Development of SXF Browser for Modifying CAD Drawings 用于CAD图纸修改的SXF浏览器的开发

•y Abstract•zThe SXF (SCADEC eXchange Format) which conforms to the ISO 10303-202 (STEP/AP-202) will be adopted for the electronic delivery of CAD drawings in the Japanese construction industry in future; therefore, orderers will be reproducing on their displays electronically delivered CAD drawings with a STEP/AP202 browser offered by the Japan Construction Information Center (JACIC). Although JACIC developed STEP/AP202 browser , its basic functions are poor and there is no function for simple making correction of a drawing among the parties. Under the circumstances, the authors developed an SXF browser that is free from the shortcomings of the STEP/AP202 browser developed by SCADEC and that adds the function that supports drawing.

橋梁の耐震設計分野への信頼性理論 の適用につい ては,地 震動の不確定 さや橋の変形性能の算定法の 精度が不十分であることか ら,今 後十分な研究が必 要 とされているところである1)2)3).一 方で,耐 震 設計の実務 に着 目して,信 頼性理論,確 率論的手法 あるいは最適設計手法の考 え方を用いた,設 計作業の 軽減 もしくは意思決定の一部 を肩代わ りさせ ようと す る研究が進んでいる4)5). 特に橋梁下部工の耐震設計 においては,必 要な変 形性能 を確保 するための具体的な構造 詳細決定過程 で,技 術者の経験 と勘 に頼 る部分が多 く存在 してお り,平 成8年 度の道路橋示方書全面改訂以降,設 計 変数が大幅に増加 したため,設 計の各段階における 要求項 目に対す る最適断面の探索な らびに結果の検 証が非常に難 しくなってきている. 本研究は この過程 に着 目し,既 往 の設計実績 を分 析す ることで新たな設計デー タ作成 を支援す る,い わば技術者の経験 と勘 に相 当する部分をシステム化 しようとするものである.

Development of Practical Software for Micro Traffic Flow Petri Net Simulator 微交通流Petri网模拟器实用软件的开发

[Abstract] Recently demand for microscopic traffic flow simulators is increasing both from changes of problem situations we encounter in transportation planning and intensity of public involvement (PI) movement in public planning. We have been developing a new type simulator based on Coloured Timed Petri Net. This type simulator has potential to be put into practical use as PI support system. In this paper we present a more practically strengthened prototype system on Windows-OS platform and show its active supportability for development of individual simulations and accountability of their usage to a wide range of people involved. We demonstrate especially how newly developed menus such as drawing traffic-flow-net, tracing token behaviors on the net, making the individual places/transitions/arcs visible or invisible by selection, work and improve readability of Petri net description for microscopic traffic flows and contribute to putting the simulator into practical usage.

A Fundamental Study of Neural Network System for Conjecturing Weather in Local Area Using GPS 基于GPS的局部天气预测神经网络系统的基础研究

The GPS is used in surveying recently. The results of GPS surveying contain errors due to the delay of GPS radio waves caused by vapor in the atmosphere. Developed in this study is a system which forecasts local weather by making use of GPS data under the influence of the vapor. The neural network technology was used to relate GPS data to weather conditions. In a preliminary experiment, the simulation of weather forecasting was carried out to select GPS data items to be used in the main experiment. A pilot system was constructed on the GPS data items of the preliminary experiment. The pilot system forecast sunny and rainy weathers correctly. Then the main experiment was carried out, the results of the preliminary one taken into account. In the main experiment, meteorological factors in addition to GPS data were used to construct a forecasting system, which forecast all weathers correctly except a mixture of sunny and cloudy weathers.
