Pandemic era has change all of life aspects in the world, including education institutions like universities. Lectures as a central of learning process must play their part on creating globally competitive collage students. One of the impact pandemics era is teaching process become online learning and no longer in campus as previously. The rapidly change requires lecturers to improve their skill at technology, increase their creativity and also must follow the changes. All of the predictor will have an impact to letcures performance. The research methodology used explanatory through four hypothesis testing either direct and mediation effect. The object and population use at study are lecturers at Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang. Purposive sampling use to find the sample with some criteria amd the criteria is who have a working period of > 1 year. the method of sampling in this study used the Slovin formula with 167 samples. STATA 12 wa the analysis technique used in this study. From the data testing, all of the hyphoteses accepted.

Work environment change during the Covid-19 pandemic caused symptoms of health problems. Since the online school, teachers at the Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Cahaya Ilmu Elementary School, and Al-Iman Elementary School have experienced mental and physical health problems. Mental health disorders such as work stress, both stress that comes from within themselves and from the organization/environment. Physical health problems felt by the teachers were eye nerve disorders, joint disorders, muscle and spinal disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the work environment on the health conditions, especially for the mental and physical health of teachers, the sample in this study is 138 people. The data collection techniques used surveys, interviews, and distributing the questionnaires, and the data processing and analysis techniques used simple linear regression methods. The results of the partial analysis there is a negative amount of 20,6% influence between the work environment on healthy conditions, this means that any unfavorable high state of the work environment will deteriorate the teacher's physical and mental health.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between discounts, free shipping and impulse purchases moderated by the seller's service. The population in this study were all Generation-Z users of the Shopee marketplace in Yogyakarta using the Smart PLS 3 application. The research sample uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. This study shows a relationship between discounts and free shipping on impulse purchases. In addition, the seller's service is pure moderation between discounts, free shipping against impulse purchases. The reseacrh has limitations that it is to be on a discount, free shipping, seller service, impulse purchases and focus on a Generation-Z that’s avaliable in Yogyakarta. This study will give insight to readers especialy in the field of marketing about the impulsive buying behavior of Generation-Z in the Shopee marketplace with discounts and free shipping as the independent variables, as well as the involvement of seller services as a moderating variable. The difference in this research is to use the seller's service as a moderating variable to find out a deeper relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Using Generation-Z in Yogyakarta which has never been done by previous researchers.

This research looks at what was carried out to decide the difference in the financial performance of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange before and during COVID-19. This observation uses a quantitative approach to comparative studies. Sampling for this study was performed using a targeted sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 31 infrastructure companies. This research used secondary data from annual reports provided by the IDX website. Data were processed using SPSS software version 25, and hypothesis tests were performed using the standard Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The study measures financial performance by eight criteria: current ratio, short-term ratio, total debt, leverage, total asset turnover, and asset turnover ratio. , net profit margin, and investment rate of return. Complete As a result, and we found a significant difference before and after Covid-19 in current ratios, short-term ratios, total debt, total asset turnover ratio, net profit margin, and rate of return on investment. Furthermore, there were no significant differences in indebtedness and debt turnover before and during Covid-19.

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between human capital and firm performance in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism industry periode 2019-2020. This is quantitative study that provides use of the mutilple linear regression method. The secondary data collection was obtained at www.idx.co.id, including income statement and financial statement notes for period 2019-2020. The analaysis result show that human capital has an effect on a firm performance. Based on the analysis result, we can conclude the COVID-19 pandemic has forced firms to implement human capital strategic planning such as layoffs, voluntary salary reductions, and reduced working hours, all of which have a detrimental effect on firm performance.

Indonesia's economic growth still has a significant impact during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent the spread of the virus by implementing the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy to the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). This is implemented to avoid crowds and all activities can only be done at home (work from home), including satisfy consumptive needs. During the pandemic, there is the right choice to transact only from home or where we are currently, namely the use of digital e-wallet payments. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived risk, financial knowledge and government support on user’s interest of e-wallet with perceived usefulness as an intervening variable in Sulawesi Island. Data was collected through a questionnaire or google form and then analyzed using the Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The sample is 384 e-wallet users who are in the Sulawesi Island with the criteria that they have used e-wallet since March 2019 until now. The results of the study prove that of the seven direct relationships there is only one relationship does not have a significant effect, namely government support does not effects e-wallet user’s interest. While the other three indirect relationships proved to have a significant effect

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between halal supply chain awareness toward attitude and purchase intention. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from Islamic undergraduate students in Salatiga and Surakarta. Partial Least Square (PLS) software was used to test the proposed research model. This research becomes the first research on how specific halal supply chain awareness affects the consumer during pandemic Covid-19. The result shows that halal feed and halal slaughtering have a positive effect on attitude. Proper separation and attitude significantly influence purchase intention, meanwhile, the halal feed and halal slaughtering awareness insignificantly influence purchase intention.

Unilak's image as a private university in Riau Province is still low in the eyes of the public, this is evidenced by the negative response from prospective students to choose this institution as a place for them to study. Coupled with the negative image that has existed at Unilak for a long time. Therefore, efforts are needed to build a positive image of Unilak, so that prospective students make Unilak their choice to gain knowledge. When viewed from current technological developments and from the point of view of human resource management, lecturers require lecturers to carry out the tri dharma of higher education, one of which is the publication of scientific works which have recently shown dynamic movements. So what is the right strategy to build a positive image of universities through the publication of lecturers' scientific works. In order to obtain the right strategy in this study using a qualitative and quantitative approach, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and questionnaires, are journal managers and prospective students, external users. Data analysis techniques using qualitative techniques with SWOT analysis. The results show that the strategy of building a positive image of universities through the publication of scientific papers at Lancang Kuning University is by utilizing the strengths they have in capturing existing opportunities, among others through: Utilizing a strong journal management team to apply for online accreditation of national journals in enhancing the image of the institution ; Utilizing a strong journal management team to get citations to improve the institution's image; Utilizing a strong journal management team to boost the institution's image; Leveraging accredited journals in promoting higher accreditation; Utilizing accredited journals in boosting citations; Utilizing accredited journals in boosting the image of the institution; Utilizing quality lecturer publications in unilak journals for journal accreditation applications; Utilizing lecturer publications to get increased institutional citations; and Utilizing lecturer publications in boosting the image of the institution.
