The millennial generation is a generation that was born between the 1980s and the present. This generation is very familiar with the world of digital-based technology. The use of gadgets is part of their lifestyle. The number of social media users among millennials is quite large, reaching 93%. Moreover, at this time, the risk of being infected with the corona virus in financial transactions is a direct concern of the public in every purchasing activity. So that people prefer to use contactless financial transactions by making payments through digital wallet applications. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of cashless society in the millennial generation in dealing with Covid-19. In this study, the researcher chose to use a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, non-participant observation method on 15 key informants of students of the Batanghari Nusantara Islamic Institute. The results showed that most people, especially millennials, used the OVO, Shopee, Link Aja, Dana and other applications during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using a payment instrument like this it makes it easier for public services to reduce the risk of being infected with the corona virus.

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, Price and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Taliwang Restaurant 1. This restaurant is located on AA Gede Ngurah Street No.26, Cakranegara, Mataram City. The population in this study were customers of the Taliwang Restaurant 1 and samples were taken of 50 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The analysis carried out in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, while the testing stages are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through F test and t test, with product moment correlation coefficient. From the regression analysis, the equation is obtained Y = 1.099 + 0.363X1 + 0.305X2 + 0.069X3 + 0.123X4. Hypothesis testing using the F test shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, where the value of F count> F table (8.624> 2.58). Abstract– This study aims to determine the effect of self-control, motivation, interest, and learning behavior on the level of accounting comprehension. The population in this study were students of IAI Nusantara Batanghari and Dinamika Bangsa Jambi University. The number of students at the Faculty of Economics at the final level for IAI Nusantara Batanghari amounted to 50 people, and students at the University of Dinamika Bangsa Jambi majoring in computerized accounting were 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled, so that the total sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The technique of distributing questionnaires was carried out online via google from the students of IAI Nusantara Batanghari and Dinamika Bangsa Jambi University. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of a computer through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The results showed that self-control, motivation, learning behavior had an effect on the level of understanding of accounting, only interest in learning had no effect on the level of understanding of accounting. But simultaneously shows all the independent variables of this study; self-control, motivation, learning behavior and interest in learning have an effect on the dependent variable, namely; level of accounting understanding. Abstract– This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of religiosity, profit sharing and service on interest in saving at the Surakarta Islamic Bank. The benefits that are expected to increase and provide knowledge related to the influence of religiosity, profit sharing and services on the interest in saving at the Surakarta Islamic Bank, can be used as material for community consideration and Islamic banking management to develop the role of Islamic banking and marketing strategies in Surakarta. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The population and sample in this study were 71 people who fit the specified criteria. The data were processed using SPSS, the tests carried out included instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion in this study is that religiosity has an effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Profit sharing affects the interest in saving in Islamic banks in Surakarta. Services affect the interest in saving at a syariah bank in Surakarta. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil dan pelayanan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Surakarta. Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah surakarta.

