STRATEGI GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI UNIT KEGIATAN BELAJAR MANDIRI MATA PELAJARAN PPKn (Studi di SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta) 通过PPKn独立学习小组(SMA Negeri 3日惹研究),教师批判性思维学习者的策略

The research aims to find out: 1) The strategy of teachers in  student’s critical thinking learning using self learning activity in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta; 2)  Teacher’s supporting factors and inhibitory factor in  critical thinking learning using self learning activity in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta.They study uses a qualitative approach, a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources are obtained from the informant, place and document. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data validity using trianggulation data and Trianggulation method. Analyze data using interactive analysis models.Result of the research: 1) The strategy of teachers in student’s critical thinking learning using self learning activities in Pancasila education subjects and citizenship in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta: a) Teacher need to learn and understand about the components development and characteristics of self learning activities ; b) The teacher makes a learning activity by displaying questions of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); c) The teacher makes the look of self learning activity; and d) The teacher designed the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. 2) The teacher's supporting factor in student’s critical thinking learning using self learning in Pancasila Education and Citizenship course includes: a) schools facilities; b) The positive response from the students with the self learning activity; c) Learning activities in the self learning activities lead to the growing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) that support critical thinking skills; d) Self learning activities as a self-learning strategy that helps learners achieve learning submission. The inhibitory factor includes internal factors: a) The feeling of fear of self-learners; b) lack of ability to communicate students; and c) lack of motivation in the students in the interest of the study of Pancasila and the citizenship. External factors include: a) The responses of nearby friends who often laugh at other learners when they wrong answer; b) Limited time allocation; c) Learners who have completed self learning activity of Pancasila and Citizenship Education must wait for other learners to get new material taught by the teacher and; d) Find it difficult to print the modul for the self learning activity of Pancasila and Citizenship Education because of the limited fund of the school.Keywords: Strategies, Critical Thinking, Self Learning Activity, Pancasila Education and Citizenship

Three Dimensional Pop Up Cards Efforts to Improve Constitutional Knowledge and Practices through the Good News Classmeeting, is the learning of PPKn in the counstitution field which emphasizes three components of PPKn learning, namely civic knowledge, civic skills and civic disposition. Learning with the help of three dimensional media Pop Up makes it interesting and makes it easy to learn articles in the UUD 1945 constitution. This study aims to find out: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship in changing the behavior of people aware of the environment through the Kampung Selo Beraksi program; (2) Obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research approaches. The research technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and document analysis. Testing data validity using data triangulation and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Stages of research include: (1) Preparation; (2) Data collection; (3) Analysis of data; (4) Preparation of research reports. The results of this study include: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship is needed to arouse community awareness through environmental activities, namely the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Insightful activities in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program include garbage banks, hydroponic parks, vertical gardens, craft galleries, and outbound. Strengthening ecological citizenship in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program is a bottom up approach that is realized through the formation of environmental knowledge, environmental skills, environmental attitudes, environmental participation. (2) The obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program come from internal and external. The barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the internal include: a) limited human resources due to lack of activeness and participation of the Kampung Selo community members; b) limited sources of funds in the development of the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the external include: a) obstacles from the community, namely the existence of counter-attitudes from the community and a lack of community participation; b) obstacles from the government, namely lack of attention and participation of the local government; c) obstacles from the environment, namely the location of Kampung Selo Beraksi far from the city and the maximum arrangement of the village. The content of television as a public media broadcasts generally present news or social reality eventsyet it seems to be appropriate that the content must be received wisely andcritically. Receiving information without discretion will create a wrong and misleading image of the world, including an overview of multicultural education. Currently, mass media has a significant potential to instill prejudice between religions, cultures, and so on. The media in this case also has social responsibility to the public about the issues of freedom and protection of multicultural educationunderstanding. Therefore to support the theoretical approachof this study, theory about value of multicultural education whichisreinforcedby theory of social media responsibility was taken into account. The results showed thatRagam Indonesia as one of the television programs in Indonesia (in Trans 7) has been presenting shows that could be used as a good start to develop innovations in multicultural communication education, given the impressions of the content in Ragam Indonesia including the aspects of life; economics, religion, tradition, as well as local identities that can be wrapped into national identities as learning material for students, college students, and society. This kind of publication is considered to be very urgent in order to build national identity.Key words: Inovation, Multicultural Education, Media, and National Identity

