The study of modern methods for extracting and evaluating the informative components of the signal 研究提取和评估信号信息成分的现代方法

The method of extreme filtering (EF) is considered, through the use of which signals are decomposed into sign-alternating components. The basis of the method under consideration is signal decomposition based on the removal of known components locally determined by their extreme. The methods of digital signal processing are considered and the results of their application to real data — trends obtained from the paper production scanner are shown. The advantages and disadvantages of the extremefiltration method are analyzed, and the possibility of its use in solving technical problems is shown. The researches results of possible ways for storing data in applications under the Android OS and a review of a number of scientific papers on this topic are presented. The absence of mathematical and technical description of data storage technology for such applications is revealed. The analysis and comparison of the solutions spectrum in this area are carried out. A typical approach for interacting with various databases is formulated. The reasons for using Room DAO, on the basis of which the necessary descriptions of operations with data are selected, are considered; an algorithm for processing data is proposed, and features of encapsulation when working with data are noted. Methods and algorithms for interaction with the Room Database are proposed. The general requirements for data storage based on Android, which are necessary to create a workable application, are formed. Methods for improving the efficiency of a wind power plant and reliable estimation of output control parameters and disturbances 提高风电场效率的方法及输出控制参数和扰动的可靠估计

A method for controlling a wind power plant based on the use of the optimization model that takes account of the drive vibration loading under different operating modes of the power unit is validated. The transfer functions of the rotor systems dynamic links are proposed, taking account of the influence of wind speed and electrical load, the block diagram of the control system and the transient process graph of the angular velocity regulating of the installation generator rotor. To ensure the reliability of the output control parameters and disturbing influences estimation, the determining method substantiation of the dynamic links correlation coefficients for the wind power plant rotor system is performed. These coefficients are necessary to develop models of the system dynamic behavior used in the modification of the wind power plant automated control in order to reduce the vibrations of all rotor systems elements under different operating modes of the power unit that will improve the reliability of modern wind turbines. The correlation function parameters to determine the correlation dependences for the measured values of wind speed and electrical load are found. Formulas are derived for determining the spectral density of input and output random processes at changing wind speed and electrical load, as well as the mutual spectral density of input and output random processes for dynamic links of rotor systems (rotary blades, rotor, generator, gearbox) based on the block diagram of the entire process in order to determine the correlation degree of transfer functions. The analysis of the input and output signals of the transfer functions with respect to their coherence is carried out from a correlation coefficients calculation of the rotor systems dynamic links. This makes it possible to describe the transfer function within the framework of the vibration fields analysis for the unit as a whole.Keywordswind power plant, control, rotor system, vibration, correlation coefficient

The design of the speed and vibration acceleration sensor of the tape drive mechanism (DSVAS) for the parameters control, in particular, the vibration and speed of the tape drive mechanism from ferromagnetic and electrically conductive bodies using the Hall sensor as the main sensitive element is considered. DSVAS has an increased linearity of the metrological characteristics and sensitivity, is easy to operate and, with further transformation, can be used as a non-destructive testing flaw detector. A mathematical model with conclusions based on the results obtained is developed. Missile guidance to landing sites based on image correlation 基于图像相关的导弹着陆点制导

A missile guidance algorithm based on a correlation of satellite and optical images is proposed. Estimation of the rocket position parameters by images correlation during landing is carried out on the basis of the use of three-dimensional spatial information. Information from the continuous image of each frame is decomposed into spatial information of the rocket relative motion during landing by processing the motion parameters of individual pixel points and the entire image. This article is devoted to the development of an approach to the volumes redistribution of production and shipments for the purpose of improving the objective functions value for a medium-term production plan built by using the sliding window method. A technology for the production of ICE pistons from aluminum alloys with a silicon content of 18 % is proposed. A method for pressing a crystallizing metal by pressure on a horizontal hydraulic press in order to obtain piston blanks for subsequent isothermal forging is developed. The pressing process is controlled by a computer control system embodied through the use of the modern industrial logic controllers and software. An interface for program control is developed. Adaptive estimation of the dispersion noise matrix at linear measurements based on non-periodic accurate observations 基于非周期精确观测的线性测量色散噪声矩阵的自适应估计

The lack of modern methods for ensuring the stability of Kalman filtering under the priori uncertainty condition of the dispersion matrix measurement interference is the absence of strict criteria for choosing adaptation coefficients when calculating the posterior covariance matrix or the inability to adaptively evaluate in real time from the minimum covariance of the update sequence due to the need for its preliminary calculation. The article is devoted to the development of a new approach to adapting the Kalman filter, using the ability to obtain accurate measurements for a wide class of objects that irregularly enter their monitoring system (reference point, reference points, radio frequency identifiers, etc.). It is shown that for the distinguished case, the problem of adaptive estimation of the dispersion noise matrix of a linear meter in the Kalman filter can be solved analytically by using matrix methods of linear algebra. A numerical example illustrating the effectiveness of the procedure for estimating the state vector of a moving object based on the proposed algorithm in comparison with the traditional approach is presented. The simplicity and accuracy of the proposed algorithm provide the possibility of its effective application for the widest class of information-measuring systems.
