Fenomena Cashless Society Pada Generasi Milenial dalam Menghadapi COVID-19

The millennial generation is a generation that was born between the 1980s and the present. This generation is very familiar with the world of digital-based technology. The use of gadgets is part of their lifestyle. The number of social media users among millennials is quite large, reaching 93%. Moreover, at this time, the risk of being infected with the corona virus in financial transactions is a direct concern of the public in every purchasing activity. So that people prefer to use contactless financial transactions by making payments through digital wallet applications. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of cashless society in the millennial generation in dealing with Covid-19. In this study, the researcher chose to use a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, non-participant observation method on 15 key informants of students of the Batanghari Nusantara Islamic Institute. The results showed that most people, especially millennials, used the OVO, Shopee, Link Aja, Dana and other applications during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using a payment instrument like this it makes it easier for public services to reduce the risk of being infected with the corona virus.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, Harga, dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 产品质量、服务质量、价格和位置对购买决策的影响

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, Price and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Taliwang Restaurant 1. This restaurant is located on AA Gede Ngurah Street No.26, Cakranegara, Mataram City. The population in this study were customers of the Taliwang Restaurant 1 and samples were taken of 50 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The analysis carried out in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, while the testing stages are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through F test and t test, with product moment correlation coefficient. From the regression analysis, the equation is obtained Y = 1.099 + 0.363X1 + 0.305X2 + 0.069X3 + 0.123X4. Hypothesis testing using the F test shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, where the value of F count> F table (8.624> 2.58).   Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, Harga dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Rumah Makan Taliwang 1. Rumah Makan ini berlokasi di jalan AA Gede Ngurah No.26, Kec. Cakranegara, Kota Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan rumah makan taliwang 1 dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, adapun tahap-tahap pengujiannya adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui Uji F dan Uji t, dengan koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 1.099 + 0.363X1 + 0.305X2 + 0.069X3 + 0.123X4. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dimana nilai F hitung > F tabel (8,624 > 2,58).

Pengaruh Pengendalian Diri, Motivasi, Perilaku dan Minat Belajar terhadap Tingkat Pemahaman Akuntansi 自我控制、动机、行为和学习兴趣对会计理解水平的影响

Abstract– This study aims to determine the effect of self-control, motivation, interest, and learning behavior on the level of accounting comprehension. The population in this study were students of IAI Nusantara Batanghari and Dinamika Bangsa Jambi University. The number of students at the Faculty of Economics at the final level for IAI Nusantara Batanghari amounted to 50 people, and students at the University of Dinamika Bangsa Jambi majoring in computerized accounting were 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled, so that the total sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The technique of distributing questionnaires was carried out online via google from the students of IAI Nusantara Batanghari and Dinamika Bangsa Jambi University. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of a computer through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The results showed that self-control, motivation, learning behavior had an effect on the level of understanding of accounting, only interest in learning had no effect on the level of understanding of accounting. But simultaneously shows all the independent variables of this study; self-control, motivation, learning behavior and interest in learning have an effect on the dependent variable, namely; level of accounting understanding.   Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengendalian Diri, Motivasi, Minat, dan Perilaku Belajar Terhadap Tingkat Pemahaman Akuntansi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pengendalian diri, motivasi, perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi hanya minat belajar yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Tetapi secara simultan menunjukkan semua variabel independen penelitian ini ; pengendalian diri, motivasi, perilaku belajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu ; tingkat pemahaman akuntansi.

Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta 影响日惹伊斯兰银行存款兴趣的因素

Abstract– This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of religiosity, profit sharing and service on interest in saving at the Surakarta Islamic Bank. The benefits that are expected to increase and provide knowledge related to the influence of religiosity, profit sharing and services on the interest in saving at the Surakarta Islamic Bank, can be used as material for community consideration and Islamic banking management to develop the role of Islamic banking and marketing strategies in Surakarta. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The population and sample in this study were 71 people who fit the specified criteria. The data were processed using SPSS, the tests carried out included instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion in this study is that religiosity has an effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Profit sharing affects the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Services affect the interest in saving at a syariah bank in Surakarta.     Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil dan pelayanan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat menambah dan memberikan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil dan pelayanan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta, dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan masyarakat dan manajemen perbankan syariah untuk mengembangkan peranan perbankan syariah dan strategi marketing di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS , pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta. Bagi hasil berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta. Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta.

