In this paper, a novel and effective algorithm is proposed for noise reduction and contrast enhancement in low light images based on luminance map and haze removal model. The proposed method is divided into two steps: i) A combined denoising method using the improved guided filtering based on gradient information and median filtering is proposed to obtain the initial denoised image. ii) Considering that an inverted low light image presents quite similar to a haze image, the haze removal model is used to enhance the denoised low light image. The luminance component L is extracted to obtain the transmission map with the adaptive weight from the inverted denoised image which is applied to Lab color space. Then the classical quad-tree subdivision is utilized to estimate the atmospheric light, and then the de-hazed image is recovered by the haze removal model. At last, we can get the final enhanced image by inverting the de-hazed image back. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the noise and enhances the contrast of the low light image more effectively and robustly than the conventional and the state-of-the-art algorithms

Infrared image is usually disturbed by various noises during capturing and transporting, so it should be firstly processed by denoising. A new adaptive denoising algorithm based on a new Contour let Transform with Sharp Frequency Localization is proposed in this paper. The hierarchical adaptive denoising threshold of new Contour let coefficient is firstly estimated respectively by each location from different direction, then the noisy image is denoising with soft threshold related to the transform scale and direction. In order to reduce significant amount of aliasing components which are located far away from the desired support because of the new Contour let Transform, cycle spinning is employed to overcome the lack of translation invariance property and suppress pseudo-Gibbs phenomena around singularities of denoising image. Numerical experiments on infrared noisy image show that the algorithm given by this paper is significantly superior to some other usual arithmetic based on contour let, which can get better PSNR and visual quality.

In order to stimulate the collective creativity and coordinate the team members of heterogeneous background, a framework of design knowledge organization based on the team cognition is proposed for the small and micro enterprises. The knowledge organization structure is optimized by building the internal logic consistent with the knowledge flow in the design team cognition process. There are 3 parts in this frameworks. Firstly, the initial team consensus of the design concept on the process, rationale and requirement is formed by Meta knowledge. Secondly, according to the needs of different team members, the specific knowledge for the users, customers, designers, engineers, project managers based on the different perspectives can be provided. Finally, with the interaction knowledge organization, the design conflicts can be guided to reduce the impact to the project.

This paper carried out secondary development based on the World Wind three-dimensional Earth model, using the cloud image data from geostationary orbit meteorological satellite. The work designed and implemented the three-dimensional simulation of real-time global cloud coverage, and dynamically simulated the process of global cloud coverage change. Besides, statistical analysis of cloud coverage change history in the target regions was carried out.

In order to analyze the seismic performance of regional buildings and the rationality of seismic structure, it is necessary to conduct quantitative analysis of peak ground motion acceleration. Due to the limitations of the data from GB-18306, the interpolation method for small sample data in a large area was carried out for quantitative analysis. In this paper, based on the GA tool in ArcGIS software, the empirical Bayes Kriging method, inverse distance weight method and other interpolation methods are compared and analyzed. Through experiments, the RMS error of the empirical Bayesian Kriging method is 0.02220027, and its measurement results are better than the inverse distance weight interpolation analysis method.

The development of PDM-based integrated systems is a complex process that involves challenges, regarding the ability to quickly, flexibly and jointly customize various applications. In this paper, we propose a model driven approach for developing PDM-based integrated systems and mainly focus on user interface (UI) and data integration issues. This approach is built on an integration development platform, which provides modeling tools, model transformation tools and a platform specific language (PSL). With this platform, the UI and data integration requirements are described using XML standards. Then the unified UI model is transformed into various UI resource files and boilerplate code that are specific to each application, while the data model will be referenced in the PSL or the third-generation language (3GL). And finally, the PSL and the 3GL are used for further detail implementation. Several practices show that the presented approach can speed up the implementation of PDM-based integrated systems and cut down the software developing cost

Clustering and classification are independent methods of data mining. This paper compares relative merits of two methods. And then try to integrate them to construct an effective way to improve clustering results. The better the results are, the better internal information of data sets will be shown. However, there isn’t any improved method which is suitable for all clustering algorithms until now. This paper proposes a modified method based on iterative-classification for better clustering results. Experiment results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of clustering results effectively.

A delayed network congestion control algorithm is a complicated dynamical nonlinear feedback system. A class of delayed TCP congestion control algorithms, TCP Vegas congestion control schemes with general description, is analyzed. The delayed systems with discrete-time are discussed, and many criteria on the stability are obtained. Finally, the computer simulations show that the stability criteria are validity and practicability.
