Jujube is a plant mentioned in Qur’an as a plant in heaven. The use of jujube has been revealed in the Hadith of the Prophet. This study wants to explain how the knowledge of the Hadith of jujube in society and the practice of using jujube in daily life. The study focused on identifying the Hadith of jujube, the use of jujube and the benefits that have been felt by the people in Silih Nara Subdistrict, Central Aceh District. The study method used was literature and field studies which referred to the information from the informant and observation. There are 8 Hadiths related to jujube in the Main Source Hadith Book. It was found that people feel very happy using jujube regularly because they feel healthier and have a good effect on skin freshness. Apart from that, it is also used regularly for Islamic exorcism or treating bewitched diseases, taken as a medicine for fever, medicine for cholesterol and high blood pressure. The people also recommends that the crushed leaves of jujube are very good for treating wounds, rashes, itching and insect bites. The location of Silih Nara Subdistrict is suitable for planting jujube trees and has the potential to become a source of raw material for jujube or producers of jujube products. In the end, this study displays the glory of the Hadith and the practice of the Sunnah which are blessings for society.

This paper examines the pros and cons of opinions regarding the hadith regarding tawassul with one's essence. This paper uses a qualitative method. This paper concludes that opinions that are against tawassul to the essence of the pious and to the lovers of Allah, are considered the same as the attitude of disbelievers when worshiping idols which they consider an intermediary to Allah. Therefore, this counter group considers it an act of shirk and bid'ah. While the group that allows tawassul has many arguments that in general they have high respect for pious people. So the midpoint of these pros and cons, namely love for pious people, is appropriate, because through them Muslims can get to know religion, so that opinions that are against tawassul become refuted.

Discipline is very important for any serious learner or learner of knowledge. Based on observations, implementing a disciplined lifestyle can be seen from the daily activities of the students, starting from the discipline of getting up in the morning, praying at the mosque on time, teaching and learning activities, and going to school. This study aims to determine whether the level of understanding of students affects their disciplinary actions at Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School. The research design is a social problem study based on hypothesis testing using a quantitative methodology. The population in this study were 11th grade Al- Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School students who majored in MA as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used bivariate analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the understanding and knowledge of Al-urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School students on hadith respecting time is included in the moderate category which is at intervals (4-6) with a total of 13 people (43.3%). Discipline character at school is included in the medium and high categories. While the character of discipline when going to the mosque is included in the high category with a total percentage of 70% (27 people). Based on data analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the understanding of hadith respecting time and the time discipline of students at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Indramayu Islamic Boarding School.

The science of khat is a science that introduces the forms of single letters, their arrangement and ways of assembling them into composed writing. But in the era of the current generation, many don't care about the scientific aspects of khat, many people prefer to learn easily and quickly by using digital calligraphy applications. Whereas khat science has a clear sanad and identity. Of course the khat learning process is very accurate, because it presents theories on how to write the correct Arabic letters and khat students in the final process of completing their learning will end with writing a diploma. That the diploma that has been compiled indicates that the khaththath has a clear identity in terms of heredity that continues from teacher to teacher. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. So that researchers will examine how the process and stages of learning khat. and the author will examine the hadith at-Tirmidhī number 3638 contained in the khat certificate, and the background of thoughts and views on the hadith at-Tirmidhī number 3638. Of course, he will examine the parts of the khat diploma and the influence of the hadith at-Tirmidhī number 3638 on beauty preaching khaththath.

The study of the authenticity, as well as the authority of as-Sunnah as a source of Islamic teachings (mashdar at-tasyrî’ al-Islâmiy), has become one of the most important discussions in the study of hadith. Almost of all Muslims have accepted the existence of as-Sunnah and juxtaposed it with the Qur'an. But some skeptic orientalists and a few communities of Muslims, doubted its validity, and even didn’t recognize it. Through a historical approach, Azami tries to answer these doubts by doing important research, mostly as a counterattack on the thesises by those skepticizes. Through the content analysis from various sources of primary documents by Azami, it can be concluded descriptively that the validity of As-Sunnah as an authentic and authoritative source of Islamic teachings can be constructed in a more accurate and scientific manner through a comprehensive understanding of several important relevant points, namely the conceptual formulation of As-Sunnah, the role and position of the Prophet Muhammad in Islam, as well as exploration of the historicity elements of As-Sunnah based on explanations of the history of hadith writing and the isnād system.

