The community empowerment is an effort to build community capacity and empower existing human resources through institutional development, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as the development of the three Ps (assistant, counseling, and service). Village officials need help to carry out village development. Still, it needs support, initiative, and an active role from the community; one of the activities is empowering the community through the Pekon Sriwungu Community Development and Empowerment Program in Improving Welfare in Banyumas District. To realize the empowerment carried out in Pekon Sriwungu, Banyumas sub-district, allocating business capital participation to Pekon-owned Enterprises, taking the background of Pekon Sriwungu, Banyumas District. Fluid and nutritional needs are physiological needs that must be properly met by the mother during the birth process. Dates are rich in carbohydrates as a source of energy, influencing the progress of labor, spontaneity in labor and reducing postpartum hemorrhage. Carbohydrates as amplifiers are sugars that are absorbed and used by the body's cells shortly after consumption. Dates also contain B vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids. Fatty acids besides providing energy also help provide prostaglandins. Fatty acids can help store energy and strengthen the uterine muscles. Dates also contain hormones that can stretch the uterus when approaching the birth of a baby. Therefore it is necessary to do counseling about the benefits of dates (Phoenix dactylifera L.) as an effort to facilitate labor. The purpose of this activity is: to provide counseling, socialization, and understanding of the importance of education for children given to the people of Salut Kendal Hamlet, Salut Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. the socialization activity was a collaboration between the Non-Governmental Organization Selaksa Sejahtera Foundation (YASERA) Mataram and Bumigora University. Participants were residents of Salut Kendal Hamlet, 40 people out of the planned 70 people carried out in one day. The method of implementing this service is the preparation and socialization stage which is packaged in the form of a workshop at the location of the savings for life family meeting. The results of the implementation of Community Service show that the level of understanding of community service participants is more aware of the importance of education for children in efforts to fulfill children's rights and prevent child marriage and to build parents' commitment to send their children at least to high school graduation.

The development of knowledge in information technology significantly influences student learning, especially in entrepreneurship subjects, thus making various digital-based learning methods develop rapidly. Starting from the idea of a team of University of Science and Computer Technology (STEKOM) lecturers providing training to Alta Integrated Vocational High School students in Semarang Regency, which aims to increase competence in the field of information technology. The material is related to branding, google my business and google trends. Lecture methods and direct practice are used in this training activity with the concept of community service. The stages of this training consist of Registration, Activity, Output, and Evaluation. It is hoped that in the future this kind of activity can be held regularly and continuously.

The number of women entering the climacteric phase is expected to increase. Menopausal women will experience a decrease in the amount of estrogen, causing various discomforts. Soybeans and their processed products act as natural estrogens. Objective: to increase perimenopausal women's knowledge about the utilization of soy and its processed products as an effort to reduce discomfort in perimenopausal women. Methods: counseling, discussion, question and answer, and pretest and posttest. Results: there was an increase in the knowledge of perimenopausal women's who had good knowledge of 23,4%, that is, from 66,7% it increased to 90,1%. Conclusion: there is an increase in perimenopausal women's knowledge about the use of soy and its processed products as an effort to reduce discomfort in perimenopausal women. It is recommended for perimenopausal women to increase consumption of soy and its processed products to reduce complaints during perimenopause.
