This study aims to map the existence of the wooden houses of Omah Pencu and classifies their potencies as heritage buildings in the historic area of Kudus Kulon. Caring for indigenous cultural heritage will contribute to the strengthening of local identity. The traditional houses of Omah Pencu have been developing as the specific architecture since the end of the 17'th century, as a living place of the ‘Gusjigang' community, and artifacts evident of the city heyday. However, the pressure of modernization-capitalization in the city caused several changes in their built environment and decreased the number of Omah Pencu. This research concern with the GIS interpretation methods and the direct observations use the questionnaire, interview, and architectural documentation. The findings provide an important database for preservation in the digital era. The digital mapping, combined with the mapping of tangible and intangible buildings, produces digital information about the Omah Pencu building condition that has never been done before. Through this mapping, found that the participation effort of the community caused the sustainability of preservation. It is a very significant bottom-up participation. However, toward sustainable preservation, a strategy, planning, design, and management that integrated all stakeholders and resources by utilizing digital technology are needed.

One way to optimize the transmission line is to reduce electrical power losses. Tap changers on power transformers and bank capacitors can be used to regulate the system voltage resulting in lower power losses in the transmission line. Determining the value of tap settings and bank capacitors in the planning process is challenging to do with certainty. It is generally carried out through a trial and error mechanism using the power flow method. Since the determination of tap settings and bank capacitors values is difficult to do with certainty, this research was carried out with optimization with the shark smell algorithm. Such optimization aims to get a more appropriate tap changer and capacitor bank change values on the IEEE 30-bus system. In this study, several optimizations were carried out, namely optimization of tap settings, optimization of bank capacitors, and tap setting optimization combined with bank capacitors' optimization. Conducting tap setting optimization, we obtained an active power loss of 0.65% from the condition without optimization. In optimizing bank capacitors, we reduce active power losses of 0.90% compared to conditions without optimization. In optimizing the combination of tap setting and bank capacitors, the active power losses are reduced by 1.23%. Comparing the results of all these optimizations shows that the combination of bank tap setting and capacitor optimization is obtained by reducing the most active power losses. In this study, the reduction of active power losses resulted in 217.2 kW. The results show that the Shark Smell algorithm can provide better optimization results of 1.23% compared to conditions without optimization based on the test value.

Saat ini energi terbarukan yang bersumber dari energi hijau terus dikembangkan dan dioptimalkan. Khusus pemanfaatan energi terbarukan dengan keluaran daya DC, maka secara praktis diperlukan sistem inverter agar bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti sumber energi daya AC. Agar bekerja secara optimal, secara internal dalam sebuah sistem inverter sumber tegangan, perlu dilengkapi sistem umpan balik arus. Salah satu metode pengontrolan arus inverter yang relative popular adalah metode kontrol Proporsional-Integral. Dalam penelitan ini, dirancang inverter satu fasa tipe Full Bridge dengan metode kontrol proportional-integral menggunakan mikrokontroler 16-bit dsPIC30F4011. Dengan sensor arus ACS712-05B arus keluaran inverter diumpan-balikkan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan variasi beban 8 Ω dan 10 Ω, dengan memvariasikan sejumlah nilai parameter kp dan ki. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian metode proportional integral untuk pengontrollan arus pada inverter satu fasa memiliki respon sistem cepat dan relative stabil.

Kolektor merupakan salah satu komponen utama dari mesin pendingin adsorpsi tenaga surya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa kolektor merupakan motor penggerak dari siklus yang terjadi pada mesin pendingin adsorpsi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan kolektor tipe plat datar dengan luas penampang 0,5 m 2 dan diisi dengan menggunakan pasangan adsorpsi karbon aktif serbuk-metanol. Proses pengujian dilakukan di lokasi yang terkena paparan radiasi matahari selama beberapa hari. Alat ukur cuaca digunakan untuk mengetahui parameter yang diukur seperti intensitas radiasi, temperatur dan kelembaban udara lingkungan. Sedangkan alat ukur termokopel yang terhubung dengan alat akuisisi data digunakan untuk merekam perubahan temperatur pada komponen kolektor dan mesin pendingin adsorpsi. Hasil eksperimental menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi kolektor yang diperoleh memiliki nilai maksimum sebesar 55,43%. Diperoleh juga pengaruh kondisi cuaca terhadap kinerja kolektor berdasarkan analisa statistik sebesar 72%

