The article examines the problem of measuring and implementing key performance indicators of production units using a specific example of a machine-building enterprise. The analysis is carried out and the reasons that prevent the use of these indicators in management are revealed. The authors propose a method that allows you to change both the motivation of personnel, whose activities are regulated by these indicators, and the direction of information flows for targeted receipt of the necessary management information.

This work describes synthesized antireflection coatings on metal surfaces in the visible and infrared spectral ranges of 0.35-0.80 μm and 5-15 μm. The coatings use metal and dielectric films with a total number of layers from 3 to 7. Reflection from metal surfaces is reduced tenfold.

The article describes the approaches associated with the development of such a fashionable and modern scientific and technical trend as the use of additive technologies for the needs of the domestic production and industrial sector and the sector of production of educational services. The article presents diagrams comparing the goals of using 3D printing for industrial companies at the turn of the 18th-19th years of the 21st century. A comparative analysis of the sectoral structure of the Russian market of additive technologies was also carried out, and the main stakeholders who could potentially be clients of enterprises producing additive equipment were presented.
