Analysis of the Factors that Influence Student Entrepreneurial Intention in Entrepreneurship Study Programs in West Sumatera 西苏门答腊创业学习项目中影响学生创业意向的因素分析

The objective of this study to analysis of the factors that influence student entrepreneurial intention in entrepreneurship study program in West Sumatera.. Total sample in this study is 102 respondents. The method used in this study using survey. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Respondent in this study were students of entrepreneurship study program in West Sumatera The data processed using SmartPLs 3.0. The result of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has positive effect on student entrepreneurial intention, curriculum has not effect on student entrepreneurial intention, lecturer competency has positive effect on student entrepreneurial intention and perceived behavioural control has not effect on student entrepreneurial intention.
本研究的目的是分析西苏门答腊创业学习项目中影响学生创业意向的因素。本研究样本总数为102人。本研究采用问卷调查的方法。抽样技术采用目的性抽样。本研究的调查对象为西苏门答腊创业学习项目的学生,数据使用SmartPLs 3.0进行处理。本研究结果表明,创业教育对学生创业意向有正向影响,课程对学生创业意向没有影响,讲师能力对学生创业意向有正向影响,感知行为控制对学生创业意向没有影响。

Perception of Employability in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra 西苏门答腊Pesisir Selatan reggency区域机构就业能力的看法

This study focuses on individuals as employees and their work-related capabilities. It emphasizes the need for individuals to take ownership of their professional development, acknowledge their employability, and adopt a contemporary career outlook that considers employability beyond their current organization.  suggested that employability is an asset that can improve performance and flexibility. To explore the factors that influence employability perception, we tested five hypotheses: leader-member exchange, the broad role of self-efficacy, and organization-based self-esteem. Using regression analysis with SEM PLS, we analyzed data from 323 questionnaires, representing a response rate of 97.52%. Our findings indicate that leader-member exchange positively affects employability perception, organization-based self-esteem positively affects employability perception, and the role of self-efficacy positively affects employability perception. Additionally, leader-member exchange positively affects both organization-based self-esteem and the extent of the role of self-efficacy.

Work Life Balance and Readiness to Change: The Effect of Work from Home to Performance 工作生活平衡和改变的准备:在家工作对绩效的影响

The government's policies on the COVID-19 pandemic have begun to loosen, notably in the education sector.This policy, however, will alter when Covid-19 cases emerge, particularly in Malang City. Covid-19 cases have decreased and a face-to-face learning strategy has been introduced, but this has altered because Covid-19 cases have risen again and have penetrated school clusters, thus some schools have begun with online learning. This study examines the effect of working from home on performance as a result of a new working environment and several policy changes to determine whether it has an impact and an effect on performance. The study then investigates the impact of working from home on change readiness, where changes in work patterns force workers to adapt to technology and become entirely online. Furthermore, given the work imbalance, work-life balance is being researched as a mediating variable by concentrating on activities outside of work that will have an impact on performance. This is an explanatory study that takes a quantitative approach. The results of the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires as primary data, and the respondents of this study were teachers in Malang city. The path analysis tool employed SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings revealed that work from home has no effect on performance, work from home has no effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has no effect on performance, work from home has an effect on readiness to change, and readiness to change affects performance. Work-life balance does not moderate the effect of working from home on performance, but Readiness to Change does.

Perceived Greenwash and Green Trust of Danone-Aqua as B Corporation Certified Company in Indonesia 达能- aqua作为印尼B公司认证公司的绿色清洗和绿色信托

Amidst customers' growing awareness regarding their consumption's influence on environmental sustainability in consumption processes, many businesses must take necessary actions to maintain consumer trust that they embrace the same environmentally responsible values as customers. Greenwashing, which involves making misleading statements about a company's pro-environmental stance or failing to meet a commitment to lessen negative environmental impacts, has significantly eroded consumer trust. This study investigated the influence of perceived greenwashing on environmental trust and the mediating effect of perceived green risk and perceived green value. This study's sample consisted of 200 respondents selected using a method of purposive sampling based on the criterion of Generation Z members with knowledge of greenwashing methods and the B Corporation accreditation awarded to Danone-Aqua Indonesia. The data processing approach employs the SEM-PLS technique with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The study results indicate that perceived greenwash has no significant effect on green trust, but the effect becomes significant when perceived green risk and value are present as mediating variables. Therefore, in order to maintain consumer trust in the company's performance in preserving the environment, Danone-AQUA is encouraged to make continuous efforts to increase customer perceived value and minimize the perceived risks that consumers experienced, including maintaining the B Corporation Accredition value excellent, amidst circulating greenwashing concerns.

Impact of Success Expectations, Motivation and Team Behavior on Entrepreneurship Learning Outcomes in Higher Education 成功期望、动机和团队行为对高校创业学习成果的影响

While there is ample evidence to support the direct impact of success expectations on academic achievement, little research has explored the motivational mechanisms that mediate success expectations–learning outcomes in the entrepreneurial context and student learning environment, and such studies are needed to understand how and why success expectations affect learning outcomes. For this purpose, it integrates the social cognitive approach of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the organismic theory of motivation of self-determination theory (SDT). More specifically, it tests the role of success expectations, motivation, and learning outcomes in the form of business ideas in an indirect conditional process where team behavior becomes a contextual variable. The sample consist of 231 students at several universities in Indonesia. Data is analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that students' motivation acted as a mediator between success expectations and learning outcomes, and team behavior strengthens the relationship. These results provide empirical evidence to better understand the mechanism of the success expectation–learning outcome. The implications of these findings are then discussed for teaching and learning in universities.

