Teacher Profesionalism in Facilitating Students to Have 21st Century Skills 教师专业主义促进学生掌握21世纪技能

This study aims to determine the readiness of vocational school teachers in facilitating students to master 21st century skills. This qualitative research using in-depth interview techniques. The respondents of this study were vocational school teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study using thematic analysis with ATLAS.ti program. The results of the study explain that teachers' perceptions of 21st century skills vary widely, including the 4Cs (communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking), technology, problem-solving skills, competence, innovation, competitive ability, religious character, and morals. Activities that have been carried out by teachers to facilitate students in mastering 21st century skills are applying various learning models, learning methods, and interesting learning media. The strategy to facilitate students to have 21st century skills is that teachers need to improve the various skills needed to teach students, namely mastery of technology. The support provided by the school is the provision of learning facilities and opportunities to participate in various scientific activities to improve their skills and professionalism. The challenges faced by teachers are the lack of understanding and use of technology and the varied backgrounds of students. Suggestions for teachers are to increase professional competence in facilitating 21st century skills.

How to Measure the Entrepreneurial Competences of SME’s Using the Rasch Model? 如何用Rasch模型衡量中小企业的创业能力?

This study focused on measuring the entrepreneurial competence of MSME actors in the post-pandemic period. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to recruit the respondents. The respondents encompassed perpetrators, owners, and managers of SMEs assisted by the Indonesian Business Development Services Association (ADBSI) given government assistance (N=100). Technically, the Rasch Model was employed to measure Entrepreneurial competency since it is assumed to be the most appropriate model for quantitative data analysis in the field of human sciences. It enables the researchers to produce ordinal data. Tests with Winstep were carried out on entrepreneurial competency data in the pandemic era. They covered: summary statistics, item measures and Wright maps, item (column) fit order, item test (dimensionality), rating (partial–credit) scale test, differential item functional (DIF) test and probability value. The results of the study proved that the applied entrepreneurial competency instrument indicated good persons, Cronbach Alpha, and item reliability. The personal reliability coefficient obtained a value of 0.88. An item of 0.76 revealed good and fairly good. The results of one of the instruments were considered the most essential aspects related to entrepreneurial competencies. The competencies should be possessed by students to face the post-pandemic business competition.

The Causes of Low Learning Achievement of Sharia Accounting Subject Among Sharia Economics Students Sharia经济学专业学生Sharia会计科目学习成绩低的原因分析

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence that causes low learning achievements in sharia accounting subject on sharia economics students. This study uses a qualitative interpretive case study method to explore and reveal information that cannot be explained by other research methods, as well as conducting causal investigations related to an event being studied. The research findings are there is an internal and external factor that caused the low learning achievement on sharia accounting subjects. The internal factors within the students include: First, the lack of basic knowledge of introductory accounting. Second, The low interest and motivation in subjects that use mathematical calculations. Third, No motivation to study the supporter subjects (introductory accounting fiqh muamalah) independently. The external factors that caused the low learning achievement among sharia economics students are: First, the learning duration in the class room, Second, the existing curriculum does not accommodate the success of learning achievement. Third, the learning environment is not conducive.

Can Interest in Using Paylater Mediate Impulse Buying Behavior Online? 使用Paylater的兴趣能调节网上冲动购买行为吗?

This study aimed to analyze the effect of price rationality, sales promotion, and hedonic lifestyle on impulsive buying behaviour with an interest using paylater as a mediating variable. The research population is active students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang class of 2019, totaling 974 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling amounted to 284 students. Methods of data collection used a questionnaire and used descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis techniques with the Structural Equation Model by SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on online impulsive buying behaviour. Interest using paylater is able to partial mediation the influence of price rationality, sales promotion, and hedonic lifestyle on online impulsive buying behaviour. Based on the conclusion above, researchers provide suggestions in the form of support so that in the future students are able to manage finances wisely, students continue to deepen their knowlegde of finance so students can sort out product that are really in a sales promotion in the sense that they are not tempted by marketing so they can adjust their needs.

Institutional Sustainability Development of Higher Education in Indonesia 印尼高等教育制度的可持续性发展

This study examines the seven primary dimensions of higher education sustainability: Curriculum, Research and Scholarship, Operation, Faculty Staff Development and Rewards, Outreach and Service, Student Engagement, and Administration-Mission Planning. Based on Cluster 1, 2, and 3. This study looked at 146 higher education institutions (HEIs). A survey of 146 university lecturers was used to gather data and calculate the contribution of each dimension, and we used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). We discovered that HEIs' sustainability is significantly determined by faculty staff development and rewards, administration, mission, and planning. However, the Curriculum and Research Scholarship sections were the weakest. Cluster 1 HEIs had the highest rate of institutional sustainability development, followed by Cluster 2 and 3, as expected. Cluster variability and patterns are also explored to reveal differences between variables. This paper presents a study of commonalities among several sets of learning outcomes for sustainable development in higher education and examples that might help HEIs choose acceptable learning outcomes for sustainable development. This paper is intended to stimulate conversation and forward-thinking, enriching a much-needed part of sustainability education.

