The process of plastic waves propagation in a sample based on the deformation theory of plasticity is considered. The research results of the stress shock waves propagation in a sample are considered. The mechanical properties of the samples under dynamic loading are studied on the basis of the propagation theory of deformation and stress waves. The process kinematics of the sample dynamic deformation is studied.

The influence analysis of the substrate heating time on the optimal duration of the fermentation process in the digester of a biogas plant (BGP) is carried out. The application of the efficiency criterion of the BGP operation to determine the optimal time for the end of the fermentation process in the digester is substantiated. The accuracy increasing problem of the unmanned aerial vehicle navigation complex in an algorithmic way is investigated. The algorithmic correction schemes of navigation systems for modern high-precision unmanned aerial vehicles are considered. The error compensating method of the inertial navigation system corrected by astro-system signals is proposed. Correction is carried out in the structure of the inertial navigation system using a non-linear Kalman filter and a control algorithm. Improvement of the comprehensive automation control system for dynamic processes of hot deformation processing on thermoelastic presses 热弹性压力机热变形动态过程综合自动化控制系统的改进

The researches results of the automated control system improvement for a thermoelastic press in the implementation of the processes of isothermal deformation and metallic materials stamping in a state of superplasticity are considered. It is established that the deviation from the optimal temperature-speed deformation regimes leads to the defect formation in the article body in the form of sinks, clamps, oxide films drawn into the article from the surface of the semi-finished product. These defects are stress concentrators that can lead to the destruction of loaded parts. The main problem that prevents the active industrial use of automated control systems for considered equipment is determined — their inertia. Measures to eliminate the inertia of the automated control system for thermocompression plants are proposed. It is shown that the main and most effective method for solving this problem is the use of digital extropolation algorithms for short-term prediction of the measuring and control system behavior. The improved automated control system has been successfully tested at stamping of finned aircraft panels and shells made from aluminum alloys D16, V95, V96ts, 01420. The system provided control of the temperature and speed parameters for metal materials stamping in the state of superplasticity and under isothermal stamping conditions with a heating accuracy of 2... 4 °С and the accuracy of the speed parameter compliance (deformation rate) up to 0.1 mm/s.Keywordsisothermal forging, thermal compression, thermal expansion, defects, automated control system, system inertia

A new design of an induction motor (AM) with a hollow rotor and slots with a bevel, capable of operating in the mode of controlled mechanical damping and technological equipment is investigated. The motor could be used in electromechanics and mechanical engineering due to improved technical and economic characteristics and technological simplification at simultaneous manufacture of the «IM-drive» system. The mechanical characteristics of the new IM design taking into account the bevel of the longitudinal slots to create an engineering calculation method and optimization solutions are determined.