Effect of Career Development and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) 职业发展、员工敬业度对印尼PT. Pos员工绩效的影响

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of career development and employee engagement on employee performance, either separately or simultaneously. The survey methods used in this study are descriptive and explanatory. The research was carried out on 87 employees  PT Indonesia Pos (Persero). The saturated sampling technique was used for sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, career development and employee engagement have a combined or partial impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the determinant value is 0.800, indicating that career development and employee engagement can account for 80% of employee performance. Other factors accounted for 20% of the variance.   Keywords: Career Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance

Operational Performance: Supply Chain Management Practices Mediated by Competitive Advantage of Packaged Food MSMEs in Padang City 经营绩效:竞争优势对巴东市包装食品中小微企业供应链管理实践的影响

The objective of this study was just to look into the impact of supply chain management practices on operational performance mediated by using the competitive advantage of package food MSMEs in Padang city. The population during the study were all owners or managers of packaged food MSMEs in Padang City. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type was utilized. As a sample size, 185 samples were used. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyze this study. The result of this study indicate that; (1) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on operational performance; (2) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on competitive advantage; (3) competitive advantage has a major and beneficial effect on operational performance, and (4) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on operational performance through competitive advantage as a mediating variable.
本研究旨在探讨供应链管理实务对巴东市包装食品中小微企业经营绩效的影响,以其竞争优势为中介。研究对象均为巴东市包装食品中小微企业的业主或管理者。采用目的性抽样的非概率抽样。作为样本量,使用了185个样本。采用SmartPLS 3.0的结构方程建模(SEM)对本研究进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)供应链管理实践对经营绩效有重大的有益影响;(2)供应链管理实践对竞争优势有重大的有益影响;(3)竞争优势对经营绩效具有重要的、有益的影响;(4)供应链管理实践通过竞争优势作为中介变量对经营绩效具有重要的、有益的影响。

Determinants of Tourist Satisfaction in Silokek Geopark Tourism 西洛克地质公园旅游游客满意度的影响因素

This study aims to prove the effect of location, promotion, and facilities on tourist satisfaction. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The respondents of this study are the tourists who visited the Silokek Geopark tourism located in West Sumatra, Indonesia, with a total of 80 respondents. The data analysis method in this research is SEM-PLS. The hypotheses in this study were tested using analytical techniques, including Measurement Model Assessment, Descriptive Analysis, R Square, Q Square and Structural Model Assessment. From the test results, it can be concluded that the location and promotion have no effect on satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction, and facilities positively affect satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction.
本研究旨在证明地理位置、促销、设施对游客满意度的影响。本研究采用问卷调查的方式收集数据。本研究的调查对象为到访印尼西苏门答腊岛西洛克地质公园旅游的游客,共80人。本研究的数据分析方法为SEM-PLS。采用计量模型评估、描述性分析、R方、Q方和结构模型评估等分析方法对研究假设进行检验。从测试结果可以看出,地理位置和促销对西洛克地质公园旅游景区满意度没有影响,而设施对西洛克地质公园旅游景区满意度有正向影响。

Scarlett Products Booming: Does Experiential Marketing Matter? 思嘉产品蓬勃发展:体验式营销重要吗?

The study intentions to observe and analyze the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Intention of Scarlett products through Experiential Marketing as the Variable of Intervening. Causal research method was used here in order to define if there is any causal relation from independent to dependent variables. Data collection technique was benefitted the questionnaire. The population chosen were users of Scarlett products in West Jakarta area. The sample of this research is the consumers who use the Scarlett product with a total of 100 respondents who were selected randomly using random sampling technique. The Structural Equation Model was used as the research approach with Smart-PLS 3.2.8 version analysis research tool. It is found that Brand Image influenced both Purchase Intention and Experiential Marketing positively and significantly. Product Quality effected both Experiential Marketing and Purchase Intention significantly and positively. Experiential Marketing proved to effect Purchase Intention positively and significantly as the implication, Experiential Marketing should be maintained more broadly to increase Purchase Intention.

Capital Analysis, Human Resource Professionalism and Technology on Income of Small Medium Industry (SMI) Crafts in Padang City 巴东市中小手工业收入的资本分析、人力资源专业度与技术

This study intends to examine the impact of capital, human resource professionalism, and technology on IKM Crafts' revenue in the city of Padang. This study makes use of quantitative research, namely by examining the financial resources, human capital, owners of the IKM, and technology employed by the IKM. MSMEs, or micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, are crucial for boosting regional and national economic resilience. And serves as the foundation of the public economic system. aimed at minimizing the issue of income inequality and the disparity between corporate actors, or at reducing poverty and increasing employment. The growth of MSMEs has the potential to broaden the economy and contribute significantly to quickening structural change.A sample of IKM Crafts from the city of Padang was used in this investigation. Multiple linear regression has been employed as the data analysis method in this study. The simultaneous test (F-test) and partial test (t-test) were used in this study to test the hypothesis and identify the relationship between the variables. The normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test are the traditional assumption tests applied in this study. The results of this study indicate that the variables of capital and human resources have a significant positive effect on income. technology variable has no significant effect on income.
