El presente estudio buscó estimar la relación entre eficiencia turística y los niveles de pobreza en municipios monitoreados por la Secretaría de Turismo Federal en México. Para calcular la eficiencia técnica se utilizaron variables de oferta turística, como el número de cuartos de hotel disponibles, y variables de demanda como el número de cuartos ocupados, el número de turistas y la estancia promedio a través del análisis de la envolvente de datos. Después se generó un análisis de regresión entre la eficiencia turística y los niveles de pobreza por ingreso reportados por el Consejo Nacional de Evaluación (CONEVAL). Los resultados muestran que los municipios más eficientes son Puerto Vallarta, El Fuerte y Bahía de Banderas. Los menos eficientes son Playas de Rosarito, Tequisquiapan y Palenque. Con relación a la pobreza y la eficiencia turística no se encontró relación alguna dentro del rango de datos analizados. El creciente interés del ámbito de la educación financiera se observa también en la comunidad científica. El presente trabajo se enfoca en la búsqueda de la literatura científica relacionada a la educación financiera entre los años 1990-2018. Se utilizan técnicas bibliométricas y la base de datos científica de Web of Science como fuente de información. El objetivo es analizar la información encontrada, y visualizar la evolución del concepto, el número de publicaciones, la estructura de citas, las revistas más influyentes, los autores, universidades y países con mayor actividad en este tema. Abstract This article aims to use bibliometric techniques to analyze the production of scientific documents related to innovation research carried out in the territory of Mexico. The study focuses on a period of thirty-eight years, from 1980 to 2019. Knowing the direction that innovation takes in Mexico during this period is what motivates its implementation. The main source of information for this study is the "Web of Science" database. The results show an exponential increase in publications starting in 2010, with the participation of Spanish- or English-speaking authors; more research on innovation in the areas of health; the adoption of a broader concept of innovation; and language as a limiting factor for collaborations. Abstract The protection of intellectual property represents a key factor for the establishment of the particular rights of the scientific sector, and the clear record of the technological development of a country. The protection strategies of industrial property and copyright are relevant to maintain control of knowledge management, confidentiality during its development and the security of exclusivity in research activities. The relationship between colleagues to present a paper should be trustworthy, however plagiarism is one of the main concerns of researchers when they have to disclose their work where experts in the field are generally present. The objective of this research was to identify the reasons why researchers do not usually protect their scientific works, and through the application of a survey it is described that it is due to the lack of knowledge in the area of protection of intellectual property. It is concluded that it is important to propose the generation of knowledge to researchers about the advantages of implementing a process to protect their works for a relationship of trust with colleagues and students. The aim of this paper is to use bibliometric tools to examine the evolution of scientific production on the subject of tourism competitiveness. In the product design problem, firms aim to find suitable configurations of product attributes with the objective of increasing their participation in the marketplace. This problem belongs to the field of quantitative marketing and is considered a NP-Hard problem, due to its wide search space for an optimal solution. Among the related literature, there are different methodologies to address this problem, gaining ground those that apply metaheuristics, with an emphasis in Genetic Algorithms. The main aim of this work is to present an overview of the most significant contributions in this area using a bibliometric analysis approach. The paper uses Scopus database and Web of Science Core Collection, in order to obtain leading and the most influential articles, conferences papers, journals, authors, institutions and countries. The results highlight Kwong, C.K. as the most productive author while Nagamachi M. is the most influential author. Furthermore, China is the leading country in this research field. The use of Genetic Algorithms in the solutions of the Product Design Problem is a growing area of study with important development of methodologies and approaches. This problem belongs to the field of quantitative marketing and is considered a NP-Hard problem, due to its wide search space for an optimal solution. Among the related literature, there are different methodologies to address this problem, gaining ground those that apply metaheuristics, with an emphasis in Genetic Algorithms. The main aim of this work is to present an overview of the most significant contributions in this area using a bibliometric analysis approach. The paper uses Scopus database and Web of Science Core Collection, in order to obtain leading and the most influential articles, conferences papers, journals, authors, institutions and countries. The results highlight Kwong, C.K. as the most productive author while Nagamachi M. is the most influential author. Furthermore, China is the leading country in this research field. El cambio climático se presenta como uno de los grandes retos del siglo XXI. Ser capaces de medir sus avances, retrocesos y oportunidades es clave para poder generar estrategias efectivas en las organizaciones. La Huella de Carbono es un indicador capaz de aportar esta información. Su cuantificación permite el cálculo de las emisiones directas e indirectas de gases de efecto invernadero. Es por ello que este artículo se le puede reconocer un carácter estratégico, cuyo contenido no pretende ahondar en los conceptos teóricos sino dar las pautas prácticas necesarias para que una empresa sea capaz de justificar, iniciar e interpretar proyectos de cálculo y gestión de la Huella de Carbono en organizaciones y productos.
