning algorithms, despite their use. The larger context of antibiotic resistance patterns is limited by the lack of linkage with data on opioid intake. The proposed abstract aims to improve predictive accuracy and understanding of the complex factors influencing antibiotic resistance emergence by integrating support vector machines (SVM) and linear regression to thoroughly analyse the relationship between opioid risk and antibiotic resistance. This approach addresses these limitations. We suggested combining linear regression and support vector machines (SVM) to better understand the complex connection between opioid risk and antibiotic resistance. In order to pinpoint the main causes of increased risk, trends in opioid consumption data are analyzed using the SVM model. In parallel, the relationship between opioid abuse and the rise in antibiotic resistance is examined using linear regression. Our goal is to have a thorough grasp of the complex relationship between opioid-related behaviors and the emergence of antibiotic resistance by combining these two analytical approaches. This project is designed under NetBeans with java as front end.