The application of high voltage becomes more important and wider. High voltage is needed in the process of reducing air contaminants, waste treatment, sanitation, disinfecting microorganisms, testing for insulating high voltage equipment, and transmitting electrical energy. The problem of high voltage AC generation system is still in a large scale, static, not portable, and very expensive. This paper presents an analytical design of a high-voltage AC high-frequency based on power electronic. It is portable, less expensive, and eaasier to control the amplitudo and frequency. The application of the Full Bridge Bipolar Inverter topology with the Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation switching method provides variable sinusoidal AC voltage outputs (Vo) on its amplitude and frequency. The Tesla Coil Transformer amplifies the amplitude in accordance with the classification of the high voltage AC in the order of Kilo Volt. The Closed Loop control system in the Bipolar Inverter Full Bridge topology provides high accuracy results between the given setting values and the actual amplitude output and the expected high-frequency AC voltage. Analysis of the SPWM switching pattern parameter settings shows stability for several loading variations

The study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) of Long Term Evolution Frequency Division Duplexing (LTE FDD) telecommunication network in urban and sub-urban in Semarang city. This study observed the quality of the LTE FDD in terms of network responsiveness or ping, packet loss, delay, and throughput on upload and download from the user's experience based on eNodeB length variation. Quality observations were carried out on the QoS of the LTE FDD telecommunications network in the Semarang using the Axence NetTools and Oakla Speed Test applications during busy hours at each eNodeB. The results were presented based on variations in distance and showed the quality of packet loss and delay classified as very good based on ITU-T G.114, which is respectively less than 3% and 150 milliseconds. Ping testing was classified as good based on the LTE control plane, which is less than 50 milliseconds at each point. Service throughput was between 16.98-19.01 Mbps for uploads and 17.34 - 23.29 Mbps for uploads.

It is the mission of Vocational High School (SMK) education in Indonesia to produce highly competitive and skilled graduates. One standard for evaluating the success of vocational education is assessing the achievements of alumni. The evaluation process can be carried out with programmed alumni tracking activities or commonly known as tracer studies. However, the implementations of tracer studies that have been carried out by vocational schools in Kediri are still using the manual method. These conditions make the school find many obstacles in the implementation of tracer studies. Some schools have used technology with e-mail applications but have financial constraints. This research aims to improve the performance of assessing the alumni achievement of Vocational Schools in Kediri by integrating the website-based tracer study information system with social media Telegram API. Usability testing that gave 4.83 of 5 scales has shown that the integration can improve the performance and benefits of an application compared to the application before integration

Studies for corrugated metal gaskets are still ongoing to improve its performance. This is considered to be a single gasket with SUS304 material when contact with flanges that have greater surface roughness, reduced contact width and plastic deformed contact surfaces are incomplete and cannot fill the surface roughness of flanged flanges. The use of softer material than the base material as a surface covering material is used to improve the performance of the gasket. In this study, therefore the effect of modulus of elasticity ratio and thickness ratio on contact width and contact stress, 25A three-layer metal gasket was investigated using Finite Element Analysis. The results showed that the material with tangent modulus, Ehal = Eal / 150 had the highest slope for contact width. While the contact width of the plastic mode gasket is higher than the elastic mode gasket.

Menurunkan gerakan rolling kapal merupakan hal penting untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kemudahan kapal dalam beroperasi. Salah satu cara meminimalisir rolling pada kapal adalah menambahkan sistem anti-rolling. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis Koefisien Damping anti-roll jenis passive tank dengan pengaturan tinggi fluida di dalam tangki jenis U – Tube. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software berbasis CAD dan CFD kemudian dilakukan analisis perhitungan momen peredam untuk mendapatkan nilai Koefisien Damping. Hasilnya digunakan untuk peredam tambahan pada analisis gerakan rolling kapal. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa ketinggian fluida passive tank jenis U – Tube pada 3,52 m memberikan nilai Koefisien Damping terbesar dengan nilai 2.018.620 N.m/(deg/s). Model ini adalah yang terbaik ditinjau dari respon momen redaman yang dihasilkan untuk meminimalisir gerakan rolling kapal.

Sistem komunikasi Public Protection and Disaster Relief (PPDR) yang digunakan oleh instansi/lembaga saat ini tidak terintegrasi. Situasi ini menghambat komunikasi informasi antar instansi/lembaga sehingga memperlambat penanganan bencana. Artikel ini menyajikan penelitian kajian analisis penggunaan sistem Government Radio Network (GRN) untuk integrasi sistem komunikasi antar instansi/lembaga PPDR. Integrasi ini bertujuan untuk memperlancar aliran informasi antar instansi/lembaga PPDR sehingga mempercepat upaya menangani bencana. Teknologi komunikasi GRN yang digunakan ditentukan dengan melakukan kajian literatur dan studi banding di kota lain di dalam dan di luar negeri. TETRA digunakan untuk simulasi implementasi sistem GRN dalam melayani seluruh kota Bandung dengan frekuensi operasi 400 MHz dan lebar pita 800KHz.
