This paper has proposed a new architecture for variable gain amplifier (VGA) built in the 0.1S$mu$m CMOS technology. In this paper, a new definitive approach is proposed for achieving a large band range of DC gain, acceptable bandwidth (-3dB) with low power consumption and high linearity. This proposed VGA was designed on the Cadence Virtuoso tool for receiver system used in RF, consisting of trans-impedance amplifier and trans-conductor amplifier which are in linear mode. This VGA also attains DC gain range from -35 to 19 dB, and bandwidth is around 25.8 MHz (-3dB). Meanwhile, the proposed VGA, Unity Gain Bandwidth of is nearly 3.32GHz with noise Figure nearly 20dB. Overall circuit consumes total power approximately 2.3mW.

The number of service providers are being increased very rapidly in every business. In these days, there is no shortage of options for customers in the banking sector when choosing where to put their money. As a result, customer churn and engagement has become one of the top issues for most of the banks. In this paper, a method to predicts the customer churn in a Bank, using machine learning techniques, which is a branch of artificial intelligence is proposed. The research promotes the exploration of the likelihood of churn by analyzing customer behavior. The KNN, SVM, Decision Tree, and Random Forest classifiers are used in this study. Also, some feature selection methods have been done to find the more relevant features and to verify system performance. The experimentation was conducted on the churn modeling dataset from Kaggle. The results are compared to find an appropriate model with higher precision and predictability. As a result, the use of the Random Forest model after oversampling is better compared to other models in terms of accuracy.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) recording is a multi-channel signal that results due to the traversing of electrical impulse through a human heart. The amplitude and time intervals of the characteristic points, P-QRS-T, of an ECG waveform that results due to different events occurred during a cardiac cycle will contain vital information related to the functioning of cardiovascular system. Accurate detection of these fiducial points ensures the accurate diagnosis of various types of arrhythmia. In this paper, an approach employing Dual Window Fourier Transform (DWFT) for QRS complex detection has been suggested. For extracting the QRS complex from ECG waveform, thresholding was done on the normalized energy signal obtained on transformation of ECG signal with DWFT. The testing of suggested approach was carried out on the records of MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database and the achieved detection accuracy has been found to be more satisfactory.

This research article proposes a new model for traffic volume prediction, where it can be effectively used for transportation domain particularly in safety planning, management and assessment at any time. Various prediction methods are proposed for predicting the traffic flow, by including historical method, real-time method, time series analysis, but the precision and efficiency of time in forecasting are a couple of difficult contradictions. Real-time traffic information prediction with ANN and SVR are applied for developing an effective and efficient traffic prediction. This study develops the model for prediction of traffic volume for Nizampet road stretch, an urban area by analyzing the measured data in city of Hyderabad. In this study the artificial neural network model is best suited to Nizampet road stretch as the R-square value is 0.89 and performance measures are less compared with SVR model.

An image hashing for content authentication has been paid large attention from researchers. But, simultaneous achievement of robustness to geometric distortions, good discrimination, and identifying the areas of tampered regions in an image is still an open issue. To resolve the above issue, the proposed system includes ring partition with Gray level cooccurrence matrix ( GLCM), an exemplar-based saliency detection, and a blind geometric correction. First, the global features are extracted based on GLCM from rotations invariant regions, i.e., via ring partitions. Next, the local features are extracted using an exemplar-based saliency detection method. The two features are concatenated to form a final hash. At the time of image authentication, the geometric transformations are mitigated via a blind geometric transformation correction approach. The experiment results carried out on large standard image pairs show that the proposed provide better robustness, good discrimination, and identified the tampered areas. The efficacy of the proposed is shown using a true positive rate (TPR) and false positive rate (FPR).

In this research work, a unique Hybrid Full Adder (HFA) is developed by deploying Pass Transistor Logic (PTL), CMOS logic and transmission gate (TG) logic on the Cadence Virtuoso platform in 90-nm technology. Various modules, namely the XOR module, the carry generator module, sum generator module are implemented for realizing 1-bit HFA. An inverter logic is employed next to the XOR logic to obtain the logic of XNOR which is required for designing the proposed HFA. The propagation delay (tpd) and average power of the circuit are turned out to be 20 ns and ~6.889 μW respectively, at 1V supply voltage. So, the power delay product (PDP) is remarkably low with the value 137.78 fJ of the proposed HFA. The area is also satisfyingly less because the proposed design used only 13 transistors. Hence, the proposed design gives a remarkable improvement in terms of PDP which may be applicable for basic building blocks of VLSI circuits.

In the recently developed automated system, reliability and safety are remaining as significant challenges especially in the autonomous industrial system after the fourth industrial revolution. This paper proposes a safety decision making MCU system after validating and verifying the internal memories of different Intellectual property (IP) in the Field-programmable Gate array (FPGA). When internal memories of industrial equipment safety failure occur, MCU must enter into the safest mode, so it is requisite to analyze the functional safety of the MCU system. Based on the industrial safety standard IEC61508 and characteristics of the MCU system, this paper emphasizes and analyzes the hardware safety requirement as well as a technical safety requirement of the MCU system. With the analysis report, it can effectively improve the Validation coverage and Validation time as well as reliability and safety of the Autonomous functional safety platform and also reduce the complexity of the MCU system.