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap persepsi masyarakat adat Kampung Cireundeu Kota Cimahi dan Cikondang Kabupaten Bandung dalam memaknai nilai-nilai karakter yang harus dipunyai oleh seorang pemimpin. Pendektan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik analisis data melalui studi liratur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi, setelah dianalisis, kemudian dicocokan kebenarannya melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara umum masyarakat adat berpersepsi bahwa nilai-nilai karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin di masyarakat adat Kampung Cireundeu dan Cikondang adalah nilai karakter religius, taat kepada adat dan tradisi leluhur, dan taat pada falsafah sunda, yakni silih asih, silih asah, dan silih asuh. Makna nilai-nilai karakter tersebut bagi masyarakat adat kampung Cireundeu dan Cikondang, yakni sebagai fondasi dalam membangun kehidupan masyarakat sesuai adat dan tradisi leluhurKata kunci: Persepsi, Masyarakat adat, Nilai Karakter

Pendektan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik analisis data melalui studi liratur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi, setelah dianalisis, kemudian dicocokan kebenarannya melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara umum masyarakat adat berpersepsi bahwa nilai-nilai karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin di masyarakat adat Kampung Cireundeu dan Cikondang adalah nilai karakter religius, taat kepada adat dan tradisi leluhur, dan taat pada falsafah sunda, yakni silih asih, silih asah, dan silih asuh. The objectives of research were (1) to find out the forms of modelling in Personality Competency of Civic Education teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban, and (2) to find out the implication of Civic Education teacher’s modelling to creating the students’ discipline character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research employed a qualitative research approach, with descriptive qualitative research type. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis.  Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The forms of role model in personality competency of Civic Education teacher were as follows: The personality of a disciplined teacher, democratic, patient, tolerant, broad-insight teacher personalities. (2) The implication of Civic Education teachers to the creation of students’ discipline character was as follows: the students could receive and imitate one of Civic Education teachers’  modelling, indicated with their coming early to classroom when the lesson began, students completing school attribute and uniform, students attending the lesson in the classroom and no truancy, students always attending flag ceremony, and maintaining the cleanliness at school. However, role model is the most decisive factor in creating the students’ discipline; it could be seen from the students showing the discipline character only in the classroom Civic Education teachers class VII while the other teacher’s class had not shown the discipline character yet.    Keywords: Personality Competency, Civic Education, Modelling, Discipline                                      Chara
研究的目的是:(1)找出SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban公民教育教师人格能力的建模形式;(2)找出SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban公民教育教师的建模对学生学科品格塑造的启示。本研究采用定性研究方法,采用描述性定性研究类型。数据源来源于线人、地点、事件和文档。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样技术。收集资料的方法为访谈、观察和文献分析。采用数据和方法三角剖分进行数据验证。数据分析采用交互式分析模型进行。考虑到研究结果,可以得出以下结论。(1)公民教育教师人格能力的榜样表现为:严于纪律的教师人格、民主的教师人格、耐心的教师人格、宽容的教师人格、开阔的教师人格。(2)公民教育教师对学生纪律品格塑造的含义是:学生可以接受和模仿公民教育教师的一种造型,表现为上课时早到教室,学生完成学校属性和校服,学生在教室上课,没有逃课,学生经常参加升旗仪式,保持学校的清洁。然而,榜样是创造学生纪律的最决定性因素;只有公民教育教师七班的学生表现出学科品格,而其他教师班级的学生还没有表现出学科品格。关键词:人格素质、公民教育、造型、纪律                                       轮藻

PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE TERHADAP CIVIC DISPOSITION SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 TERAS BOYOLALI TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

The objective of research was to find out whether or not there is an effect of value clarification technique learning model application on civic disposition in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the school year of 2016/2017. This study was an experimental quantitative research. The research design was true experimental design with posttest only control design model. The population of research was the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the school year of 2016/2017. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The sample of research consisted of 68 students: 34 in experimental and 34 in control groups. Data collection in this research was carried out using observation and questionnaire. Data validation for the students’ civic disposition questionnaire in basic competency of conceiving various effects and threats against the state in maintaining Bhinneka Tunggal Ika was carried out using validity and reliability test. To find out whether or not the items of question were valid, Pearson’s product moment correlational formula was used. Meanwhile, the reliability used in this research was Alpha Cronbach. Technique of analyzing data used was a two-independent sample t test.Considering the research an average score of 86,03 experimental class is higher than he average score of 80,76 control class. Then the hypothesis testing using a two independent sample t test with t statistic > t tabel 13,560 > 1,997 at significance level of 5% means that there are difference of  civic disposition between the students in experiment and those in control classes. So that from the result it could be found that there was an effect of value clarification technique learning model on the students’ civic disposition in basic competency of conceiving various effects and threats against the state in maintaining Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the School Year of 2016/2017. Keywords: Value Clarification Technique, Civic Disposition
本研究旨在探讨价值澄清技术学习模式的应用对2016/2017学年SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali高中11年级学生的公民倾向是否有影响。本研究为实验性定量研究。本研究设计为真正的实验设计,采用后测纯对照设计模型。研究对象为2016/2017学年SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali的11年级学生。抽样方法为整群随机抽样。研究样本由68名学生组成:实验组34名,对照组34名。本研究的数据收集采用观察法和问卷调查法。采用效度和信度检验对学生公民气质问卷“设想维护宾内卡·通噶尔卡对国家的各种影响和威胁”基本能力进行数据验证。为了确定问题项是否有效,使用Pearson积矩相关公式。同时,本研究采用的信度为Alpha Cronbach。数据分析采用双独立样本t检验。综上所述,03实验班的平均分为86分,高于76控制班的平均分80分。假设检验采用两独立样本t检验,t统计量> t表13,560 > 1997,显著性水平为5%,说明实验组学生与对照组学生的公民倾向存在差异。因此,从结果可以发现,价值澄清技术学习模式对2016/2017学年SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali 11年级学生在设想维护Bhinneka Tunggal Ika的各种影响和对国家威胁的基本能力中的公民倾向有影响。关键词:价值澄清技术;公民气质

