Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: dapat ditemukannya model bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama yang efektif untuk mengembangkan konsep diri positif siswa kelas IX SMP 2 Mejobo Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Untuk menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama untuk mengembangkan konsep diri positif siswa tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan dengan tahap-tahap penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Studi Pendahuluan, (2) Perencanaan, (3) Pengembangan Model Hipotetik, (4) Penelaahan Model Hipotetik, (5) Revisi, (6) Uji Coba Terbatas. Sedangkan subjek uji coba adalah kelas IX SMP N 2 Mejobo kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Pada tataran teknis diterapkan: metode analisis deskriptif, metode partisipatif kolaboratif, dan metode Quasi eksperimen. Hasil secara umum dalam penelitian ini yakni ditemukannya model bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama yang efektif untuk mengembangkan konsep diri positif. Serta berdasarkan hasil analisis, kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan tabel uji t dengan N=10 taraf signifikan 5%=2,228 ternyata hasil perhitungan lebih besar dari harga tabel (17,2>2,228) maka dapat dikatakan signifikan. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah I Melati Sleman Yogyakarta ditemukan sebanyak 62% siswa memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal cukup. Sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa, Guru BK memerlukan adanya model layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan ( games ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan ( games ) yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan visibilitas di SMP Muhammadiyah I Melati Sleman Yogyakarta. Model penelitian ini adalah researc and development dengan pendekatan mixed kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uji coba terbatas yang dianalisis dengan Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh perhitungan nilai t sebesar 4,734 dan mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (p<0,05) sehingga dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan (efektif) dari penggunaan teknik permainan ( games ) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. AbstrakLingkungan dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku individu. Ada individu tidak bahagia karena tidak mampu dalam menyesuaiakan diri dengan lingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri 7 Pemalang; (2) mengetahui kondisi penyesuaian diri siswa SMP Negeri 7 Pemalang; (3) menemukan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik outbound yang dapat meningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa; dan (4) mengetahui efektivitas model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik outbound dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan R & D (Reseach and Development), disain penelitiannya One Group Pretest and Posttest. Berdasarkan hasil uji lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik outbound efektif untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa. The objectives are to (1) determine the implementation of group guidance at SMP Negeri 7 Pemalang, (2) determine the condition of the adjustment of students at SMP Negeri 7 Pemalang, (3) find a model of group guidance through outbound technique that can improve the students’ self-adjustment, and (4) examine the effectiveness of group guidance model through outbound technique to improve the students’ self-adjustment. This study used Reseach and Development method and with one group pretest and posttest design. Based on the results of field tests can be concluded that the group guidance model through outbound technique is effective to improve the students’ self-adjust-ment. It is suggested that the group guidance model through outbound technique can be implemented by guidance and counseling teachers because it is effective to improve students’ self -adjustment.

Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Educational Research and Development, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 siswa dipilih secara purposive sampling dari 304 populasi. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 10 orang siswa, agar dalam proses pemberian treatment dalam kegiatan bimbingan efektif dan optimal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Muna terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Muna yang dikembangkan merupakan sebuah proses pemberian bantuan oleh konselor kepada individu dengan berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai budaya Muna, agar individu mengenali dirinya, mengenali lingkungannya dan mampu berpikir secara obyektif dalam memaknai kehidupan baik di sekolah maupun di lingkuangan sosialnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Muna efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa.Tingkat kecerdasan emosional siswa sebelum bimbingan kelompok adalah 42.73% dan setelah bimbingan kelompok meningkat menjadi 52.83%. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 10.09%. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi pada semua aspek kecerdasan emosional. Kecemasan merupakan suatu keadaan emosi yang tidak menyenangkan yang ditandai dengan perasaan tegang secara subjektif, keprihatinan, dan kekhawatiran disertai dengan getaran susunan syaraf otonom dengan derajat yang berbeda-beda. Beberapa faktor pemicu timbulnya kecemasan pada siswa di sekolah; (1) faktor kurikulum, (2) faktor guru, (3) faktor manajemen sekolah, (4) faktor masa depan, dan (5) faktor persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling rasional emotif dan tingkat kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian praktik, (2) menemukan model yang efektif untuk membantu mengatasi kecemasan siswa, (3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model konseling kelompok rasional emotif untuk membantu mengatasi kecemasan siswa. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Tahapan pengembangan model : (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan model hipotetik, (4) penelaan model hipotetik, (5) revisi, (6) uji coba terbatas. Dan mengunakan metode mixed methode design sequence. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah model konseling kelompok rasional emotif yang dikembangkan ialah efektif untuk membantu mengentaskan kecemasan siswa Anxiety is an unpleasant emotional state characterized by feelings of tension subjectively, concern, and fear accompanied by autonomic nervous vibrations with different degrees. Some of the factors triggering the onset of anxiety in students at the school: (1) factor of the curriculum, (2) the teacher factor, (3) factors of school management, (4) factor of the future, and (5) competitive factors. The purpose of this study was (1) the implementation of rational emotive counseling and the anxiety level of students in the exam practice, (2) finding effective models to help students overcome anxiety, (3) determine the effectiveness of the model of rational emotive group counseling to help students overcome anxiety . This research method uses research and development (research and development). Stages of development of the model: (1) a preliminary study, (2) planning, (3) a hypothetical model development, (4) penelaan hypothetical models, (5) revision, (6) limited trial. And using mixed methods design method sequence. The end result of this research is a model of rational emotive counseling group developed is effective to help alleviate student anxiety.

Hampir setiap kelas SMA ditemukan beberapa siswa yang kurang kreativitasnya.untuk itu dioandang perlu mencari berbagai alternatif untuk mengembangkannya. Salah satu cara yang diduga bisa dilakukan untuk mengembangkan adalah dengan bimbingan belajar dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilai behavioristik. Masalah bagaimanakah model bimbingan belajar behavioristik yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Tujuan umum penelitian yaitu menghasilkan rumusan model bimbingan belajar yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan uji coba terbatas terhadap siswa SMA negeri 2 Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan belajar behavioristik yang yang diuji cobakan secara terbatas terhadap siswa SMA Negeri 2 Semarang menunjukkan efektivitas bagi peningkatan kreativitas belajar siswa. Mendasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan kepada guru-guru, khususnya guru SMA perlu memperhatikan kemampuan atau potensi siswa dalam mengembangkan kreativitasnya, menghargai kreativitas anak, bersikap terbuka terhadap gagasan-gagasan baru, mengakui dan menghargai adanya perbedaan individual. Bagi anak diharapkan bisa ikut mengambil bagian dalam merencanakan pekerjaan sendiri dan pekerjaan kelompok. Almost in every classes in High-School we can find students with low creativity. Therefore finding alternatives to develop their creativity is needed. One of the way is doing a learning supervision by paying attention on behaviouristic values. The problem in this research is how to find a behaviour learning supervision which can increase student’s learning creativity. In order to achieve that goal, a research and development was carried out in State Senior-High School 2 of Semarang. The research result shows that the behaviour learning supervision model which is piloted in State Senior-High School 2 Semarang performs the effectivity to increase student’s learning creativity. Based on the research result, teachers (especially enior-High School Teachers) are suggested to focus on the students ability or potentials in developing creativity, respecting children’s creativity, and being open with new ideas, acknowledging and aware of indifidual different. Children are supposed to take part in planning a personal business and groupworks.
