Purpose: develop and validate complex training tasks to improve the technical and tactical skills wrestlers Greco-Roman style of different manners of conducting fight. Material and Methods: identified current problems of the individualization of training in wrestling based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, modern competitive activity and synthesis of best practices. Results: the analysis of 75 highly skilled labor Greco-Roman style. The features of the technical and tactical skill of wrestlers of different manners of conducting fight and develop a set of tasks for each typical style confrontation. Conclusions: it found that in the preparation of the wrestlers need to take into account the style of fight each athlete.

Purpose: to study the formation of motor action sportswomen different ages depending on the level of sportsmanship. Material and Methods: girls which are specialized in a boat-racing in age groups 13–14 years inspected, 15–16 years, 17–18 years, in every group was for 20–25 persons, in all 72 sportswomen. Motive actions were probed on the method of measuring of training effect developed by us an action, and also the functional state was determined by methods: measuring of sensorimotor reaction is on sound and light irritants, speed of current of air, exactness of implementation of the set muscular effort. Results: testing showed the dynamics of forming motive, namely technique of mastering of receptions and actions, reliability, presence of errors, efficiency of active voice of consciousness in correct implementation of motion in a biomechanics relation. Conclusions: application of this method in the process of sporting preparation will allow to define quality of mastering of technique of the proper motive actions, forming of abilities, subsequent learning and becoming of more difficult motive skills.

Purpose: to define and to compare separate indicators of a functional condition of touch systems of pupils of middle classes with visual impairment and their contemporaries with normal vision. Materials and Methods : pupils of middle classes with visual impairment and pupils of middle classes with normal vision took part in the research. During the research such methods were applied: analysis and synthesis of references, perimetry, determination of visual acuity by means of a special table, acumetry, esthesiometry, determination of resistance of a vestibular mechanism to rotary loadings, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the analysis of separate indicators of a functional condition of visual, acoustical, vestibular and tactile analyzers of pupils with visual impairment and without them is carried out. Conclusions: it is established that the studied indicators of a functional condition of touch systems at pupils of middle classes with visual impairment are better, than at their contemporaries with normal vision

Purpose: to determine the influence of usage informational technologies in sport-oriented physical education on physical background level of students engaged futsal. Material and Methods : in the research students (young man – n=40 ) of 18–20 year old were engaged. Methods : Analysis of literature sources formatted pedagogical experiment, maths statistics. Results: upon sum of two terms experiment with purposeful usage of informational technologies in sport-oriented physical education proved true improvement ( р <0,05– р <0,001) of test result that characterize strengths development (“Horizontal bar pull-ups ” – by 33,3%, “Sitting-ups of the body per 1 min” – by 21,1%), flexibility (“Sitting bend forward” – by 26,8%), speed and speed-and-strengths qualities (“100 m race” – by 4,6%, “Standing long-jump” – by 4,8%). Conclusion: the results confirm the arguments and prove the feasibility of the use of information technology in the sports-oriented physical training of students in universities.

Purpose: exposure of conceptual and strategic positions of the complex marketing of sphere of physical culture and sport in the conditions of European integration of regional center. Material and Methods: analysis of literary sources, analysis of documents of legislative, normatively-legal and programmatic maintenance, analysis of the systems, questioning as a questionnaire. Results: the analysis of the systems of terms of development of sphere of physical culture and sport is carried out by the study of modern tendencies, interests of young people and habitants of regional center; complex description of conceptual and strategic positions of the relatively complex marketing of sphere of physical culture and sport is presented in the conditions of European integration of regional center. Мета: визначення та розкриття основних функцій діяльності Міжнародного конвенту «СпортАккорд» у рамках міжнародного спортивного руху. Матеріал і методи: проаналізовано 21 літературне джерело. Результати: Міжнародний конвент «СпортАккорд» являє собою неурядову спортивну організацію, яка об’єднує, підтримує, координує та захищає міжнародні спортивні федерації та організації у міжнародному спортивному русі. Діяльність «СпортАккорд» здійснюється у відповідності до резолюції Генеральної Асамблеї ООН 1296 (XLIV) та згідно з засадами Міжнародної Олімпійської хартії та Кодексу етикету, керуючись при цьому Всесвітнім антидопінговим кодексом. На чолі адміністрації виконавчого органу «СпортАккорд» стоїть президент, якому підпорядковуються відділи та рада виконавчого органу. Генеральна асамблея є вищим органом, що вирішує ряд основних завдань та надає повноваження керівництву «СпортАккорд» та його членам щодо виконання загальних та спеціальних функцій. Висновок: Міжнародний конвент «СпортАккорд» свою діяльність спрямовує на вирішення завдань через виконання загальних та спеціальних функцій на основі міжнародних та внутрішніх правових документів.

Purpose: to determine the degree of influence of factors of macro- and microenvironment on the development of sports tourism in Kharkiv region . Materials and Methods: the paper uses the methods of analysis of literary sources and documents, system and organizational analysis, methods of marketing analysis (PEST and SWOT analysis), methods of mathematical statistics. The study was conducted in 4 children and youth sports schools of Kharkiv region, where it is cultivated sports tourism, only 124 respondents. Results: the degree of dependence of the functioning and development of sports tourism from the marketing environment. Conclusions: sport tourism is a relatively new socio-economic phenomenon. Promotion of non-Olympic sports, develop relevant marketing programs for their development is necessary to attract more children and teenagers to a systematic practice of physical fitness and sports activities.

Цель: провести анализ выступления сборных команд по греко-римской борьбе на Кубке мира 2015 года. Материал и методы: проведён анализ 118 схваток высококвалифицированных борцов греко-римского стиля. Результаты: выделены 10 основных технических действий, которые наиболее чаще используются борцами. Анализ соревновательной деятельности борцов греко-римского стиля на Кубке мира 2015 г. показал, что больше технических действий проводилось в стойке – 199 приемов, чем в партере – 135 приемов. Борцы высокого класса имеют высокую результативность выполнения приема на протяжении всей схватки. Выводы: установлено, что в составе соревновательной техники преобладают наступательные действия, схватка ведется постоянно в высоком темпе, приёмы выполняются после предшествующей подготовки и в том случае, если спортсмен уверен, что приём будет выполнен.

Material and Methods: in the study used theoretical methods, including analysis and synthesis of literature and materials located on the Internet. Results: considered theoretical information about "e-learning". Conclusions : It was found that there are many definitions of the term "e-learning"; established the existence of: common elements of distance and "e-learning"; specific qualitative properties of e-learning, strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of theoretical analysis of "e-learning" can be argued that "e-learning" can and should be embedded in the sphere of student physical culture and sports.

Purpose: to analyze the recreational facilities of Anhui Province, contributing to the development of the sports tourism in China. Material and Methods: analysis and generalization of literature and electronic sources, official web-sites, survey. Results: revealed the interest of young people to cultural and leisure activities in Anhui Province and the increase in the number of tourists at different ages. Development of sports tourism indicates an increase in mass and popularity among the population. Results: revealed the interest of young people to cultural and leisure activities in Anhui Province and the increase in the number of tourists at different ages. Development of sports tourism indicates an increase in mass and popularity among the population.
