Sebuah Wawasan Tentang Bisnis Keluarga 对家族企业的洞察

Abstract– This article presents how the factors affecting family owned and managed businesses are examined and related to how the business literature develops. In addition, it discusses important patterns in the current literature and new directions regarding family business for future study. This study identifies the main research topics and methodical approaches in a systematic literature review to understand the family business. Insights about behind the historic changes and current directions and trends of family business literature are also identified. The findings of this study argue that the main cause of challenges in running a family business is sourced from managing the relationship between family interests and business interests. The key success factors are strong leadership and building a culture that accepts continuous change. Due to the specificity of family business dynamics and conflict in decision making, which can hardly be found by quantitative studies alone, it is advisable to use qualitative studies. The culture around decision making in family businesses has great value which is demonstrated in this study.   Abstrak– Artikel ini meyajikan tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bisnis yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh keluarga diuji dan terkait bagaimana literatur bisnis berkembang. Selan itu, membahas tentang pola-pola penting dalam literatur saat ini dan arah baru terkait bisnis keluarga untuk studi di masa depan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi topik penelitian utama dan pendekatan metodis secara tinjauan literature yang sistematis untuk memahami bisnis keluarga. Wawasan tentang di balik perubahan bersejarah dan arah serta tren literatur bisnis keluarga saat ini yang juga diidentifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa yang menjadi penyebab utama adanya tantangan dalam menjalankan bisnis keluarga yaitu bersumber dari pengelolaan keterkaitan antara kepentingan keluarga dan kepentingan bisnis. Faktor kunci keberhasilannya yaitu kepemimpinan yang kuat dan membangun budaya yang menerima perubahan berkelanjutan. Karena kekhususan dari dinamika bisnis keluarga dan konflik dalam mengambil keputusan, yang hampir tidak dapat ditemukan oleh studi kuantitatif saja, disarankan untuk menggunakan studi kualitatif. Budaya seputar pengambilan keputusan dalam bisnis keluarga memiliki nilai besar yang ditunjukkan dalam studi  ini.

Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Pribadi dan Budaya Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 分析个人和文化因素对购买决策的影响

Abstract– This study aims to determine: 1) The magnitude of the influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras; 2) The magnitude of the influence of cultural factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras; 3) The magnitude of the influence of personal and cultural factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. The research method used in this study is an explanatory survey research method with a quantitative data approach. The number of population that will be used as the object of research is the number of consumers of Alfamart Batukaras in December 2019 as many as 1,698 people. The sample size selected was 94 people. Data collection techniques in this research are library research, field studies (observations, interviews and questionnaires). Based on the results of the study that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on personal factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if personal factors increase then consumer purchasing decisions will increase; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of cultural factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if cultural factors increase, consumer purchasing decisions will increase, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of personal and cultural factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if personal factors and cultural factors increase then consumer purchasing decisions will increase. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Besarnya pengaruh faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras; 2) Besarnya pengaruh faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras; 3) Besarnya pengaruh faktor pribadi dan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey explanatory dengan pendekatan data kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian adalah jumlah konsumen Alfamart Batukaras pada bulan Desember 2019 yaitu sebanyak 1.698 orang. Ukuran sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 94 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara dan angket).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa : 1)  Terdapat pengaruh yang  positif dan signifikan faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamart Batukaras. Artinya jika faktor pribadi meningkat maka keputusan pembelian konsumen akan meningkat; 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang  positif dan signifikan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamart Batukaras. Good Corporate Governance dan Operasional Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan 良好的公司治理和公司运作绩效

Abstract- This study aims to determine whether the components of good corporate governance, company operations and type of company ownership affect the firm's in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all companies listed as non-financial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling method, where there were 87 non-financial companies that met the sample criteria. This research was conducted using regression analysis, namely ordinary least squares (OLS), which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the frequency of board meetings 1 had a significant negative effect as indicated by the result that the number of "medium" meetings was smaller than the number of "slight" meetings. While the frequency of meeting 2, board size, sales growth, total asset turnover have positive significant effect on firm performance and the attendance of board members, leverage, firm size, firm age and type of company ownership consistently have no effect on firm performance.   Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komponen good corporate goverance, operasional perusahaan dan tipe kepemilikan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada  perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar sebagai perusahaan non keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana terdapat 87 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi yaitu ordinary least square (OLS), yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi rapat dewan 1 berpengaruh negatif signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil bahwa jumlah rapat “sedang” lebih kecil daripada jumlah rapat “sedikit”. Sedangkan frekuensi rapat 2, ukuran dewan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan total perputaran aktiva berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Serta kehadiran anggota dewan, leverge, ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan tipe kepemilikan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract- This study is to see the impact of entrepreneurship education provided through entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Karawang-West Java. The research model was adopted from Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The theory of planned behavior includes independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. While the dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention is used. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, as many as 115 samples were obtained, and 100 samples that met the criteria were used for processing. Research analysis using SEM PLS found that subjective norms and behavioral control did not affect the intention to entrepreneurship, only attitude that had a significant effect on the intention to entrepreneurship in students. These results prove in the sample taken that the attitude of students more causes entrepreneurial intention, how they are interested in seeing business opportunities, have a positive view of things and always dare to take any risks that come. This finding is expected to change the education plan for entrepreneurship courses, which are expected to include elements to increase interest, think positively, and be optimistic to generate intentions to become an entrepreneur.   Abstrak– Penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan melalui mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa di  kota Karawang-Jawa Barat. Hasil ini membuktikan pada sampel yang diambil bahwa niat wirausaha lebih disebabkan pada sikap dari mahasiswa , bagaimana mereka tertarik untuk melihat adanya peluang usaha, berpandangan positif terhadap sesuatu dan selalu berani mengambil resiko apapun yang datang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat merubah rencana pendidikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang diharapkan juga dapat memasukkan unsur untuk meningkatkan rasa tertarik, berfikir secara positif dan bersikap optimis yang  dapat membangkitkan niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