Abstract– This study aims to analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Retention in 58 Surakarta music studios. In connection with this problem, the following hypothesis is proposed, H1: Allegedly there is the influence of Customer Experience on Customer Retention, H2: Allegedly there is an influence of Communication on Customer Retention, H3: Allegedly there is the influence of Conflict Handling on Customer Retention, H4: Allegedly there is the influence of Customer Experience, Communication, Conflict Handling simultaneously for Customer Retention. The population in this study were all customers of Surakarta 58 studio music studio rental services, sampling using purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The samples used in this study were 80 consumers. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis test with SPSS 16.00 software. The results showed that Customer Experience had no significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.142, Communication had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.045, Conflict Handling had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significant value of 0,000, Customer Experience, Communication and Conflict Handling had a significant effect Simultaneous to Customer Retention of 27,691. Abstrak– Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi kunyit menjadi produk perontok bulu herbal. Produksi kunyit yang melimpah di Kabupaten Garut bertolak belakang dengan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam pemanfaatannya. Disisi lain masyarakat membutuhkan produk kosmetik herbal berbahan alami dan tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan, termasuk produk perontok bulu. Kandungan senyawa Kurkumin dan senyawa analognya pada kunyit telah dilaporkan memiliki efek biologis sebagai antiandrogenik sehingga berpotensi dalam membantu menghambat pertumbuhan rambut di bagian tubuh yang tidak inginkan seperti di area ketiak. Kunyit diolah menjadi suatu produk bernilai jual dengan membentuknya menjadi pasta kunyit sebagai produk perontok bulu herbal. Beberapa produk perontok bulu dapat ditemui dipasar. Namun perontok bulu herbal berbahan baku kunyit belum ada di pasar. Hal tersebut menjadi peluang untuk mendirikan usaha perontok bulu herbal dari kunyit. Produk ini bernama PASIKULA dikemas dalam botol kecil berisi 50 kapsul serbuk pasta kunyit dan dijual dengan harga Rp. 8.000,- yang terjangkau oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Promosi dan pemasaran dilakukan secara aktif melalui media online dan offline. Rata-rata penjualan yang meningkat setiap bulannya merupakan bukti bahwa PASIKULA dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. PASIKULA ini memiliki peluang usaha yang cukup potensial yang mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomis kunyit. Kata Kunci- Kunyit; Pasikula; Perontok Bulu. Curcumin and its analogous compounds contained in turmeric have been reported to have biological effects as antiandrogenic, so it has the potential to help inhibit unwanted hair growth on the body for example in the armpit area. Turmeric is processed into economic value products by forming it into turmeric paste hair removal herbal product. A wide of hair removal products can be found in the market. However hair removal herbal product made from turmeric still rarely found. It is an opportunity to establish business of hair removal herbal product from turmeric. The product is named PASIKULA which is packed in a small bottle containing 50 capsules of turmeric paste powder, the price of PASIKULA is IDR 8.000,-. It makes the product affordable by all levels of society. Promotion and marketing are done actively through online and offline media. The average sales which are increasing every month is an evidence that PASIKULA can be accepted by the society. 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) merupakan “Intisari untuk Kaizen”. Seiri adalah kegiatan untuk menyingkirkan atau membuang barang-barang yang tidak diperlukan dan juga memilah dan mengelompokan barang-barang sesuai dengan jenis dan fungsinya. Seiton adalah menyusun atau meletakan bahan dan barang sesuai dengan tempatnya agar mudah ditemukan kembali atau dijangkau bila diperlukan. Seiko adalah membersihkan semua fasilitasdan lingkungan kerja dari kotoran serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada perusahaan kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011 - 2016. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang. Untuk variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas (ROA). Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011 - 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sejumlah 5 perusahaan. jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan cara mengakses beberapa situs dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perputaran kas terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior in Pakistani nursing sector. Additionally, the study examined the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange as an independent variable and dependent variable Innovative Work Behavior moreover it has examined the impact of Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior further this explored mediating role of Perceived Organization Support between Leader-Member Exchange and Innovative Work Behavior. The main study was conducted through systematic randomly selected sample of 400 nurses of ages between 24 and 60 belonging to public and private sector hospitals at Lahore. Survey method was used to collect data. Correlation analysis exposed the significance and strength of relationships between variables i.e. Innovative Behaviour, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX). Moreover, regression analysis was performed for direct relationships. Baron and Kenny (1986) method are used for mediation analysis. The results showed that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) partially mediate between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Innovative Behaviour. The LMX and POS, POS and IWB and LMX and IWB have significant relation which are 0.569(0.000),0.232(0.000) and 0.521(0.000).

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service at Muhammadiyah University of Tasikmalaya by looking for service dimensions that affect student satisfaction. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using total sampling technique, namely the entire population is the object of research. The population in this study were all 4th semester UMTAS students. The process of collecting data applies ICT (information and communication technology). In this case the distribution and filling out of the questionnaire utilizes Googleform, which is a very easy and efficient data collection tool from Google. The researcher only informs the address of the shortlink that has been made, namely bit.ly/2WZtLr7 to the respondent, and the respondent can access the link from their respective Android cellphones. The results of the study show that simultaneously the five variables have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.868. That is the five independent variables effect the student satisfaction variable by 86.8% while the rest (13.2%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
