The philosophical foundation “returned to the Qur’an and Sunnah” is always applied in Ijtihad activities to produce updated products in Islam in the community. This article discusses how spirit Ruju ‘ila Al-Qur’an wa as-sunnah in Muhammadiyah in the perspective of Amin Abdullah is related to the era of disruption that is happening. Through literature studies, the results of the study stated that Amin Abdullah confirmed the concept of “returning to the Qur’an and Sunnah” held by Muhammadiyah was right. The aspect that needs to be criticized and excavated in advancing Muhammadiyah is the historicity of the religious Muslim community, not the normativity of the source of his religion. The application of the Fresh Ijtihad method using interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approaches is needed if Islam wants to continue to exist amid an age that is experiencing disruption. One of the concrete steps according to sunglasses Amin Abdullah is by reforming the Ihsan’s idea that the Prophet had ever explained when discussing with Jibril. Ihsan can form individual piety that needs to continue to be developed in groups of groups, organizations, and institutions. The Covid-19 Virus pandemic, whose spread was massive and very difficult to handle. Various policies have been implemented by the government to break the chain of virus spreading. The government applies policies in various sectors that can trigger crowds. Because from the crowd and crowd that is the spread of the virus so quickly and massively. Until the government policy that causes controversy and also the pros and cons among Muslims is the absence of congregational prayers (five-time prayers, Friday prayers, tarawih prayers, and Eid al-Fitr prayers) in the mosque for a while. Some agree because it is for the common good to break the chain of the spread of the virus. And some disagree with the reason to reduce religious and spiritual values in worship. The Coronavirus pandemic or known as the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the events that emerged at the end of 2019. This virus is caused by a new type of Coronavirus named SARS CoV-2. Sars-Cov2 which is the cause of COVID-19 is a virus that can enter and attack the human respiratory system. The disease caused by this (SARS CoV-2) is spreading and spreading rapidly. Referring to the hadith of the Prophet SAW , it is explained that the Prophet also provided signs to overcome the dangers of disease so that it is not quickly transmitted. This is important to follow up as well as as a preventive measure for the spread of COVID-19. This research examines the authenticity and origin of the hadiths regarding the Prophet’s advice in preventing this outbreak using the TMT3 takhrij method, a new method of hadith-sanad-matan criticism, which is supported by digital searches for word indexes in the Jaami ‘al-Kutub al-Tis’ah application, for search for various hadiths using keywords in the application. Also reviewing what is COVID-19 and how the Prophet prevented the spread of disease outbreaks that had occurred in ancient times through qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through library research. Where the results of this study, namely that the quality of the hadith regarding the Prophet’s recommendation as a form of prevention of the spread of the plague is authentic, of course, seen from the narrator’s tsiqqah quality So that this hadith becomes one of the references to the authentic hadith that must be practiced in the face of the current COVID-19 outbreak.

The current phenomenon of grave pilgrimage has caused reactions from various circles of society at large. There are differences of opinion (Khilafah) regarding the laws of the grave pilgrimage. The two opinions contradict each other. This is because there are different interpretations in studying one of the hadith texts as a source of istidlal law. The results of the hadith research show that the hadith about the grave pilgrimage that was endorsed by Imam Muslim in the Shohih Muslim book is of sahih quality. This is of course after going through the research steps of the hadith sanad. Then the contextualization of the hadith is related to the hadith which states that grave pilgrimage is not allowed. Therefore, in solving khilafiyah problem regarding the law of pilgrimage, if there is someone who does not agree, then do not simply punish that person with the label bid’ah. However, when differences arise, it would be nice to explore the arguments of naqli and ‘aqli so that compromises can then be made. So that in the end, Muslims are not easily divided when there is a Khilafah.

The custom of the Muslim community to perform female circumcision is based on the traditions of the Prophet and is supported by certain myths. Meanwhile, Islamic jurists do not agree with one opinion regarding circumcision. Imam Malik thinks that female circumcision is a sunnah. Imam Shafi’i and Ahmad declared it obligatory. Imam Abū Hanifah only said that circumcision is a good practice. This raises the question of whether the traditions about female circumcision are authentic or not and whether the accompanying myths can be trusted. This study reveals the quality of the circumcision hadith and the myths that accompany it with a qualitative approach, literature review. Research shows that the hadiths about female circumcision are da’īf al-sanad. Therefore the myths about circumcision cannot be trusted.

This research is motivated by the reliability of the narration of hadith which has become a controversy or debate among Muslim and Western scholars. The study of authenticity is a difficult task. A large number of hadiths and the complicated forms of hadith narration have created a critical and skeptical attitude from hadith scholars, especially from the orientalists. Especially in the hadith “fight people until everyone says lā ilāha illāllah ”, the hadith briefly illustrates that Islam is a strict religion. Of course, it will cause polemics when the hadith is not carried out further research. It seems that the right method to see the history of the hadith is the isnad cum matn method used by Harald Motzki. Because Harald Motzki is an orientalist figure who studies hadith a lot about history. The purpose of this study is to describe the research method on the authenticity of a hadith by both Western and Muslim scholars and to describe the method used by Harald Motzki in researching the hadith above. So that the need to find the history of the hadith can be answered. The research design uses a qualitative method based on library research. The results of this study show that Abu Hurairah is a real common link, that is, a person who collects and disseminates hadith to his students. And the hadith is estimated to have begun to be spread by Abi Hurairah in the year 23 H to 57 H in Medina.

This article discusses the discourse of hadith in the Sunni and Shi’ah traditions, covering aspects of historicity, classification, parameters, and hadiths among these two major schools of Islam. There are very striking differences regarding the position of the Prophet as the source of hadith, the distribution of hadiths, the justice and credibility of the companions, the criteria for the validity of hadith, and so on. In the Sunni view, one of the requirements of the sahih hadith is that the sanad is continuous from narrator to Rasul without being interrupted, while the Shi’ah group views the sanad of valid hadiths when it is connected to the Prophet or imam ma’sum without being interrupted. Sunnis also have the view that all companions are credible, while Shi’ah is not.

هذه الدراسة ناقشت جائحة كورونا، هذا الفايروس ظهر في نهاية ديسمبر 2019م في الصين، ثم بلغ ذروته في فبراير2020م، حيث لم تسلم منه معظم دول العالم في جميع القارات، وقد بلغ عدد المصابين بفايروس كورونا أكثر من أربعة مليون شخص. في هذه الدراسة حاول الباحث تسليط الضوء على سلوكيات المجتمع الإفريقي بالتركيز على المجتمع، في كيفية تعامل المجتمع مع جائحة كورونا، ومدى التزامه بالضوابط الحكومية الصحية من أجل وقاية المجتمع وحمايته من انتشار الفايروس، مع إظهار دور السنة النبوية من خلال المنهج الذي رسمته للمجتمع المسلم في تعامله مع الأوبئة والطواعين. وقد توصل الباحث إلى نتيجة مفادها أن بعض المجتمعات الأفريقية ومنها المجتمع السوداني لم يكن مستعدا لمثل هذه الأحداث الكبيرة، بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية التي تعاني منها الدولة وأفراد المجتمع، مما تسبب إلى عدم احترام الضوابط التي تنظم سلوك المجتمع في التعامل مع جائحة كورونا، فكان ذلك سببا في ازدياد حالات الإصابة بفايروس كورونا.