This research aims to answer the accusations of the Inkar as-Sunnah who reject the hadiths of the Prophet, either in whole or in part. This study used the library research method by tracing and examining the books of scholars, journal articles, youtube etc. There are two very basic doubts argued by munkiru as-Sunnah in according with this problem; namely first, the inauthenticity of hadith since it had been only written after the Prophet Muhammad died, so that they only adhered to the Qur’an as a source of Islamic teachings and second, the rejection of hadith Āhād for its poorness of trustworthy. These two doubts are answered, first by the fact that some of the Prophet's companions had written hadith since he still alive. Meanwhile, the following doubts are disputed by the validity of religious teachings, even though only conveyed by one or two men.

This paper discusses the contradictory hadith about the invalidation of ablution when touching the private parts. It is not possible for one hadith to contradict another. In reality, the hadith that spread in the community are contradictory. The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the contradictory hadith about the invalidation of ablution when touching the private parts. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The object of the research is the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud with index numbers 182 and 181 concerning ablution for touching the private parts. The results showed that in understanding the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud index numbers 182 and 181 which appear contradictory can be resolved using the tarjih method. The solution needs specification using the tarjih method by looking at the sanad. Both hadith are equally valid. Upon closer examination, both hadith have more authentic sanads. The conclusion of the study shows that these hadiths can be resolved using the tarjih method by looking at the sanad in light of existing considerations.

This article discusses the thoughts of Abd al-Malik Ibn Abdillah Abu Ma'ali al-Juwaini or better known as Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths which contain orders to kill dogs. The aim is to find out the method used by Imam Haramain in understanding and positioning these hadiths because the instructions for the pronunciation are different and seem to contradict each other. Some hadiths absolutely command dogs, some others only order to kill black dogs and some contain praise for the person who saved the dog's life. The method used in this article is library research. The result of this study is that the method used by Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths containing the order to kill the dog is al-naskh wa al-mansukh, namely by making the hadith that comes later as an eraser of the contents of the hadith that appears earlier. Regarding the hadith which contains the order to kill a dog, there are at least two processes of al-naskh wa al-mansukh. First, an order to kill a dog is absolutely abolished by an order to kill a black dog only. Second, the order to kill black dogs was abolished by the permissibility of killing dogs that were dangerous to humans. Imam Haramain finally concluded that only dogs that had the potential to harm humans could be killed. Thus, feelings of disgust because of the dog's condition as unclean or because the dog is black is not necessarily a reason for muslims to torture or kill dogs.

First, an order to kill a dog is absolutely abolished by an order to kill a black dog only. Second, the order to kill black dogs was abolished by the permissibility of killing dogs that were dangerous to humans. Imam Haramain finally concluded that only dogs that had the potential to harm humans could be killed. Hadith is the second life guide after the Qur'an for Muslims, so it is important to understand the meaning of hadith applied in everyday life. Ruqyah is a treatment in the style of the Prophet, which is still in great demand today. With the development of the times, ruqyah treatment is also growing in society. This can be seen from the large number of social media and television featuring ruqyah treatment. In addition, now many organizations or groups are engaged in this medical field, so many ruqyah methods have emerged. But not all ruqyah practices are justified in Islam. The permissible implementation of ruqyah is one that uses verses from the Qur’an, prayers taught by the Prophet SAW, dhikr, and sholawat. Therefore, the formulation of the research problem is as follows: 1.) How is the understanding of the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud index no. 3891 by Jam'iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja Sidoarjo, 2.) How is the implementation of the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud index no. 3891 by Jam'iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja Sidoarjo. This writing is a qualitative field writing. The sources for this writing are practitioners at Jam'iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja Sidoarjo and special guidebooks for practitioners belonging to Jam'iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja. Data collection techniques were carried out using the interview method with practitioners at Jam'iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja Sidoarjo. The observation method when carrying out ruqyah, both ruqyah in bulk and individually. The documentation method is in the form of supporting files. Data analysis uses data in the field, where the data obtained is in the form of conclusions or verification results from interviews and observations of actual conditions. The most important thing in studying the science of Hadith (Musthalah) is to test and determine the validity of Hadith. Because the hadith that will be used as a transcendental foundation in Islam, must be proven as authentic one. This article describes the theories of hadith authenticity argued by Harald Motzki namely sanad cum matan analysis. This theory of isnad cum matan analysis is a method in searching for the history of hadith by combining isnad and matan aspects. This study uses the library or normative method with a literature study approach. The thesis put forward by Motzki can be used as an additional reference that complements various classical theories implemented by moslem mutaqaddimin scholars. In other words, Motzki's theory can strengthen the argument of the authenticity of hadith constructed by most of moslem scholars.
