Peningkatan Keterampilan Pengelolaan Praktikum IPA Berbantuan Smartphone Menggunakan App Phyphox bagi Kelompok MGMP IPA Kabupaten Batang 智能手机应用程序管理技能的提高使用MGMP IPA区集团的Phyphox应用程序

Based on the results of an initial survey by the Community Service Team (PKM) via Google form to 188 science teachers who are members of the Science MGMP (Subject Teacher Forum) Batang Regency, there are various obstacles to managing science practicum activities, including in terms of limitations in tools and implementation techniques. In addition, science teachers' knowledge is still inadequate in utilizing smartphones as IT-based media, especially the Phyphox App as an alternative to supporting the implementation of science practicum. The purpose of this PKM activity is to improve skills in managing science practicum through the Phyphox App training for the Batang Regency IPA MGMP Group. Solving the problem in this PKM activity is by organizing training and mentoring through a facilitation-based Action Learning model, which is a process by which groups of people come together regularly, help each other to learn, and share experiences. This model is built from the relationship between reflection and action/ action followed by the mentoring phase. The results of PKM activities have shown an increase in skills in managing science practicums assisted by Smartphones using the Phyphox App as expected.

: Sewing courses can be seen as a solution to reduce the unemployment rate. Al-Bayan Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School holds a sewing course program that supported by the Vocational Training Center (BLK) for santri as a provision to prepare for the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the process and results of empowering santri through a sewing course program at the Al-Bayan Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, as well as verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the process of empowering santri carried out by the Al-Bayan Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School can be seen through awareness raising, capacity building and empowerment. The process of empowering santri at the Al-Bayan Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School was said to be successful because the santri were able to meet basic needs, reach productive sources and participate in development and decision-making processes

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemberdayaan kelompok tani di Dusun Kaloang Desa Lerang. Hal tersebut untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan kelompok tani dalam mengelola lahan, serta mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi para petani. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Kepala Dusun Kaloang, petani dan pemilik lahan pertanian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok tani sudah berjalan, akan tetapi belum efektif karena masih terdapat upaya yang belum terealisasikan. Selain itu, kondisi sebagian petani di Dusun Kaloang tidak semuanya tergolong sejahtera (mampu) dalam masalah ekonomi. Hal ini dapat dilihat masih ada di antara para petani yang kurang mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Tulisan menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan hasil produksi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian kelompok tani, pemerintah setempat serta kelompok tani mempunyai peran yang sangat penting. Maka dari itu, pemberdayaan terhadap kelompok tani sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian

The service is carried out to empower the community through the development of ecotourism based on local wisdom. The local wisdom contained in Wanasari Village is the natural potential of the tea garden. This service activity uses counseling, training, and simulation methods aimed at community groups. Training activities are carried out to increase the income of the village community as well as publicize tea garden tours with the concept of utilizing local potential and wisdom. The method of activity is by carrying out community empowerment programs based on local wisdom, which consists of three fields, namely economic, organizational, and social. The results obtained through the implementation of this service are increasing the level of public knowledge about ecotourism development. Local wisdom in Wanasari Village has been explored and utilized for ecotourism development materials.

The training activities aim to develop teachers' creativity in making simple media for thematic learning. 21 teachers participated in training activities for making simple media for good thematic learning. The training method begins with studying learning tools, especially the lesson plans applied and studying thematic materials at all grade levels. The action is continued by determining the appropriate learning media and preparing tools and materials for making simple thematic learning media. Teachers are trained to make learning media, and an assessment of the performance of teacher creativity is carried out during the process of making the media. Based on the results of the creativity performance assessment, it was found that the teacher was able to design learning media designs very well and in accordance with the specified theme. Teacher trainees can determine tools and materials very precisely to create simple thematic learning media. In the process of making media, the teacher carries out the stages of making media well. The training activities were very high with the enthusiasm of the teachers in the training activities. In addition, teachers can communicate well the results of making simple thematic media in training.
