Mentally retarded children are children who have intelligence below the average that occurs during development and have obstacles in adaptive assessment. The language development of mentally retarded children is basically lower than that of children in general, most children cannot achieve perfect language skills, language development is very lagging compared to children in general, even at the same Mental Age. Talking activities are very important for mild type mentally retarded students, because the potential for mild-type mentally retarded students to speak can still be maximally optimized, by speaking, students can communicate formally with the teacher during activities teaching and learning is carried out in the classroom. The goal is to improve language skills in mentally retarded children. The method of implementing activities using Role Play method. The results before the intervention of 5 samples of speech ability in the moderate category of 3 people (83.3%), and in the poor category as many as 2 people (16.7%), after getting the intervention speaking ability in the good category 2 people (40%), enough 3 people (60%). So it can be concluded that there is an increase in language skills in children with mild mental retardation.

Currently school teachers, especially in Mataram City, West Lombok Regency, Central Lombok and East Lombok are not familiar with learning with the concept of computational thinking (Computational Thinking) so they cannot teach their students how to think computationally as an approach to solving existing problems. Considering one of the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0, where problem solving skills are one of the abilities that students must have. In this case, these abilities need to be taught by teachers at school. Therefore, this problem must be solved immediately by increasing the ability of teachers in learning computational thinking so that teachers can apply computational thinking learning methods to their students. From the problems listed, it is necessary to approach how to train teachers to teach computationally thinking to their students. In Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, to apply Computational Thinking (CT) in formulating problems and revealing solutions, namely through socialization and training and mentoring of free computational thinking materials to teachers in schools in Lombok, NTB which was held in the form of CT Bebras socialization activities, which is expected to help introduce and apply Computational Thinking (CT) material as a creative learning method in schools in NTB.

Earthquakes that have occurred consecutively in Lombok since July 29, 2018, have had a tremendous impact on all aspects of the lives of disaster victims, both physical, social, and psychological aspects. Various children's reactions to disasters according to the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) depend on the damage suffered during the disaster. The death of a family member or friend is very traumatic, followed by the loss of family homes, schools, pets, and damage to the community. Therefore, efforts to implement recreational therapy in the form of fun-based games and games education is needed to help mental recovery of children, so as to prevent continuing trauma. After doing recreational therapy in 20 villages, it shows positive changes for the children to be more cheerful and require continuous therapy, especially those that support children's education and visual-motor skills.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs due to the body's inability to carry out the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins due to an insulin defect. DM is progressive, this will cause the patient to experience hyperglycemia which can increase glucose levels in the blood. In 2015, there were about 415 million adults with diabetes. This service activity is expected to provide information about educational programs for DM sufferers and involve their families to prevent further complications, as well as increase independence in self-care and quality of life for DM sufferers. The method of implementing this service is by checking vital signs, measuring blood sugar, providing health education about DM and evaluating with an education method based on DSME (Diabetes Self Management Education). This activity was attended by 17 participants in the first and second activities and 15 people in the third activity. The results of this service were attended by most of the participants having blood sugar levels when they were above normal (> 140 mg/dL), which was in accordance with the target of the participants and went quite well. Overall self-management education activities to improve self-care for DM patients can be said to be successful

Technological developments are increasingly developing. This requires students to improve skills in the field of multimedia to assist in dealing with school competency tests. All students are expected to be able to take the test and are required to pass as one of the graduation requirements. In this pandemic era, learning activities were a little disrupted so that it demanded that the school provide maximum provision for students. SMKN 1 Payung students still do not understand how to apply multimedia. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to provide provision on multimedia so that students are ready to face school competency exams. Some applications that can be used as a tool for creating multimedia are the Corel Draw X7 application specifically for designing multimedia and Adobe Illustrator for creating animations. The method used in this provision is direct multimedia design practice. It is hoped that this debriefing activity can improve the abilities of all students in facing competency tests so that they can graduate on time.