The benefits that are expected to increase and provide knowledge related to the influence of religiosity, profit sharing and services on the interest in saving at the Surakarta Islamic Bank, can be used as material for community consideration and Islamic banking management to develop the role of Islamic banking and marketing strategies in Surakarta. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The population and sample in this study were 71 people who fit the specified criteria. The data were processed using SPSS, the tests carried out included instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion in this study is that religiosity has an effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Profit sharing affects the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Services affect the interest in saving at a syariah bank in Surakarta. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil dan pelayanan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat menambah dan memberikan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil dan pelayanan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta, dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan masyarakat dan manajemen perbankan syariah untuk mengembangkan peranan perbankan syariah dan strategi marketing di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS , pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta. Bagi hasil berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta. Abstract– This study aims to analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Retention in 58 Surakarta music studios. In connection with this problem, the following hypothesis is proposed, H1: Allegedly there is the influence of Customer Experience on Customer Retention, H2: Allegedly there is an influence of Communication on Customer Retention, H3: Allegedly there is the influence of Conflict Handling on Customer Retention, H4: Allegedly there is the influence of Customer Experience, Communication, Conflict Handling simultaneously for Customer Retention. The population in this study were all customers of Surakarta 58 studio music studio rental services, sampling using purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The samples used in this study were 80 consumers. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis test with SPSS 16.00 software. The results showed that Customer Experience had no significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.142, Communication had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.045, Conflict Handling had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significant value of 0,000, Customer Experience, Communication and Conflict Handling had a significant effect Simultaneous to Customer Retention of 27,691.   Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Customer Retention pada studio musik 58 Surakarta. PASIKULA (Pasta Kunyit untuk Axilla) Sebagai Perontok Herbal Bulu Ketiak

Abstrak– Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi kunyit menjadi produk perontok bulu herbal. Produksi kunyit yang melimpah di Kabupaten Garut bertolak belakang dengan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam pemanfaatannya. Disisi lain masyarakat membutuhkan produk kosmetik herbal berbahan alami dan tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan, termasuk produk perontok bulu. Kandungan senyawa Kurkumin dan senyawa analognya pada kunyit telah dilaporkan memiliki efek biologis sebagai antiandrogenik sehingga berpotensi dalam membantu menghambat pertumbuhan rambut di bagian tubuh yang tidak inginkan seperti di area ketiak. Kunyit diolah menjadi suatu produk bernilai jual dengan membentuknya menjadi pasta kunyit sebagai produk perontok bulu herbal. Beberapa produk perontok bulu dapat ditemui dipasar. Namun perontok bulu herbal berbahan baku kunyit belum ada di pasar. Hal tersebut menjadi peluang untuk mendirikan usaha perontok bulu herbal dari kunyit. Produk ini bernama PASIKULA dikemas dalam botol kecil berisi 50 kapsul serbuk pasta kunyit dan dijual dengan harga Rp. 8.000,- yang terjangkau oleh semua kalangan  masyarakat. Promosi dan pemasaran dilakukan secara aktif melalui media online dan offline. Rata-rata penjualan yang meningkat setiap bulannya merupakan bukti bahwa PASIKULA dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. PASIKULA ini memiliki peluang usaha yang cukup potensial yang mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomis kunyit.   Kata Kunci- Kunyit; Pasikula; Perontok Bulu.   Abstract– The aim of this study was to develop business by exploiting the potential of turmeric (Curcuma longa Linn.)  into hair removal product. The abundance production of turmeric in Garut district is contrary with the lack of public awareness in utilizing it. On the other hand, society need herbal cosmetic products made from natural and not harmfull substances to health, including hair removal product. Curcumin and its analogous compounds contained in turmeric have been reported to have biological effects as  antiandrogenic, so it has the potential to help inhibit unwanted hair growth on the body for example in the armpit area. Turmeric is processed into economic value products by forming it into turmeric paste hair removal herbal product. A wide of hair removal products can be found in the market. However hair removal herbal product made from turmeric still rarely found. It is an opportunity to establish business of hair removal herbal product from turmeric. The product is named PASIKULA which is packed in a small bottle containing 50 capsules of turmeric paste powder, the price of PASIKULA is IDR 8.000,-. It makes the product affordable by all levels of society. Promotion and marketing are done actively through online and offline media. The average sales which are increasing every month is an evidence that PASIKULA can be accepted by the society. PASIKULA has potential business opportunities that it is able to increase the economic value of turmeric.

