Enterprises are revolving around different business strategies and new technologies to be ahead in the game. It may be cloud or SaaS, mobility, BYOD, network security, or unified communications. The existing and new entrepreneurs are in search and in need of the best and latest tech. Among which, the cloud is most eminent. It has gifted certain presents to the clan of businessmen- easy data transfer among intra-geographical locations, ease of storage, etc. Along with these advantages of the cloud, its security plays an equally important role. Here enters SD-WAN, which renders: Granular Security, Agile Network, Better Speed, Low Operating Cost, Higher UX, etc. Software-Defined Wide Area Network is an approach, which distributes the traffic that uses (software-defined networking) SDN technology across WANs to find out the best possible route for traffic flow among different geographical stations. Technically, it can be defined as SD-WAN is a technology that optimizes the operations over WANs with cloud-based management and automation. Load balancing is a traditional networking technique commonly used within data centers, while Software Defined WAN is a newer technology that can use load-balancing capabilities for WAN connections. This research article gives the overview of SD-WAN and load balancing in SD-WAN.

There are vast Image Fusion (IF) procedures are being projected in many ways by different analysts. Each coordinate point, it means pixel-level spatial space IF strategies, for the most part, lead to differentiate decrease. Pyramidal IF plans with the end goal like Laplacian, inclination, discriminate, quantity of-low-pass, and the morphological pyramids, and so forth abandonment to existing any spatial direction selectivity in the disintegration technique, also later regularly source obstructive impacts. The generally applied Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) can keep ghostly statistics efficiently, however, it will not be able to communicate spatial attributes adequately. Thus, DWT based grouping tactics will not be able to save the striking highlights of input images effectively and present antiques and irregularities in the intertwined outcomes. As of late, a limited Multiscale Geometric Analysis (MGA) instruments were grown, for illustration, Curvelet, Contourlet, NSCT, and so on which don’t experience the ill effects of the issues of wavelet. There are many IF and MIF techniques that work dependent on MGA devices were likewise projected. It is hard for the doctor to analyze the malady from the MRI and CT image independently for the patient. So in our proposed work, the MRI and CT clinical image are converted into a 3-D image for a better finding of the illness influenced part progressively precise and clear.

The intent of this article is based on designing an investigation on a single band frequency response of a single-layer frequency selective surface. It is less manufacturing cost and a few dependencies on the polarization of the waves. The main two aspects of this study that the patch type band-reject filter resonate the frequency at C Band and maintaining the quality factor at higher Bandwidth. The single-layer FSS is presented by arranging the square-shaped metallic patch periodically in the dielectric sheet (FR-4 Epoxy). The proposed FSS provides a quality factor of 1.25 over the maximum rate of data transfer is about 80 % of higher bandwidth. The key factor of this article is to diminish the dimensions of the unit cell maintain to maintain the higher range of resonant frequency. The design and simulation were performed using the HFSS 2018.2 software and the ANSYS group.

Free Space Optical is a data transmitting method, which requires a point-to-point connection for reliable communication. It is the transmission of data through unguided propagation media. FSO communication operates 10 Gbps with a high data rate up to a few kilometers distance. Despite all the advantages, the performance of the FSO system is degraded by atmospheric turbulence such as absorption, scattering, etc. This investigation deals with the performance analysis of atmospheric attenuation over different atmospheric weather conditions. Here in this work, comparing the attenuation coefficient in different atmospheric conditions for the FSO system. The objective of this work is to produce an analysis result of the different weather attenuations, due to the rain, and hazard, that affect the FSO link. The suitability of three optical transmission Windows, those are 850nm, 1310nm, and 1550nm is analyzed, and compared with the previous works. In the proposed work, the Weather Forecast database has been used to take as an input, which would make the visibility model more accurate. The mostly used three wavelengths are used in the proposed model. Subsequently, the simulation software has also been used to extract the output parameters, which makes this model more accurate.

The recent advances in information and telecommunication technologies based on multimedia and global network will lead to innovations in the field of engineering especially in the machinery and mechanical engineering. The need for systems or machines, which can be accessed via internet and these technological advancements have resulted in the evolution of web-based manufacturing, which can be accessed through the remote environment. The appearance of ‘Remote laboratory’ reflects the development of e-learning. Access to e-learning resources is becoming easy via the internet and electronic media, which increases its flexibility in time, location and content. Once published on the internet, anyone on the web with the proper authentication can access and control the experiments. Remote laboratories will usually consist of a group of measuring instruments, encoders, and actuators connected to the internet through appropriate network equipment. Remote laboratories will allow students to access the set of experiments without any time and location restrictions. This paper focuses on the remotely operated open source laboratory for a student through web based manufacturing by taking 2D Sketcher as a case study. A student can deploy the codes on the web by which the machine will be accessed and live feed of the machine can be viewed by the students on their location.

