RESEARCH OF THE QUALITY OF INFORMATION TRANSMISSION ABOUT MATERIAL OBJECTS BASED ON CCSDS STANDARDS FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY 基于航天工业CCSDS标准的实物信息传输质量研究

The article presents the issues of relevance of identification of material objects based on CCSDS standards. The article presented the structure of data representation about objects based on a radio frequency identification tag. The general structure of the bit distribution of data in the label is presented. The modeling and simulation of the process of transferring large amounts of data between different segments of the flight control centers to the International Space Station was carried out on the basis of a software environment developed in the Java programming language. Based on the simulation results, the effectiveness of the technology application to improve the quality of identification organization, accounting for material objects both for ground areas and for use on board the international space station is estimated.

METHODS FOR ECO-EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS 组织生态效率评价方法

This article discusses the modern concept of eco-efficiency, based on the methods of using resources for the development of an organization in terms of economic and environmental indicators through more efficient use of resources and reducing pollution. Its differences from the traditional principles of environmental efficiency are determined. Mathematical models for assessing the eco-efficiency of industrial production are proposed. The applicability of the developments is shown on the example of a microelectronics enterprise. The presented models make it possible to measure the eco-efficiency indicator, taking into account the use of all eco-parameters affecting the change in the efficient use of resources and reducing the level of pollution.

The problem of constructing a state estimation of inhomogeneous finite Markov chain based on a Luenberger observer is solved. The conditions of existence of the observer are defined. An algorithm for synthesizing the observer is described.

Methods for retrieving leaf inclination angles in a forest canopy are considered. To acquire data on the orientation of Sorbus aucuparia leaves, a technique based on leveled camera digital photography well suited for conducting surveys in a boreal forest was used. In the course of field and office work, leaf angle distribution data for the specified species in the Priozersky district of the Leningrad region was obtained and analyzed. Values of the Ross-Nielson integral function were estimated.

OPTICAL RESONANCES OF A PLASMA NATURE IN TWO-LAYER NANOSPHEROIDS 两层纳米球体中等离子体性质的光学共振

The process of light scattering by two-layer spheroids consisting of a dielectric core and a silver shell, which depends on the length of an incident wave and particle geometry, is considered. One optical resonance is observed when the foci of the nuclear surfaces and the shell coincide, while when this condition is violated, additional resonances appear. Namely, in the absorption and scattering bands, resonances were found, including previously unknown ones, the position and intensity of which depended on the shell thickness, the shape of the spheroid and its core. To substantiate the reliability of the results obtained, the convergence of the calculations was analyzed depending on the number of harmonics which were taken into consideration in the calculations.
