The conducted analysis of scientific literature allowed to highlight such strategic decision-making levels as "corporate strategy", "business strategy", "functional strategy", "operational strategy". The existing theoretical approaches to the definition of the category "business strategy" are considered, their importance and role in the activity of the enterprise are disclosed, the main tasks which it must perform at the level of business are formulated. The organizational and economic mechanism of the formation and implementation of the business strategy of the enterprise was improved by specifying the functions and tasks of the subjects of implementation of the business strategy of the enterprise, which allowed to allocate methods, levers, informational and normative support, as well as strategic planning tools at the enterprise. In accordance with the developed mechanism and the logic of applying the reverse order method, the state of the current system of strategic management was analyzed, for example, LLC "Hyundai Center Poltava". The functional blocks of strategic management are isolated, which are not fully activated in this enterprise and accordingly hinder its development. The proposed strategic management at an enterprise should be carried out on the basis of the analogy method. According to it, maps of strategic groups of competing car market enterprises of the Poltava region were constructed, direct competitors of the investigated enterprise and the parameters on which the company has a competitive backlog is determined. In view of the results of the procedures carried out, the author of the article provided the company with practical recommendations for achieving competitive advantages, taking into account the proposed introduction of CRM-system for managing customer relations and expanding the range of sales at the expense of cars working on alternative fuels, namely, electric vehicles. The economic substantiation of the proposed measures and strategic initiatives, which confirm the effectiveness of the proposed measures, has been carried out. On the basis of the foregoing general conclusions about the importance of the formation and implementation of business strategy of the enterprise are made.

It is very important to provide of housing to the population at affordable prices in the developing countries. It should be noted that the concept of “reasonable price” is differently stated in the experience of different countries of the world. The studies show that today about 330 million families in developing and also in developed countries are faced with the problem of obtaining quality housing at affordable prices, and this figure is gradually increasing. Despite the fact that the number of apartments built in the Azerbaijan Republic, which is rapidly developing in the residential real estate market, is quite large, it is impossible to purchase housing for the low-income population, since the prices are very high. It also plays a role the high price of land in cities and low mortgage lending. In housing construction investments the proportion invested in land purchases is very high. Taking into account the above, the Strategic Road Map was developed and adopted to increase the affordability of housing in the Republic of Azerbaijan. To achieve the nominated goals established the State Agency for Housing Construction (abbreviation in Azeri-MIDA) and started construction of two large residential complexes. This article touches upon the task of providing the population of Azerbaijan with housing at affordable prices.

The article focuses on the analysis of information tools system for ensuring socio-economic activity of the regions in Ukraine. The author proposes to understand the means of displaying real economic phenomena and economic interests, analyzing, assessing and making managerial decisions that have the potential to form new knowledge about the state of economic systems as information tools for the development of regional socioeconomic systems. The paper considers two different levels of social needs in regional information tools. The factors that determine the composition of user needs as to the indicated tools in the region's space are indicated; it is proposed to distinguish three users groups of information tools for providing regions’ economic security by applying distinctive feature of economic interest nature. The creation of information systems as information tools for regional systems economic-innovative development and ensuring economic security of the region is considered. The paper deals with such subsystems of information tools for regional development as analytical, internal monitoring and external monitoring.

It is considered essential features of social obligations of the State in the system connection with constitutional rights and guarantees of citizens. It is also considered the sources and directions for the use of public financial resources, taking into account the particularities of the manifestation of budgetary relations. This paper confirmed the existence of a political component in the actions of the participants of the budgeting process by artificial restrictions on social standards due to the limited financial resources of the State. The authors formed important proposals for actual, rather than declarative socially oriented budget.

According to the authors of the article, the creation of a specific structure for anti-crisis management should depend on the volume of activity and size of the enterprise, as well as the phases of the crisis: light, deep, catastrophe. As a result of this study, the authors found that the issues of organization planning of the company's anti-crisis management services and the mechanism for its functional provision remain insufficiently investigated today. The principles considered by the authors on the proposed introduction to the anti-crisis management service argue that it should always be ready to overcome the crisis or critical pre-crisis situation that may arise due to a conflict of interests of the owners of enterprises in the market and the influence of factors of the internal and external environment.

The article is devoted to the study of the real state and consequences of deepening of economic cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the conditions of implementation of the Association Agreement. The state of implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union is considered on the basis of the study of official government reports and the results of independent experts' studies. The analysis of the current state, structure, tendencies and peculiarities of trade cooperation of Ukraine with the countries of the European Union is conducted. The influence of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area with the EU is determined. Particular attention is paid to the problems of Ukrainian companies entering the EU market and the use of duty-free tariff quotas.

In traditional societies the poor and the needy all had their place in the community, no questions asked about aid or assistance. The unfortunate needed the less fortunate and vice versa: mutual aid was a natural behavior and nobody ever thought of it in terms of assistance. Who would have imagined that the same word would one day often designate enslaving practices against persons in distress, or serve as a justification for governments to conduct military or repressive actions against their own people? The history of debates and practices around the concept of aid shows that the inconceivable has in fact become a reality. At a national or international level aid aims primarily at helping the alleged "donors" to maintain the devices that perpetuate their positions of power and social privileges, while depriving the poor of their own means to fight against poverty. We easily understand now why the promoters of major international meetings regularly held in favor of helping the poor – one of them which gathered Heads of States in March 2002 at Monterrey, Mexico, – carefully avoided any debate on the root causes of the production of misery and injustice. In fact, they are well aware that a careful examination of these cases would unveil the fraud perpetrated today worldwide under the brand of aid. Indeed, such a debate risks to disclose the perverse collusions, often structural, which, always in the name of aid, unify the leaders of the North and the South against their own "subjects". And when, for the sake of propaganda, the Northern "generous donors" threaten to reduce their "aid" on the grounds that the recipient governments are corrupt, this examination would eventually reveal all the machinery set up by these same donors to "help" these "rogue" governments rule over their own populations. Finally, a serious investigation of the underlying reasons for these maneuvers would demonstrate to the world opinion that the most of the aid destined to eligible poor countries is intended whether to strengthen military and coercive programs or to restructure their economies to be adapted to the requirements of the sole global market. Hence this bitter conclusion: what we insist on calling aid is but an expense to strengthen the structures that generate misery. However, the victims who are stripped of their real properties are never assisted since they seek to stand out from the global productive system in order to find alternatives in concert with their own aspirations.

The article explores the term “identity” and in particular “corporate identity”, which means the employees’ awareness of the organization’s value, their place in it, the creation of the “we” sense and the pride of affiliation to their organization. It is proved that among the basic elements of corporate identity the visual ones – symbols, signs, corporate color and font, form and composition – play the main role. This is because of the subconscious perception of visual information, and therefore, a greater emotional reaction. Due to the knowledge of the psychological peculiarities of perception in design and the ability to synthesize them into a single whole, it is possible to significantly improve the quality of a corporate style creation withing the organization.

It is proved that among the basic elements of corporate identity the visual ones – symbols, signs, corporate color and font, form and composition – play the main role. This is because of the subconscious perception of visual information, and therefore, a greater emotional reaction.