This research work has attempted to study the speech prosody for designing a speech synthesizer. Speech prosody carries all relevant information about the utterances. Here, it has dealt with the suprasegmental features of the speech utterance. The propsoed research work is experimentally studying the interaction and behavior of segmental and suprasegmental features by concerning the North-East Indian Language Assamese. For efficiently designing an emotional speech recognition system or a speech synthesizer, a proper clarity on understanding the tone of a voice, boundaries of the prosodic, prominent portion of utterance concerning specific words, sentences are required. This paper also discusses the variations of prosodic features for ‘anger’ ‘normal’ ‘sad’ ‘surprise’ ‘disgust’ for different accent types. The degree of emotion considered here are head-high, mid-high, and flat with the help of some selected speech items for female and male taken from our Assamese speech database. This research work has analyzed and discussed the prosodic behavior of utterances from the mean speech rate and fundamental frequency based on the graphs and tables derived from the proposed experiment.

Evaluating the training program conducted for managers is very essential to check the feasibility and effectiveness of the offered training programs.. The traditional analysis of trainee managers feedback about training programs will become more prone to imprecision or inaccuracy, which are caused due to the non-consideration of quality features that will influence either directly or indirectly. Accordingly, the results of feedback analysis managerswill not be considered as a true indicator to evaluate the performance of training program. Henceforth, this paper has proposed an automated solution to evaluate the performance of training programs offered to the managers by using two supervised machine learning techniques namely support vector machine (SVM) and decision tree. The proposed research work will also help to overcome the limitations of the existing studies by enhancing the efficiency, relevancy and reliability of training programs offered to managers and also provide basic needs to enhance the performance, which will also improve the standard of training program and optimize it accordingly.

As the variation in technology occurs, the size of the electronics gadget reduces day by day. With the downscaling of electronics device supply voltage, operating frequency, speed, and density of cells also change accordingly. Dynamic random access memory is mostly preferred for storing information in the microcomputer system due to its low latency and high-density attributes. The basic one-bit dynamic random access memory consists of an MOS transistor and a storage capacitor. Scaling reduces lateral dimensions of nMOS transistor to increase chip density per unit area on a silicon wafer. Scaling in MOS transistor is to increase the leakage in mos device which affects the performance of the system abruptly and the probability of loss of information increases. In this article, leakage current and leakage power analysis for 1T1C DRAM cell structure has been carried out for nanoscale memory devices. This paper investigates the design of a 1T1C DRAM cell at 180nm technology using cadence tool. The intention of this paper is to analyzed leakage current and power dissipation in 1T1C DRAM cell by variation of the parameter value. With a variety of capacitor value, leakage current and leakage power also reduce correspondingly. Similarly, with variation in bit line voltage, leakage current, and leakage power increase.

Even with all the achievements in precision and speed of various image super-resolution models, such as better and more accurate Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), the results have not been satisfactory. The high-resolution images produced are generally missing the finer and frequent texture details. The majority of the models in this area focus on such objective functions which minimize the Mean Square Error (MSE). Although, this produces images with better Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) such images are perceptually unsatisfying and lack the fidelity and high-frequency details when seen at a high-resolution. Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), a deep learningmodel, can be usedfor such problems. In this article, the working of the GAN is shown and described about the production satisfying images with decent PSNR score as well as good Perceptual Index (P1) when compared to other models. In contrast to the existing Super Resolution GAN model, various modifications have been introduced to improve the quality of images, like replacing batch normalization layer with weight normalization layer, modified the dense residual block, taking features for comparison before they are fed in activation layer, using the concept of a relativistic discriminator instead of a normal discriminator that is used in vanilla GAN and finally, using Mean Absolute Error in the model.

In contrast to the existing Super Resolution GAN model, various modifications have been introduced to improve the quality of images, like replacing batch normalization layer with weight normalization layer, modified the dense residual block, taking features for comparison before they are fed in activation layer, using the concept of a relativistic discriminator instead of a normal discriminator that is used in vanilla GAN and finally, using Mean Absolute Error in the model.","PeriodicalId":297285,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Electronics, Communication and Aerospace Technology (ICECA)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131508017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