5S Implementation for Improving the Efficiency of Manufacturing Service Division in Tangerang 实施5S提高Tangerang制造服务部效率

5S (Seiri,  Seiton,  Seiso,  Seiketsu  dan Shitsuke) merupakan “Intisari untuk Kaizen”. Seiri adalah kegiatan untuk menyingkirkan atau  membuang  barang-barang  yang  tidak diperlukan dan juga memilah dan mengelompokan barang-barang sesuai dengan jenis dan fungsinya. Seiton adalah  menyusun atau meletakan bahan dan barang sesuai dengan tempatnya agar mudah ditemukan kembali atau dijangkau bila diperlukan. Seiko  adalah  membersihkan  semua  fasilitasdan lingkungan kerja dari kotoran serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Seikuetsu adalah menjaga kebersihan pribadi, selalu mematuhi ketiga tahapan (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke adalah sikap untuk mematuhi aturan, disiplin mengenai kebersihan, kerapian terhadap peralatan dan tempat kerja. Metode Penelitian Implementasi 5S Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Divisi Service  Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Tangerang,  menggunakan penelitian deskriptif disini adalah mengumpulkan data berdasarkan    faktor-faktor dalam 5 S (Seiri,  Seiton,  Seiso,  Seiketsu  dan Shitsuke) yaitu    menjadi suatu pendukung     terhadap     objek     penelitian, dan kemudian menganalisa faktor-faktor yang relevan.  The term of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is the "Point for Kaizen". Seiri is an activity to get rid of or discard items that are not needed and also to sort and group items according to their type and function. Seiton is arranging or placing materials and goods in accordance with the place so that it is easily found again or reached when needed. Seiko is cleaning all facilities and work environment from dirt and throwing trash in its place. Seikuetsu is maintaining personal hygiene, always obeying the three stages (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke is the attitude to obey the rules, discipline regarding cleanliness, tidiness of the equipment and workplace. 5S Implementation Research Methods for  Improving the Efficiency of Manufacturing Service Division in Tangerang, using descriptive research here is collecting data based on factors in 5 S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) that is to be a supporter of the research object, and then analyze relevant factors.

Pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas 现金周转和应收账款周转对盈利能力的影响

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada perusahaan kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga  yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011 - 2016. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang. Untuk variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas (ROA). Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011 - 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sejumlah 5 perusahaan. jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan cara mengakses beberapa situs dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perputaran kas terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).     Kata kunci : Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Profitabilitas (ROA)
摘要-本研究旨在探讨2011年至2016年在印尼证券交易所注册的化妆品公司及其家庭需求的现金和应收账款周期的影响。本研究中的独立变量是现金周转和应收账款周转率。本研究中的偏转变量是盈利能力。该研究中提取的人口是2011 - 2016年在印尼证券交易所注册的化妆品和家用用品公司。采用的抽样技术是采样5家公司的采样技术。使用的类型是通过访问多个网站和库研究的文档方法检索的次要数据。数据分析技术使用的是典型的多元线性回归分析,假设测试和测试假设部分地使用假设测试t。研究结果表明,现金周转之间有显著的积极影响的盈利能力(ROA)之间有显著的积极影响应收燧发的盈利能力(ROA)。关键词:现金周转、应收账款周转率、盈利能力(ROA)

Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on the Relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and the Innovation Work Behavior of Nursing Employees: A Social Exchange Perspective 组织支持感知在领导—成员交换与护理员工创新工作行为关系中的中介作用:社会交换视角

The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior in Pakistani nursing sector. Additionally, the study examined the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange as an independent variable and dependent variable Innovative Work Behavior moreover it has examined the impact of Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior further this explored mediating role of Perceived Organization Support between Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior. The main study was conducted through systematic randomly selected sample of 400 nurses of ages between 24 and 60 belonging to public and private sector hospitals at Lahore.  Survey method was used to collect data. Correlation analysis exposed the significance and strength of relationships between variables i.e. Innovative Behaviour, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX). Moreover, regression analysis was performed for direct relationships. Baron and Kenny (1986) method are used for mediation analysis. The results showed that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) partially mediate between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Innovative Behaviour. The LMX and POS, POS and IWB and LMX and IWB have significant relation which are 0.569(0.000),0.232(0.000) and 0.521(0.000).

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya 分析学生满意度对Muhammadiyah tath马来亚大学服务质量的分析

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service at Muhammadiyah University of Tasikmalaya by looking for service dimensions that affect student satisfaction. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using total sampling technique, namely the entire population is the object of research. The population in this study were all 4th semester UMTAS students.  The process of collecting data applies ICT (information and communication technology). In this case the distribution and filling out of the questionnaire utilizes Googleform, which is a very easy and efficient data collection tool from Google. The researcher only informs the address of the shortlink that has been made, namely bit.ly/2WZtLr7 to the respondent, and the respondent can access the link from their respective Android cellphones. The results of the study show that simultaneously the five variables have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.868. That is the five independent variables effect the student satisfaction variable by 86.8% while the rest (13.2%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