Abstract – This study aims to empirically test and analyze the effect of Marketing Mix and College Image on Student Satisfaction at the Indonesian College of Management Sciences (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Research Methods, in accordance with the research objectives that have been formulated, this research uses an explanation pattern (level of explanation), namely research that intends to explain the position of the factors studied and the relationship between one factor and another. Thus, this study explains the effect of Marketing Mix and College Image on Student Satisfaction at the Indonesian College of Management Sciences (STIMI) Banjarmasin. The research sample is 148 respondents with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula and analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program analysis tool. The results of the research are the independent variable (independent varable) Student Satisfaction (Y) While the dependent variable is the Marketing Mix as a variable (X1) with the indicators in this study: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical, and Process. Image of Higher Education as a variable (X2) with indicators of Reputation, Tradition, and Higher Education Identity. Based on the results of the study, it partially had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) and the College Image variable (X2) partially had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) at the Indonesian College of Management Science (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Simultaneously Marketing Mix (X1) and College Image (X2) together have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) at the Indonesian College of Management Science (STIMI) Banjarmasin   Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Mix dan Citra Perguruan Tinggi Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. The Employee Performance Analysis in Changes Work Method to Remote Work Patterns in The New Normal Era 新常态下员工绩效分析方式向远程工作模式转变

Abstract – In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all working area aspect, which requires every organization to make changes quickly and adaptively. Companies are accelerating the use of digital technology, including changing the way they work. This research is focused on analyzing employee performance when there is a change in the way of working from the office to a remote way of working from different locations in the new normal era. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological method approach that utilizes interviews as a means to collect the necessary data and is combined with a netnographic method approach to explore data on the internet. This employee performance analysis is carried out in IT-based organizations, where employees as audiences and managers are considered as parties who can provide performance appraisals with changes in work methods to remote work patterns in the new normal era, as well as its relation to the readiness of technology and its impact on employee performance. The evaluation results show that employee performance is also influenced by the readiness of supporting technology, where in the new normal era with remote work patterns, of course, have challenges in implementing comfortable and safe remote access, so that all activities may run well and smoothly.
2020年,新冠肺炎疫情已经影响到工作领域的方方面面,这要求每个组织都能快速、适应性地做出改变。企业正在加速使用数字技术,包括改变他们的工作方式。本研究的重点是分析在新常态时代,从办公室工作方式转变为异地工作方式时的员工绩效。本定性研究采用现象学方法,利用访谈作为收集必要数据的手段,并结合网络学方法来探索互联网上的数据。这个员工绩效分析是在以it为基础的组织中进行的,在这个组织中,员工作为受众和管理者被认为是可以提供绩效评估的各方,包括新常态时代工作方式向远程工作模式的变化,以及它与技术准备程度的关系及其对员工绩效的影响。评估结果表明,员工绩效也受到支持技术的准备程度的影响,在远程工作模式的新常态时代,当然,在实现舒适和安全的远程访问方面存在挑战,以便所有活动都能顺利进行。

Penerapan Model ARIMA-ARCH untuk Meramalkan Harga Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk 采用ARIMA-ARCH模型来预测PT. Indofood的股价繁荣Tbk