This research was studied the enforcement of IPNU PC national identity character in Karanganyar towards personal resiliences members. The enforcement of character based on IPNU PC national identity in Karanganyar is useful in preserving the trust and solidarity of citizens towards the nation state. The research method used was qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data analysis techniques used by researchers were open coding and axial coding. The results showed that the enforcement of IPNU PC identity character in Karanganyar toward personal resiliences members was done by internalizing Pancasila values in science and khataman assemblies, Makesta (Loyalty of Members), and IPNU PC National Post-Exam Guidance (BPUN) in Karanganyar. The strengthening of IPNU PC's identity character in Karanganyar toward personal endurance of members starts from the stage of understanding (understand the true), ngrasa (feel good), and nglakoni (must be implemented). The implications to be a confident human being and firmly adhered to the principle, citizens who were active in the responsibilities of society, solid citizen living in harmony and togetherness, being an open citizen on the basis of kinship.Keywords: Character, Identity, Youth Organization and Personal Resilience.

The level of literacy of the students in the subjects of democracy and elections are still low. Civic literacy became a prosecution along with the advances and advances in technology and the current globalization. This research aims to map out the civic literacy students, knowing the strategy of strengthening civic literacy in learning democracy and elections as well as to know the implications of the strengthening of civic literacy against civic atitude students. The methods used in this research in the form of qualitative descriptive. The data source used is the quisioner, interviews, observation, documents and studies supported by Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Location research in the civic education study programs Faculty of teacher training and the education. Research results showed civic literacy students relating to problems – problems or issues – issues in democracy and elections are lacking it is seen when a student performs an analysis of the outstanding issues and develop in the public good of the mass media both print and social media, students can not provide an analysis of those issues because the student is not at all know those issue Keywords: civic literacy, democracy and elections, civic atitude

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran  PKn  menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match di kelas IX D SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga. Hasil belajar siswa yang rendah disebabkan masih digunakannya metode ceramah dibantu media buku cetak ketika guru mengajar, sehingga siswa pasif dan kurang memahami materi. Penggunaan model pembelajaran Make A Match merupakan bentuk tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran yang dipilih untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Sebelum tindakan  hanya 6 siswa (23,08%) yang tuntas KKM . Setelah tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 20 siswa (76,92%) tuntas KKM dan pada siklus II menjadi 26 siswa (100%) tuntas KKM. 本类行动研究旨在利用SMP Negeri 7 sala3的IX D学习模式提高学生在PKn学习成绩。学生的学习成绩很低,因为在老师讲课的时候仍然使用印刷媒体的方法,使学生消极和缺乏对材料的理解。使用基于匹配的学习模式是选择的学习改进行为,以提高学生的学习成绩。研究程序包括计划、执行和观察的阶段,以及在两个循环中进行的反思。通过观察和测试收集数据的技术,而数据分析使用比较描述性技术。研究结果显示,学生的学习成绩正在提高。在行动之前,只有6名学生(23.8%)完成了km。在第一个循环的行动增加到20名学生(76.92%)完成了km,在第二次周期增加到26名学生(100%)完成了km。本研究的结果可以得出结论,在PKn学习模式中使用一场比赛可以提高学生的学习成绩。关键词:学习模式创建匹配,学习结果

Hasil belajar siswa yang rendah disebabkan masih digunakannya metode ceramah dibantu media buku cetak ketika guru mengajar, sehingga siswa pasif dan kurang memahami materi. Penggunaan model pembelajaran Make A Match merupakan bentuk tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran yang dipilih untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Sebelum tindakan  hanya 6 siswa (23,08%) yang tuntas KKM . Setelah tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 20 siswa (76,92%) tuntas KKM dan pada siklus II menjadi 26 siswa (100%) tuntas KKM.
