A Calculation System for Indexes of Traveling Time with Inter City Public Transportation 城际公共交通出行时间指标的计算系统

【Abstract】 This calculation system is designed for computing the indexes of traveling time with inter city public transportation such as "Possible Staying Time", "Expected Traveling Time", and so on in the field of study and research. With a correct algorithm, it processes a great deal of public transportation timetable data and works out results for various initial conditions in short time. If we put data of timetables into this system, it analyze them to a network included relations of stations, airports and train routes. After we select a index and point a start node and its time, we can get numerical values of the index automatically. This calculation system has already served some studies as data making tool in practice.
【摘要】本计算系统是针对城际公共交通出行时间的“可能停留时间”、“预期出行时间”等指标的计算而设计的。通过正确的算法,处理大量的公共交通时刻表数据,并在短时间内得到各种初始条件的结果。将时刻表数据输入该系统,系统将其分析成一个包含车站、机场和列车路线关系的网络。选择索引并指定起始节点及其时间后,就可以自动得到索引的数值。该计算系统已在实践中作为数据制作工具进行了一些研究。

Development of the system for estimating the reduction of road traffic pollution by traffic managemental countermeasures 开发了通过交通管理对策估算减少道路交通污染的系统

The purpose of this study is to develop the system for estimating the reduction of road traffic noise and air pollution in addition to the measures on traffic safety and smoothness by traffic manageinental countermeasures. The system developed here consists of three core simulation models and the expert system mentioned as follows, 1). Traffic Flow Simulation Model; It is micro simulation model which is based on MICSTRANII. 2). Noise Prediction Simulation Model; It predicts the noise levels at any roadside point in simulation networks, by using the output of 1). 3). Emission Prediction Simulation Model; It predicts the air pollution levels on any road link in simulation networks by using the output of 1). 4). Expert System; It includes the database which are input and output data on simulation models and various countermeasures. By using this system, the effects of individual countermeasure or the effects of the combined countermeasures considered to be implemented, are automatically obtained through the simulation experiments under the given conditions or through referring to the database.

A Study on Management Structure of Urban Railways by means of AHP 基于层次分析法的城市铁路经营结构研究

【Abstract】 The third sector railway system is the intermediate organization composed of public and private sectors. Especially new line servieces of the urban railways are increasing recently. However, the management situation of the third sector urban railways is worsening and is a one of major social problems. In this paper, we concider this problem as raised by the management structure of the urban railways. Incorporating OR methods such as A H P , we formulated this problem as a management structure selection problem. The influence that the selection process of the management structure exerts on the construction and operation of the urban railways was analyzed. As a result, it became apparent that the third sector system was applied to the urban railways when the construction itself was considered as the most important matter. As a conclusion, We suggest that construction should be separated from operation. Furthermore, an effective utilization of the public sector should replace the third sector. This will result in finer operation and more appropriate risk burden of the urban railways.

【Abstract】 An object-oriented approach is applied to the road bridge planning and design in this research because it is difficult to model the whole process of road bridge planning and design using the conventional structured systems development method. In this paper, problems that arise from applying object-oriented approach to it are pointed out, and the outline of the nearly developed prototype system is described.