Abstract– The stock price is the value of the stock in the market that fluctuates from time to time. Time series data in the financial sector generally have quite high volatility which can cause heteroscedasticity problems. This study aims to model and to predict the stock price of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk using the ARIMA-ARCH model. The data used is daily stock prices from 2nd June 2020 to 15th February 2021 as training data, while from 16th February 2021 to 1st March 2021 as testing data. ARIMA-ARCH model is a model that combines Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH), which can be used to overcome the residues of the ARIMA model which are indicated to have heteroscedasticity problems. The result showed that the model that could be used was ARIMA(1,1,2)-ARCH(1). This model can provide good forecasting result with a relatively small MAPE value of 0.515785%. Abstrak– Harga saham adalah nilai saham di pasar yang berfluktuasi dari waktu ke waktu. Data runtun waktu di sektor keuangan umumnya memiliki volatilitas cukup tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan masalah heteroskedastisitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan meramalkan harga saham PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk menggunakan model ARIMA-ARCH. Data yang digunakan adalah harga saham harian dari 2 Juni 2020 hingga 15 Februari 2021 sebagai data training, sedangkan dari 16 Februari 2021 hingga 1 Maret 2021 sebagai data testing. Model ARIMA-ARCH merupakan suatu model yang menggabungkan Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) dan Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH), yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi residu dari model ARIMA yang terindikasi memiliki masalah heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dapat digunakan adalah ARIMA(1,1,2)-ARCH(1). Abstract– PT Jasa Marga is a great reputation company, the leader in comparable businesses, has a steady income, and paying dividends consistently. This paper aims to find the best model to forecast stock price of PT Jasa Marga using ARIMA-GARCH. The data used is daily stock price of PT Jasa Marga from March 2020 to March 2021. Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is a method that can be used to forecast stock prices. However, an economical data tend to have heteroscedasticity problems, one of the methods used to overcome them is Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH). Future stock price of PT Jasa Marga is forecasted with ARIMA-GARCH model.  The data is modeled with ARIMA first, if there is heteroscedasticity, combine the model with GARCH model. The result of this study indicated that ARIMA (1, 1, 1) – GARCH (2, 2) is the best model, with MAPE 1,5647 Abstrak– PT Jasa Marga adalah perusahaan yang reputasinya baik, terdepan di perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis, stabil pendapatannya, dan pembayaran devidennya konsisten. Abstract– The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain public perceptions of the implementation of social distancing during the pandemic as the implementation of social capital. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in a number of countries, including Indonesia. This condition not only affects the economic condition of a country, hinders social interaction among the community, and also has an impact on the health condition of every human being. To avoid the wider spread of Covid-19, the government was forced to adopt social distancing and physical distancing policies in the form of staying at home, working from home, studying, and worshiping at home. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is the impact of social distancing for the community in Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. Sources of data come from several communities with a total of 50 respondents. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, record, and continue to take notes. The results of the research can be concluded that with the implementation of social distancing in the pandemic period, at least the community can implement social capital which includes informal values ​​or norms that are shared among members of an interrelated community group, which is based on the values ​​of beliefs, norms and networks social and they respect each other, the development of social capital is the creation of increasingly independent groups of people who are able to participate more meaningfully. Social capital can solve citizens' problems, especially with regard to strengthening friendship, repairing and maintaining public service facilities because it has advantages and is the most appropriate, even though there are other social capital in the community. In developing and poor countries, corporate donations, which are one of the sources of financing available in those countries, are not being used effectively ″in a correct and ideal way.″ As a result, this theoretical study presented an idea about how to manage and invest this resource in a fruitful way that contributes to strengthening the national economy in more than one axis and addressing many social problems and negative phenomena resulting from the deterioration of economic conditions in those countries, through a strategic economic plan was designed for this purpose. To a large extent, the structure of this study, the formulation of its idea and the formation of its conceptual framework depended on personal diligence, rational thinking and the researcher's imagination, supported by logical justifications. Corporate donations can be used according to the innovative strategic plan to boost the national economy in more than one axis in those countries ″doubling the number of companies - strengthening the infrastructure - enhancing the state's tax revenues - contributing to solving the unemployment problem, etc. ″.Also, this plan will contribute to solving many social problems resulting from the deterioration of the economic conditions in these countries. This is on the practical level, but on the theoretical level, in the field of CSR thought, this study indicated the need to adopt the concept of priority "most important" and the idea of ​​addressing the causes of the problem, not its symptoms, as much as possible, to be included in the list of principles of CSR. Also, this study defined what is meant by the CER at the level of the country's economy as a whole, and fruitful corporate philanthropy "multi-purpose". As well as, this study explained the real interaction between the CER and the CPR at the level of the country's economy as a whole and at the level of the corporation's economy. The researcher expects that this study will receive sufficient attention from the governments of these countries and to benefit from its content in developing their financial policies and laws related to the management and investment of corporate donations in bringing about a real comprehensive development. Also, this study may be the starting point and the cornerstone of many studies and research in this field.

This is on the practical level, but on the theoretical level, in the field of CSR thought, this study indicated the need to adopt the concept of priority \"most important\" and the idea of ​​addressing the causes of the problem, not its symptoms, as much as possible, to be included in the list of principles of CSR. Also, this study defined what is meant by the CER at the level of the country's economy as a whole, and fruitful corporate philanthropy \"multi-purpose\". As well as, this study explained the real interaction between the CER and the CPR at the level of the country's economy as a whole and at the level of the corporation's economy.