Analysis of Mompreneur Entrepreneurial Behavior: A Case Study of Home Baking Entrepreneurs 妈妈创业行为分析——以家庭烘焙企业家为例

This study aimed to determine the driving factors for the emergence of entrepreneurial behavior of mompreneurs and entrepreneurial behavior applied by mompreneurs in home baking businesses in Kalibone village, Pangkep Regency. This study used a qualitative approach method. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data was carried out by comparing the findings from different data sources. The informants in this study were six mompreneurs who have home baking businesses. The results showed that the driving factors for the emergence of entrepreneurial behavior were independence, namely the ability of mompreneurs to rely on themselves by opening new business fields and not relying on others, then coercion, namely the mompreneur had no other choice but to do entrepreneurship, and capital ownership, namely the existence of assets owned by the mompreneur in the form of money, or other property rights that were used as capital in starting a business. Entrepreneurial behaviors that emerged from mompreneurs were independent, proactive, competitive, innovative, and courage to face the challenges that occurred in running their business.

This study aimed to analyze business plan activities as a strategy in entrepreneurship education in schools. Research used qualitative methods and the data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, documentation and triangulation of research data. The technique of selecting informants was through Snowball sampling consisted of students, teachers and several parties who were considered to understand the phenomena at Satya Wacana Junior and Senior Highschool. Analysis of the data used in this study was the analysis of the domain of Spradley by searching the domain and looking for semantic relationships. The results showed that the efforts made by school institutions in both junior and senior high school level could provide business plan methods that could shape the character and entrepreneurial competence. The characters formed in junior high school are: discipline, independence, creativity, responsibility, cooperation, hard work, risk taking, action orientation, and leadership. Competency consisted of communicative ability, being able to adapt to tasks, financial management and interpersonal skills. Other findings proved that high school students, through business plans, had characters: independent, creative, honest, curious, responsible, cooperative, hard work, tenacity, dare to take risks, curiosity, action oriented, leadership, commitment and orientation for success. Whereas the competence possessed were communicative, ability to solve problems, marketing ability, and interpersonal ability. The introduction of a business plan needs to be given continuously at all levels of education. School institutions can prepare curriculum, teaching materials, methods and strategies that can be integrated with entrepreneurial education.

This research seeks to develop and design solutions for artificial intelligence-based learning models to improve learning quality in higher education. The qualitative technique was used in this study, which was completed in three steps: data collection, analysis, and conclusion. To establish the best approach, this study employs validity testing and a SWOT analysis. this research resulting 10 strategies in the implementation of an Artificial intelligent based learning model, namely: Develop a curriculum in accordance with technological developments in Industry 4.0; Establish or establish a special technology development Lab in the field of artificial intelligence and other fields; Creating and using learning media based on bolted intelligence; Conduct regular evaluations by universities/faculties regarding the use or development of artificial intelligence technology; Conducting outreach regarding the importance of data privacy; Provide training for both students and lecturers on artificial intelligence; Provide socialization about entrepreneurship, especially in the field of artificial intelligence; Designing university regulations related to infrastructure to be able to support the development of artificial intelligence; Provide career and talent consulting assistance for students; provide socialization on professional ethics to students and lecturers.

Is the Implementation of Problem-Based Learning Appropriate? A Literature Review on Accounting Learning 实施基于问题的学习是否合适?关于会计学习的文献综述

The objective of this study is to examine the development of research results on the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in accounting learning in Indonesia within a 10-year period (2012 – 2022). The research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A review was carried out on 54 PBL articles in the field of accounting education in Sinta 1-6 accredited journals. Research results showed the following findings, there were 54 published articles on PBL in the accounting field from 2012 to 2022, and most articles were published in 2017-2018. The most popular variants on the PBL research method in the accounting field employed Classroom Action Research (41%), followed by experimental research (33%). Most of the research objects involved vocational high schools, universities, and senior high schools. Of the 54 articles that were examined, only 18 articles presented the learning syntax in accordance with the PBL terms from Howard Barrows. Another 12 articles did not follow the PBL terms, but did present problems in learning. However, the utilized problems were not in accordance with the characteristics of problems in PBL, which involve real, unexpected, and unplanned (unstructured) problems. This is presumably because the researchers (1) do not fully understand the features of PBL, or (2) have problems formulating problems in the accounting field that are in accordance with the demands of PBL.

The Effect of Financial Literacy, Economic Literacy, and Entrepreneurial Literacy on Entrepreneurial Behavior 金融素养、经济素养和创业素养对创业行为的影响

This study aimed to determine the effect of economic literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy on entrepreneurial behavior for State High School Students in Surabaya. This study used quantitative research with population of class XI and XII students from several of all public schools in Surabaya. Sampling used purposive samples with 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests and used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test by using SPSS. The results of this study are (1) economic literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy had a simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial behavior with F-count of 29.925 F-table 2.73 and a significance of 0.000 0.05. (2) Economic literacy partially had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of public high school students in Surabaya. (3) Financial literacy did not partially affect the entrepreneurial behavior of State Senior High School students in Surabaya. (4) entrepreneurial literacy partially had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of state high school students in Surabaya. Based on the conclusions above, researchers provide suggestions in the form of support so that in the future students are able to manage finances wisely, students continue to deepen their knowledge of finance, economics and entrepreneurship from various sources so that they can improve entrepreneurial behavior and further researchers are expected to be able to develop similar research by adding other independent variables and adding moderating variables with the hope can provide more accurate results regarding entrepreneurial behavior.
