New kurtosis optimization algorithms for independent component analysis 独立分量分析中新的峰度优化算法

This paper considers the independent component analysis (ICA) case in blind source separation (BSS), in which observations result from the linear and instantaneous mixture of sources. Inspired from the recently proposed reference-based contrast criteria, a similar contrast function is proposed, based on which novel optimization algorithms are proposed. They are very similar to the former classical fast fixed-point (FastICA) algorithms based on the kurtosis, but differ in the fact that they are more efficient than the corresponding latter ones respectively in terms of the computational speed, which is particularly striking when the number of samples is large. The validity and performance of the new algorithms are investigated through simulations, in which comparison and analysis are also performed.

Self-adaptive coding-based touch detection for interactive projector system 基于自适应编码的交互式投影系统触摸检测

Most current challenge of hand touch detection in interactive projector system is how to detect finger touching with a single camera. In this paper, we introduce a projector camera system that enables users to interact with computers by touching on arbitrary surfaces with bare-hand. The realization of touch detection is through a novel vision-based algorithm performing in three steps: 1) foreground extraction according to a predicted image generated from geometric and photometric calibration matrix; 2) fingertip detection based on the curvature of hand contour points; 3) touch detection by encoding a local region of self-adaptive structured light into the projected image. In our approach, through the disparity of pattern codes projected on the fingertip, it is able to distinguish immediately whether a touch action really takes place without complex calibration and triangulation. Extensive experiments on foreground extraction, fingertip detection, and touch judgment are presented to show the robust performance of this system.

A digital-analog mixed temperature compensated crystal oscillator with 1.8V/0.18μm mix-signal CMOS process 采用1.8V/0.18μm混合信号CMOS工艺的数模混合温度补偿晶体振荡器

In this paper, a digital-analog mixed frequency-temperature compensation method is proposed for high precision temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO). The analog compensation network adopts a temperature sensor and a function generator to generate the cubic and linear analog compensation voltages. The digital compensation network, which contains an 8-bit SAR-ADC, an 8-bit DAC and a 2 Kb CMOS process based non-volatile RAM, is designed to offset the analog compensation deviation and improve the compensation precision with smaller memory capacity. The simulation results show that the proposed approach can achieve 0.2 ppm frequency stability over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, and the system power consumption is not higher than 1.95mA@1.8V.

Design of network complementary monitoring system based on LabVIEW 基于LabVIEW的网络互补监控系统设计

In order to improve the present conditions that water sources require manual on-site control, decentralized management and Network interruption, this paper presents a LabVIEW-based network complementary monitoring system design. System achieves field device communication through the RS485 bus, using the Modbus protocol, then, realizes the communication between PLC, Power module Power module and the host PC through the serial port server by a wireless local area network or GPRS. Thehost computer is used for monitoring LabVIEW software to achieve network complementary communication. an experiment has validated that the design is a simple, reliable and expansible communication system, and has a good expansibility, which has met the needs of remote monitoring of water sources and improved its management conditions.

Pitch estimation using mean shift algorithm on multitaper spectrum of noisy speech 噪声语音多锥度频谱中均值移位算法的基音估计

In this paper, we apply the mean shift algorithm to estimate pitches of noisy speech from its multitaper spectrum. The noisy speech is first transformed into the multitaper spectrum, which can reduce the stationary noise. The pitch is extracted from the multitaper spectrum using the mean shift algorithm. After all estimates are collected, dynamic programming is used to obtain a smoothed pitch contour. We compare the performance of our method with two well-known algorithms on the Keele pitch database and demonstrate that it performs much well even at SNR as low as -15dB.

Discontinuous Galerkin immerse finite volume element method for elliptic interface problems 椭圆界面问题的不连续Galerkin浸入有限体积元法

By choosing the trial function space to the immersed finite element space and the test function space to be piecewise constant function space, we develop a discontinuous Galerkin immersed finite volume element method to solve the elliptic interface problems. The existence and uniqueness of the discrete scheme is proved, and an optimal energy-norm error estimate and L2-norm estimate for the numerical solution are obtained.

In this paper, we proposed a method for new determining the orientation of a rotor with three degrees of rotational freedoms without touching the rotor. And, we implemented the prototype using the method and estimated performance of this. Finally, we achieved the following performances; Average of error: 0.117 [deg], Standard deviation of error: 1.846 [deg], Frequency response 63.95 [Hz].

3D action recognition based on limb angle model 基于肢体角度模型的三维动作识别

Human action recognition technology has been applied to intelligent security surveillance, content-based image and video retrieval and natural user interface. How to make use of the new type of data, 3D skeleton joint position extracted by 3D depth camera, has been a highly active research topic. A posture representation model is proposed, which is invariant to limb length, length ratio between body parts and body orientation. This model contains polar angle and azimuthal angle of each limb in the spherical coordinate system which is established by the features of body joints. Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is exploited for recognition. Skeleton sequences of different body orientation are collected as experimental data. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.

A research on internal model control for vehicle yaw stability 飞行器偏航稳定性的内模控制研究

An internal model control method based on inverse system to improve vehicle stability was proposed. The inverse model approximated by neural network was cascaded with the original system in the method. Based on the idea of the inverse system method, the obtained system was controlled by the method via feedback linearization. A simulation is performed with it during two different conditions: step input and sinusoidal input, the results showed that the transient and steady response based on presented method does not depend on the accurate mathematical model of the system, and the presented control way can improve vehicle's yaw stability and control side slip angle and yaw rate effectively, and achieve steady transient nature, lighten the driver's burden.

Conflicts and deadlocks are key issues in a multiple automated guided vehicle system, especially in complicated and uncertain environments. They have been challenges for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the multiple automated guided vehicle system. In this paper, a traffic control model based on semaphores is proposed to resolve conflict and deadlock problems in application of multiple automated guided vehicle system. Prototype experiments have been conducted and validated the function and performance of the proposed model.
冲突和死锁是多路自动制导车辆系统的关键问题,特别是在复杂和不确定的环境中。如何保证多路自动引导车辆系统的可靠性、安全性和高效性一直是一个挑战。本文提出了一种基于信号量的交通控制模型,以解决多自动引导车辆系统应用中的冲突和死锁问题。进行了原型实验,验证了所提出模型的功能和性能。
